Anti-Aging Smoothie

Add the following to a Vitamix or Ninja Blender:
1.  2 Cups - Almond Milk - Silk Original
2.  1 Cup - Rice Milk - Dream Rice
3.  2 Scoops - Organic Vanilla Protein Powder
4.  Pecans and Walnuts (1 Handful)
5.  Raw Pumpkin Seeds (1 cup),
     Raw Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup),
     Chia Seeds (1 tbsp)
     Sunflower Seeds (2 tbsp)
     Ground Flaxseed (2 tbsp)
6.  Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free
     Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup)
7.  Raisins (1 Handful)
*Mix until smooth

Then add:
8.  Organic Kale, frozen (1 Handful)
9.  Organic Spinach, frozen (1 Handful)
*Mix again until smooth

Then add: (rotate fruit as you would like)
10.  Bananas, frozen (1.5)
11.  Blueberries, frozen (2 Handfuls)
12.  Cherries, frozen (1 Handful)
13.  Kiwi (one)
14.  Pineapple (handful)
15.  Papaya/seeds (handful)
16.  Pomegranate/seeds (handful)
17.  Mango (handful)
*Final Mix until smooth

This recipe makes 1/2 gallon of smoothie;
enough for two large glasses.
Refrigerate extra smoothie.

* If you like chocolate flavor,
add Hershey's Cocoa Natural
Unsweetened 100% Cacao. (1 heaping tbsp)
