And besought Him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole. And whithersoever He entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought Him that they might touch if it were but the border of His garment: and as many as touched Him were made whole. And He laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God. 

All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made. He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. Wilt thou be made whole? And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath. The man departed, and told the Jews that it was Jesus, which had made him whole. And it was the sabbath day when Jesus made the clay, and opened his eyes. And ye shall know the truth, and truth shall make you free. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

I in them, and Thou in Me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that Thou hast sent Me, and hast loved them, as Thou hast loved Me. 

God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that He is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands. 

For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein He hath made us accepted in the beloved. And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For He is our Peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us. So He made it again another vessel.

That I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death. Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light. And, having made peace through the blood of His cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto Himself; by Him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. 

Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God. But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. That being justified by His grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Out of weakness were made strong.

SANCTIFICATION (3)

Teach me to do Thy will; for Thou art my God: Thy Spirit is Good; Lead me into the land of uprightness. I yield to be nothing, and let JESUS be all in all. My one aim and desire in this brief life of mine is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ with my daily behavior, to spend and be spent for Him who suffered on the Cross for my sins. My sure aim is to magnify Christ in all I think, say and do. My one solitary aim is to win souls for JESUS. The one object of my life - Glorify Christ, Bring honor to Him and win His Smile. My life's aim and end is to live for and glorify the Lamb of God. Holy Spirit, please tenderly guide me, and keep my pride and passions in check. 

I cast myself and all my burdens on JESUS throughout my day, asking Him to aid me in my trials and struggles. Happily yielding and Cheerfully submitting to God's divine will every day is the essence of Sanctification. The center of everything that is GOOD is found in the Cross of Christ. I want to always be sensitive of the presence of the Holy Spirit, and yielding to His promptings and impulses. My highest aim and goal is the glory of the Father, and the honor of His Son. My aim and intent is to be used by the Holy Spirit to awaken, cheer, arouse, instruct, restore, encourage and exhort the souls around me. The grace of God will not flow to lost souls through filthy channels, so keep thyself pure for Jesus' sake. 

I concentrate the whole of my might to the will of God. JESUS is my happy choice, and Sin is my wretched choice. My heart must continually casts out all rivals, for I desire purity within for Jesus' sake. JESUS lives in my heart, and I must keep the King's dwelling place tidy. My heaven on earth is nearness to God and pleasing the Lord Jesus Christ. My power source is dwelling near to JESUS. I have no righteousness of my own whatsoever to boast of, but I simply trust to the free grace of God and the saving, bleeding love of Christ Jesus. 

If you are Lost right now, never look inward for help; if you were dying of thirst, you would not go to the mirror and look down your panting throat. If you are panting, grasping, thirsting for true Satisfaction, be wise, cease to look within yourself, humble yourself and come to the Fountain of living waters, Emmanuel, JEHOVAH manifest in the flesh. Drink Christ Himself into your thirsty Soul, as a thirsty man simply drinks water down his throat and into his body and is thereby refreshed. Likewise, Receive Christ as your own Savior into your inward parts by Faith in His Precious Blood. Go straight to the Cross now, and Rest on JESUS only.

Nearness to JESUS will always result in three things: Humility, Holiness, Happiness. Live off Christ, not religious excitement and ceremonies. I want to be in harmony with the divine will of the Father. I want my sermon to be my living, loving conversation each day. Christ's presence with me is my only source of Strength. I will seek after Holiness, but I will never make it my trust or boast. I fear offend the Father the most, for His smile is my Happiness. JESUS' great aim and object of life was this: He went about doing good and always pleasing the Father. Christ Himself is object of my life. 

My daily care is to glorify the Lamb of God. Worthy is The Lamb! I never know a bad day. The days are such as God chooses to make them, and therefore they are all good. What pleases God, pleases me. I choose, that God should choose for me. If I am here on Earth, Christ is here with me, and if I depart to heaven, I shall be with Him. I would ask God to choose the Best for me; I leave everything in His merciful hands.

If I am conscious of Christ and communing with the Holy Spirit, I will be comforting to others. I give myself up to JESUS gladly, for He bought me with a great Price, even His most Precious Blood. I set my face toward JESUS, looking unto Him, with resolute purpose, undivided attention, and fixed perseverance. God is always sparing and preserving me, covering my path with His kindness, and surely His goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.

I want nothing beyond JESUS and His blessing. I want the Holy Spirit to lead, draw and attract me to Christ. Without the power of the Holy Spirit, I can do absolutely nothing effectual or profiting. I must find my Strength in the quickening Spirit of the Living God. I seek to diligently cultivate a spirit of prompt obedience to the LORD's words, will and promptings. Divine Aid is always needed from above ASAP. I am resolved to cleave to JESUS, do His will  from my heart, sit at His feet and catch His words, practice what He teaches, and be useful in His vineyard. JESUS' bleeding love sways me to glad gratitude, willing sacrifice, and obedient service. The cream of Life is sweet dependence upon JESUS and fellowship with the Father. 

The Goodness of God that leads me to Repentance and Obedience daily is JESUS Himself. The Giver of Everlasting Life is the great object of my life. The concentration of all my powers are upon one thing - the Praise and Glory of God. This one thing I do - seek Jesus' smile. The Source of my Joy and Object of my Faith is Christ Jesus the Lord. The root Source of Sanctification is Regeneration. The happiest life is lived nearest to JESUS. Always stay near the Great Shepherd, keep close to Him. 

The only cure for a bad day is to get near to JESUS, sigh after His company, cling close to Him, glorify Him in the little and big things, and in the good and bad things of daily life. Never leave JESUS out of anything. Simple faith in God is needed, not fanatical, not idle, simply desiring to glorify Him. My single aim entirely is JESUS; I give Him the best of my thoughts, works, words, affections. I will engage all my energies for JESUS on purpose, desiring to point and persuade sinners to the Cross. 

The great object of my faith, thoughts, ambitions, motives, and actions is JESUS only. The wisest soul always stays nearest to JESUS. I received Christ by a personal act, and now I must obey Him daily by a personal act out of adoring gratitude to Him. JESUS paid for my sins with His own Precious Blood all by Himself; He didn't need my help one bit. JESUS is Preciousness, Goodness and Sweetness itself. 

O VISIT ME

Till God in human flesh I saw, 

My thoughts could find no comfort at all; 

The Holy, Just and Sacred Three, 

Were only terrors to my mind. 

But when Emmanuel's face appeared, 

My Hope, My Joy began; 

His precious name took away all my slavish fears, 

His Grace and Blood expunged all my sins forever.

O Visit Me with Thy Salvation!

SANCTIFICATION (2)

Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. By the help of the Spirit of Christ, I want to be honest and sincere, clear of all subtlety and craftiness, transparent as glass before the LORD. I seek to be free of guile, so the LORD will reveal Himself to me, and reveal Himself to others by me. If I meddle with sins privately, then people may not see the LORD through me as they ought, and that would be a colossal waste of my life. I seek to be like JESUS: He went about doing good, His life was transparent and pleasing to the Father, He wore the gospel on His sleeve, come what may He kindly and consistently spoke the Gospel with His heart, tongue, and eyes; He revealed the Father through His daily life, He told out the priceless truth and heavenly message, and glad tidings wherever He went. First of all, I always need the Holy Spirit to pay me a Visit in everything I say and do through my day, or everything I do will be for naught. Pure heart, Good conscience, Faith unfeigned. 

Not what I want to do, not what I please; but what Christ pleases, for I am not my own, I am bought with a precious price - The Pardoning Blood of Emmanuel. I have absolutely nothing to boast about but my Savior. *I Corinthians 4:7* Let it be the habit of my heart to live upon Jesus, keep to Him, cling to Him, never let Him go, seek to serve and please Him in the little things of my life, live and have my being with Him. I gladly serve Him who served me. Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. *II Corinthians 10:5*

I must Study the words of God with care and attentiveness, with constancy and dependence upon the Spirit's illumination, asking for His understanding. I must sit alone and worship, draw near to Christ, steadily fix my heart's gaze upon His person. Let my Faith daily increase in simplicity, resting more fully upon the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the strengthening work of the Holy Spirit. He must Increase, and I must decrease, and grow downward for His sake. I must ask the Holy Spirit for fresh grace and wisdom. I must keep to the Cross, the central Sun of the gospel message, for the the Lamb is the Light that scatters darkness and gives Life and fruit, no one else can do it.

I choose to daily Yield to JESUS my members, faculties, abilities, talents, my life itself.  Complete submergence of my Self into the glory of God is true happiness. Simplicity and Sincerity of character, warmth of heart, zealous temperament, generous and helpful spirit is what I need to have. I must prepare my heart for service: worship and adore Jesus Christ privately, feel His splendor through His words and through praise to Him, and let His goodness shine upon my Soul and warm my, and give the warmth of adoring love to Him. 

Delight thyself in the LORD, not in yourself. Love JESUS, trust Him, come under His authority and command daily, pray to Him, talk to Him, be His Friend, talk about Him to others, let His will be my delight, take pleasure in pleasing Him, never forget Him, listen to Him closely, and follow His lead. Seek to glorify God and honor His Son as the main object and aim of my life. Make JESUS my heart's singular Focus. This is Sanctification: Eat, drink, work, play and sleep Jesus Christ, ascribing All glory to Him.

Entrust, hand over, give custody of my life to the Lord Jesus Christ daily. Long after God's way, desire to be conformed to the image of His dear Son inwardly. Concentrate all my spiritual, mental, and bodily powers upon Christ Jesus alone. Die to Self daily, and live wholly to Christ, only so He will be exalted. Find my soul's Focus in Him, make Him the sole object of my Love, His Cross the sole object of my glory, the Theme in which I Delight. I am living for no object or intent, but Christ Jesus Himself: He is the great aim of my ambition, the great object of my efforts, the grand focus of my eye of Faith. 

I freely choose to Daily devote myself to JESUS, surrender my Heart to Him afresh cheerfully and readily, without a murmur or grudging thought. I will give up All for Jesus Christ, for He gave up All for my Soul, and I rejoice to do so. My one thought, one wish, one aim is to Concentrate my whole heart, to gather up and send all my energies into one channel, towards one great end, and that is to do the will of the Father and finish the work He has for me to do here in the earth for Jesus' sake.

* Is there anything I should trust in but JESUS?

* Does your heart deliberately choose to remain under the power of Satan and dreadful sway of Sin?

SANCTIFICATION (1)

Sanctification: The day-by-day work of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost through their Precious Blood and words of Grace day-by-day by which the Christian's inward parts (heart, spirit, soul, will, affections, conscience, reins, memory, intellect, faculties) and outward members (eyes, ears, tongue, hands, feet) are purified and/or divorced from our sins and the world's ways, by which we are transformed and conformed to the image of the Son, perfected to a supreme love to the Father, and honoring and glorifying the Father with our lives.

The wisdom that is from above is First Pure. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. I press toward the Mark.

Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered without the gate. Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through Sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied. But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear. For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of His holiness. Even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness. Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

BE NOT FAR

Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O Lord. Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help. Why standest Thou afar off, O Lord? why hidest Thou Thyself in times of trouble? This Thou hast seen, O Lord: keep not silence: O Lord, be not far from me. My voice shalt Thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto Thee, and will look up. O that my ways were directed to keep Thy statutes! Jesus sat at meat in his house, many publicans and sinners sat also together with JESUS and His disciples: for there were many, and they followed Him. In all Thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths. The righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way: but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness. And straightway they forsook their nets, and followed Him. A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps. And many women were there beholding afar off, which followed JESUS from Galilee, ministering unto Him. If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct. O Lord, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way. Now God Himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way unto you. And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ. The day following Jesus would go forth into Galilee, and findeth Philip, and saith unto him, Follow Me. If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.

JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF

And when all things shall be subdued unto Him, then shall the Son also Himself be subject unto Him that put all things under Him, that God may be all in all. Who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father. I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me. 

Having abolished in His flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in Himself of twain one new man, so making peace. And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone. And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given Himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour. 

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave Himself for it. But made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the Cross. 

Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body, according to the working whereby He is able even to subdue all things unto Himself. And, having made peace through the blood of His Cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto Himself; by Him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. 

For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Now our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace. Now the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all. Who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. 

Who being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of HHis person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high. Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He also Himself likewise took part of the same; that through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil. For in that He Himself hath suffered being tempted, He is able to succour them that are tempted. Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this He did once, when He offered up Himself. 

How much more shall the Blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? For then must He often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath He appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. For consider Him that endured such contradiction of sinners against Himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. 

Who, when He was reviled, reviled not again; when He suffered, He threatened not; but committed Himself to Him that judgeth righteously. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a name written, that no man knew, but He Himself.
