Here are the Eternal Essentials - The Bible is the word of God, Jesus is the Son of God, He died on the Cross to save ungodly sinners, He rose from the dead the third day, deny yourself, never trust yourself, you cannot save yourself from sin, you are saved by simply trusting Christ’s Blood. One sincere call to Jesus Christ can save your soul forever. Believe in the inspiration of the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments found in the King James Bible (AV 1611); the creation of the heaven, the earth, and man by the direct act of the Creator, Jesus Christ; the incarnation and virgin birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; His identification as the Son of God; His vicarious atonement for the sins of mankind by the shedding of His blood on the Cross; the Resurrection of His physical body from the tomb; His power to save men from sin, the New Birth through Regeneration by the Holy Spirit, and the gift of Eternal Life by the grace of God.
You're going have to live somewhere forever. Your soul will live on and on, like it or not. You have to live as long as God Almighty lives. You have to live until God your Creator ceases to exist. You better learn how to live. You can end your physical life by committing suicide, but your soul will live on for Eternity. Many men try to end their inward misery by committing suicide, but they only kill the body, and not their misery. They will bury your body, but your soul won’t be there. You have to live on forever somewhere. Only Jesus Christ can give you eternal life and teach you how to really live (John 10:10.) Life comes from God, and in the Bible, God tells men how to live here in time and out in Eternity. Put first things first. Your relationship to God through Jesus Christ must be first. If you’re not properly related to God through Jesus Christ, you’ll never be properly related to anyone or anything on this earth. Let God get a grip on you, so you can get a grip on God. The best way to live your life is to be a Christian. Education with God left out of it is a curse. If you depend upon human wisdom and intellect, you have no hope; you need divine wisdom imparted to you by the Holy Spirit. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
Men are afraid of losing their rights, but not their soul. Men seek for a cure for cancer, but not their sins. Every atheist is a hypocrite, he wouldn't dare want to live in a country without Bible or Christian influence. If an atheist, he's never been to any countries with any Bibles or Christian influence. Time is getting short, life is uncertain, Eternity is forever.You can borrow brains, but you can’t borrow character. Your sinful past with all its stain and guilt and despair, Jesus took upon Himself on Calvary’s Cross. He took the stripes, thorns, spit, and nails for your sins. You will only find free forgiveness for your sins at the feet of Jesus.
God puts no premium on ignorance and illiteracy. God won’t study and pass a test for you. If you can, skim the cream off every man’s brain. Some men make the headlines down here, but not in heaven. Go to the right place for brains. Borrow brains from the right folks. The Bible is true. Your Sin will damn you for sure. It’s always wrong to do wrong. Every sin you commit is against God. Atheism deifies man, humanizes God, and minimizes sin. An atheist is unsaved and hopelessly lost in sin, and he doesn’t even know it, that’s one of the saddest things in the world.
You’re in a bad fix. You better be afraid of being a lost sinner. Every sinner by nature is on his way to hell, dead in his trespasses and sins. You have disobeyed God; you think you know better than God. You think you can get away with your sin, but you can’t. You've believed the devil's lies - self-righteous religion, godless darwinism, secular humanism, post-modernism, the list goes on and on. The devil always makes a man think he can get away with his sin. You must face the awful and solemn fact that you’re lost and hell-bound. All that keeps you out of hell is your heartbeat, and God's mercy keeps your heart beating every moment. The first thing you need to realize is that you're lost and under the wrath of God (John 3:36). Every man is a poor, miserable lost sinner without Jesus Christ.
Men are afraid of the atomic bomb and cancer, but they’re not afraid of their Sins. God knows all that you do, think, and say. He knows all that you ever have done. It’s a terrible thing to sin against God. There’s no such thing as a little sin in God’s courtroom. It’s an awful thing to be lost sinner. You’ve done something in your past life that you would like to forget, but your memory and conscience won’t let you. The guilt of your past sins haunt you. Trust Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins. Come clean with God, get things fixed up with God at the Cross under Jesus’ blood, and God will forgive and forget all your sins.
