When You Least Expect Him

Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.  When you least expect Him, expect Him.  Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth?

For the Lord Jesus Christ Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord Jesus Christ.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Ofttimes the day seems long, our trials hard to bear,
We're tempted to complain, to murmur and despair;
But Christ will soon appear to catch His Bride away,
All tears forever over in God's eternal day.

Sometimes the sky looks dark with not a ray of light,
We're tossed and driven on, no human help in sight;
But there is one in heav'n who knows our deepest care,
Let Jesus solve your problem, just go to Him in prayer.

It will be worth it all when we see Jesus,
Life's trials will seem so small when we see Christ;
One glimpse of His dear face all sorrow will erase,
So bravely run the race till we see Christ.

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in Me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, *I will come again*, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet *shall* sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible *must* put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

Behold, He cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see Him, and they also which pierced Him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of Him.

Surely I come quickly.  Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

In due time, Jesus will return, it won't be long.  Christ Jesus is my Rock and Blessed Hope. I believe He hung the moon.  When you least expect Him, expect Him.
