All I can do is point dying sinners to the Crucified, Risen, Living Lamb of God. You're an out and out Rebel against your Maker. Every man and woman breathing on the face of the Earth is a spiritual Leper, unclean to the bone marrow, infected and covered in putrifying sores, polluted in all your thoughts and deeds, in all that you do, incapable of fellowship with God, shut out utterly and entirely by your sins from the presence and acceptance of God. Christ Jesus the RIGHTEOUS is the only Person who can MAKE you acceptable in God's most Holy presence. Every one that is of THE TRUTH heareth JESUS' VOICE. (John 18:37)
The Pope or Joel Osteen will never utter a word about this: By nature, you're dead in your trespasses and sins, without Christ, utterly lost and ruined by your iniquities, having no hope, you're a child of disobedience and wrath, without God in this present world, lost and condemned in Satan's miserable family, but God is Rich in Mercy and entirely from His Kindness and Goodness, your Soul can be Translated/Delivered out of the evil family of Satan, and actually adopted into God's family and MADE a child of God, for JESUS' sake.
Why do you continue to defy the wrath of God by intentionally refusing to come to the Lord Jesus Christ for eternal life, redemption, and the forgiveness of sins? The world says, "Just do what comes natural." But if you do that, you'll wind up in Hell, right where you belong. Why will you not come to the Lamb of God? The strait gate of Mercy is wide open for you. You love Darkness rather than Light, you love Sin rather than Christ. By neglecting Christ, your Soul faces inevitable doom. Your natural, spiritual DNA is covered in Sin, your ingrained natural depravity cannot be removed without a Miracle from God the Holy Bible calls Regeneration. Dost thou Believe on the Son of God? There's nothing you can do to help get rid of your sins, your Soul is extremely ILL and filled with Sin's deadly bacterial infection which severe and widespread, your Soul is in SEPSIS and in the danger zone, your Sins have gone Viral and you're in imminent Peril; Prompt intervention with Christ Jesus is critical to your eternal Safety. YE MUST BE BORN AGAIN! Come on now, wake up, Flee from the wrath to come!
The Ethiopian can never wash away his black sin and make himself white, the leopard can never rub away his ingrained spots, and a sinner can never work away the sin stains ingrained in his Soul (Covetousness, pride, deceit, lying tongue, idolatry, evil thoughts, profanity, thefts, debauchery, blasphemy, dishonesty, defrauding, wicked imaginations, falsehood, unbelief, doubts, fears, despondency). Your filthy ragged cloak of self-righteous wicked works must be replaced with the spotless priceless Robe of Christ's RIGHTEOUSNESS. Your Soul's natural garment must be replaced by an eternal heavenly garment.
The Holy Spirit must help you perceive/understand the danger of your natural state, wandering lost in the waste howling wilderness of your natural state. Human nature refuses the very simplest way of Salvation: Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Whoever you are following, you will wind up where they do. Come to JESUS, Follow Him, and you will wind up in the RIGHT PLACE.
You've been a notable sinner; Slighting Christ and turning your nose up to the Cross seals your doom and damnation. Human nature is blind, demented, brainless, wandering in circles in the dark woods of Sin; continually in a death spiral. Let your ear be attentive, let your heart bow down at JESUS' feet. Anything short of simple, unfeigned, fixed Faith in the person of Christ Jesus Himself will not save your Soul. Living Saving Faith comes from above via the Holy Spirit. True Saving Faith comes to the Soul who fixes his trust in the Precious Blood of God Incarnate. Your unfitness is all JESUS needs from you. Escape for your life; flee straight to Christ Himself for Mercy and Refuge. Regeneration is not something you can perform for yourself; Reconciliation is out of the range of human power and wisdom; Eternal Salvation is way above your pay grade. Get rid of your self-righteousness, and trust only Christ and His RIGHTEOUSNESS. Take care of your Soul's everlasting welfare first and foremost: Come to the CROSS and really Rest in JESUS today; Resting in JESUS is good for ever part of you; mentally, spiritually, morally, currently and Eternally. Living faith in the living Savior.
JESUS bore your sins in His own body, and He took the Rap for you on the Cross. The viler the wretch, the welcomer you are at the CROSS. Your poverty and misery are your preparations to come to Christ. All that JESUS asks is that you come to Him empty and sinful. If you have any good of your own, you must leave it all behind to make it through the Strait Gate. If there be any good in you, you will not trust Christ sincerely, you must come with absolutely nothing in your hand. Sin has made you insane: you play the FOOL and will cast your Soul into hell for a joke. The most moral religious human nature is diametrically opposed to the Gospel of Christ.
The Holy Spirit must first help you sense your emptiness, poverty, danger, uneasiness, rottenness, unfitness, corruption, sin burden, weariness. Only the Holy Spirit can get you really shook up, shake you out of your deadly slumber, awaken you from your Sin Coma, and get you sincerely interested in the Innocent Blood of the LAMB OF GOD. Human nature ultimately seeks to achieve/attain its own righteousness to be acceptable before God. Moral religious righteousness is filthy rags in the sight of God. Human righteousness misses the mark of absolute sinless perfection which God's Divine Justice demands. The old nature is a deadly plague within your heart.
The Righteousness of God has already been fully achieved, finished, and perfected forever by Christ Himself. IT IS FINISHED! Stop trying to make yourself fit for heaven. Divine RIGHTEOUSNESS which God requires is something that a sinful man can never achieve: the Son of God attained this Righteousness for you. True Fire-Proof Righteousness is an impossible task for any sinner; only one Fit Man was ever APPROVED OF GOD and achieved the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God; JESUS achieved the VICTORY for you. The Divine Nature given to us by the Divine Power of God is the Righteousness of God, also called the New Man. Our sins will never take away from the complete eternal achievement of your free Pardon by the Precious Blood of the Lamb of God. Doubts and fears are like clouds and darkness, but the Sun of Righteousness still shines on through it all.
The noblest achievements of human nature are less than nothing compared to the Divine Nature given to us freely. Religionists kick at the simple free Gospel, and worldlings hate the purifying Gospel. May your Faith be fixed only in the person of Christ; Put all your Trust in JESUS only. The Finished Blood Atonement of JESUS is my Soul's sure Foundation and everlasting Confidence/Hope. In your natural state, you are only a horrible mass of animated death, a member of the congregation of the dead. May the Holy Spirit teach you reason and help you to flee to the only Refuge where condemned sinners can find Mercy. The only Fire Escape from Eternal Death is by JESUS only. Perfect Pardon is the asking and receiving from JESUS.
You have forgotten God and His commandments, abhorred the person of Christ, broken God's laws, rejected God's Son, mocked His Gospel. Never trust your works, but freely take the Finished Righteousness of God through Faith in the Son of God. The only cure for your Soul's sinfulness and restlessness is the Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world. Nothing but the Precious Blood of God Incarnate avails for me as a sinner at the Judgment to come. I have nothing else to trust to but JESUS Himself. I am helpless and empty apart from Christ's Perfect Righteousness.
Behold the wondrous story of JESUS' Incarnation and Substitution: the Infinite Creator was robed in the flesh of a Jewish infant in the manger of Bethlehem. The Eternal God was concealed/hidden within a mortal man called Christ Jesus. God's own Precious Blood flowed through the heart and veins of the Lamb of God. Deity and humanity was united in one Man, the most Precious Mediator and Surety, the sinless Substitute for sinners. Christ hath once suffered for Sins, the JUST for the unjust, that HE might bring you to God, being put to death in the flesh at Calvary, but quickened from the dead by the Spirit of God. JESUS, THE LAMB OF GOD, became the One Sacrifice for sins forever, He atoned for and put away SIN by the Sacrifice of HIMSELF, and God is now Just and the Justifier of the ungodly, and now God's Mercy can flow freely to sinners, FOR JESUS' SAKE.
Dear God, be Merciful to me a sinner, I am sinner through and through, I am going to Hell where I belong, I deserve to die eternally in the lake of fire, but I don't want to go, I trust only in Christ's Blood and Righteousness to save my Soul, please have Mercy on my Soul, FOR JESUS' SAKE.
