Justified

Dear sinner, if you sense your guilt and danger and helplessness, you can still be freely forgiven and freed from your sins instantly through simple faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Much more then being now JUSTIFIED through Christ's blood, we shall be saved from *wrath* through Him (Romans 5:9). 'Justified' means to be declared righteous by your merciful Maker. Justification is when God declares a sinner sinless IN CHRIST. If you're ever caught speeding, you will probably receive a ticket from the State Trooper. Blue lights are a very sobering thing. If you go to court for the ticket, the Judge might forgive you of your offense, but to justify you means something totally different. If a Judge were to justify you, he would take the police report with your offenses listed on it, and he would erase your name, and put his name in your place, so that your crimes were imputed (charged) to the judge, and the judge's innocence would be imputed to you.

This is the meaning of Justification - God completely and eternally cancels the whole debt of your sin for Jesus' sake. God switches the names on the top of your eternal criminal report. Your name is erased, and Christ Jesus' name is written at the top of the volume of all your sins. Christ pays your sin's penalty instead of you. Christ becomes the criminal, and you become the innocent one simply because of what the Savior did for you on Calvary's Cross. Jesus takes your sin, and gives you His salvation; He takes your vileness and gives you His virtue; He takes your perversion and gives you His purity; He takes your wrath and gives you His Righteousness. What a wonderful Savior is He!

Inevitably, one day you will stand before God, and you'll have to answer for a mile-long list of sins all by yourself, or you can just let Jesus take your place. Jesus wants to ransom you from your sin's penalty. He loved you and gave Himself for you. You will soon have to face forever - Be wise now - Trust your soul to Jesus Christ alone and He will keep it safe forever. He will grant you free and final forgiveness of all your sins. Place all your confidence on Christ's Precious Blood. Repent of your self-righteous pride and sinfulness - Cry out to God for mercy through Jesus' precious blood that was shed for ungodly sinners.
