There is none that seeketh after God. Human nature (the carnal mind) wants to enjoy safety, health, peace and prosperity (the mercies and goodness of the only wise God); but human nature will not seek after the person and will of God (The Father of our Lord Jesus Christ). But CHRIST JESUS came to seek and save that which is lost. THE LORD JESUS CHRIST came into the world to save sinners from the wrath to come, that is justly due to human sin. The Father seeketh the Soul, that will worship HIM in spirit and in truth. Gentle reminder: There is no peace in Sin. You are seeking something: What are you seeking today? Is JESUS your heart's one object of pursuit?
God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God. O God, thou art my God; early will I seek Thee: my soul thirsteth for Thee, my flesh longeth for Thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is. The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God. Let all those that seek Thee rejoice and be glad in Thee: and let such as love Thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified. Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the Lord understand all things. Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near. And ye shall seek ME, and find ME, when ye shall search for ME with all your heart. It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness. The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in HIM. The Lord is good unto them that wait for HIM, to the soul that seeketh HIM. I will go and return to MY place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek MY face: in their affliction they will seek ME early.
Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till HE come and rain righteousness upon you. Seek the Lord, and ye shall live. Seek HIM that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The Lord is His name. O that I knew where I might find HIM! Behold the Lamb of God! I will seek HIM Whom my Soul loveth.

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it?

Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that He have Mercy upon us. My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.

The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts. The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the Lord that seek HIM: your heart shall live for ever. When thou saidst, Seek ye My face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, Lord, will I seek. Let all those that seek Thee rejoice and be glad in Thee: let such as love Thy salvation say continually, The Lord be magnified. There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden. Now set your heart and your soul to seek the Lord your God. And after them out of all the tribes of Israel such as set their hearts to seek the Lord God of Israel came to Jerusalem, to sacrifice unto the Lord God of their fathers. A generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God. Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find HIM, if thou seek HIM with all thy heart and with all thy soul. Glory ye in His holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord. Seek the Lord and His strength, seek His face continually. Now set your heart and your soul to seek the Lord your God. Glory ye in His holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord. Seek the Lord, and HIS Strength: seek His face evermore. Blessed are they that keep HIS testimonies, and that seek HIM with the whole heart. And I will walk at liberty: for I seek Thy precepts. Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.
I love them that love ME; and those that seek ME early shall find ME. A scorner seeketh wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth.
