Behold the Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world. God takes away human sin through the Atonement of Christ. Make Christ your soul's one Rock of refuge from the wrath to come. Believe with all your heart that Jesus is the Christ of God. Trust yourself to Him. Jesus shed His Precious Blood and made a complete Atonement for every man and woman. The innocent Blood is free and full of virtue, free to every soul that believeth on Jesus. Turn away from your own works and doings. Turn your eyes to His full Atonement, to the utmost Ransom paid in full. I take His Precious Blood to be my only hope.Take Jesus personally to be your Sin-Bearer. Jesus stood in the gap between God and sinful men, and made a perfect Atonement for human sin. Take Christ to be your Atonement, your Justifier, your Salvation, your Substitute, your All in All. We are completely reliant on Him, and have nothing of our own to trust to. Resting only upon the merits of the Innocent Lamb of God. Holy, Holy, Holy is the cry of the Gospel. Jesus took the sinner's sin upon Himself, suffered and bled for sin. Thoughts of Jesus Christ and His agonies bring me to penitence, confidence, and purify me from sin. I cast myself upon Him for mercy. I trust Him. Hatred of my sins, and love of Holiness begins at Calvary.
The new nature that God gives us through the New Birth feeds upon truth, grace, love, promises, pardon, covenant, blood, atonement, incarnation, acceptance, forgiveness, justification, holiness. Go directly to Christ for free forgiveness. Incarnation - Atonement. Human nature is always puzzled while trying to work out its own way of salvation. The moment a sinner trusts to Jesus Christ's Precious Blood, his sins cease to be. All my sins are gone, paid in full. I am no longer guilty in the sight of God. I stand acquitted through the Atonement, and justified through His Righteousness.
The doctrine of the Atonement is this -- Christ Jesus bore our sins in His own body on the tree, and has put away our sins by the Sacrifice of Himself. The complete Ransom is paid. A full and satisfactory Atonement is finished by the Lamb of God. Christ has suffered the Law's fullest and severest penalty. Lord Jesus, please take my case, and arbitrate for me, I accept your perfect Atonement. The carnal mind is afraid of God, because it loves evil and darkness. I trust in Jesus' Precious Blood. God, please receive me for Jesus' sake.
Inwardly digest these words - "The blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanseth us from all sin." Blood is always precious, but Jesus' blood is most precious because it cleanses and frees sinners from the guilt and pollution of sin. Jesus' Blood washes away all sin; His Blood makes your soul good as new. He yielded His life's blood, took upon Himself the form of a servant, He was scourged, spit upon, bruised, torn, nailed, pierced, slain for us unworthy sinners. Nothing but the blood of God could make Atonement for human guilt. Think of this - Great sin, Great Atonement, Great Love, Great Gratitude, the Great Savior, great hatred of sin, great privilege.
The Precious Blood must be trusted without any mixture. Jesus completed and finished the work, and you are complete in Him. Are you living a selfish, thankless, useless, Christ-less life? The great Atonement was offered by the Incarnate God. Idolatry is creating your own image of God to meet your wicked lifestyle. The Blood alone puts away sin, and permits sinful man to come to God. There is no hope of pardon for the sins of any man, except through the punishment and the blood of Jesus Christ alone. The Precious Blood is the great At-one-ment . Jesus took your place.
Oh sinner friend, for you His Precious Blood was shed. Fears, doubts, sins, unbelief are put away by the blood of the Crucified One. Only the Lord Jesus Christ can present you blameless, holy, faultless, unreprovable in the presence of God's glory. Mercy is provided through the Great Substitute. The God of Love is pleased to offer and promise free pardon to all sinners who will simply believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. *II Corinthians 13:11*
Depend only on the agonies, griefs, sufferings, and Blood of the Divine Redeemer. Remember now, in order that sin might be put away, it was necessary that God Himself should put on human flesh, and bear the penalty of human sin, and He could only bear it by becoming a man. He endured the spitting, shame and smiting. Watch His wounds, count the blood drops, see the vileness, wickedness, and heinousness of your sins. See in Jesus Christ your iniquity being punished, put away, God reconciled, and your soul eternally saved. Jesus is my only ground of confidence for pardon. Rest in the precious Atonement which Jesus has made for human sin. Gospel promises, free grace, full Atonement.
Never slight the Precious Blood of Christ. God's thoughts are not your thoughts. Believe that Jesus Christ has made a full Atonement, rest yourself wholly on Him, rest your whole weight on Christ. Men cannot bear the doctrine of Atonement and Substitution. Human nature gnashes its teeth at the thought of the Lamb of God bearing the sin of guilty men. The Atonement satisfied the divine justice of God, and appeased the wrath of God. Trust only the pardoning atoning Blood of God's Son.
The story of the Cross - Full Atonement made by God's appointed Sacrifice, resting upon God's appointed Sacrifice, accepting God's way of salvation. The innocent Lamb of God bled for guilty sinners, and offered on the tree an Atonement for human sin. Your soul with the Savior's garments on, is made as holy as the Holy One. All my sin is gone. I stand in God's sight not as a sinner, but as perfect in Christ Jesus. I have not one sin in God's book against me. I am fully absolved through faith in the Blood of the Lamb. Resting only upon Christ's bloody Atonement made on Calvary.
