The more you are concerned about grieving God, the more peace there will be in your life. The root of your sins lies in their opposition to God. We have all violated and injured the Law of God. To injure your fellow man's reputation through gossip is sin. Murmurings, complainings, criticisms and finding fault is all sin. Sin has completely ruined you within. You have an empty and aching and broken heart within. A confessing, broken-hearted, acknowledgement of your offenses against God is repentance. You are living a vain and dangerous life without Jesus Christ. You have been impudent indeed while JEHOVAH looked on you with His holy gaze. None but the true child of God cares for the eye, ear, and heart of God. Grace in the soul produces a fearful guilt upon every evil act and thought.

God looks into your mind, heart, soul all the time. The LORD estimates men by their inner nature, and not by an outward profession. In the hidden part God shall make you to know wisdom. Lord, please erase my sins forever for Jesus' sake. Through the divine Propitiation make my sins vanish away. Remove the vile pollution of my sinful nature. Blot out all my iniquities. Lord, make me a new man within. Renew my old fallen self, change my foul nature.

Simply have done with reliance upon yourself, have done with confidence in anything but Jesus, and rest alone with undivided confidence in Christ Jesus and in what He has done for sinners like you. Have done with the outward, rejoice only in the inward working of the Spirit of God. Have done with your doings, and take and trust only Christ's doings. Surrender your lost soul to the Savior now. Only Jesus can make you fit for heaven. Christ is All or nothing. Nothing save Jesus Himself would I know. Have done with self-salvation and self-righteousness and your vain working, and come on to the Cross trusting to the Lamb of God (John 1:29). Have done with seeking to save yourself, accept Jesus alone as your Redeemer. Your salvation must be all in Christ, and not in you at all. God will only save you as a guilty sinner who only deserves to be damned.
Evolution and religion is a vain presumption and idiotic delirium. Seek the Savior's blood and merits. Beg the Holy Spirit to draw you to Jesus now. You must deal honestly with the Omniscient God. Seek forgiveness of sins and real joy for your sinful heart down at the feet of Jesus. Ask the Lord Jesus Christ to do with your sins what you cannot. God must hide His face from your sins, or He must hide His face forever from you. The Crucified Creator died for you, so you could be fully and freely forgiven forever. God, blot out my sins, erase my guilt, but don't blot out my name. Lord, make me a new man within.

Your foundation cannot be partly on the rock of His Finished Work, and partly on the sand of your own unworthy doings. Leave off attempting to work for your salvation by an obedience of your own. Your doings are an insult to the Righteousness of Christ. Faith in God's dear bleeding Son is the only way.
