Only in America will they legalize pot and whiskey and outlaw Big Gulps and Happy Meals. If you can't figure something out, there's a buck in it. You see, America's brain is in backwards - the mind is reprobate, the neck is stiff, the heart is crooked, the soul is perverse, the conscience is defiled, and the spirit is dead in sin.
Here in America, if you're a sodomite that marries the same sex, that's normal and accepted; but if you're a virgin until you get married to the opposite sex, you are strange and ridiculed. They that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same. They have sown wheat, but shall reap thorns...they shall be ashamed of their sin because of the fierce anger of the Lord. God sees and knows your sins, you can't hide from His searching eyes. He hears your thought life every day, and records it all in books in heaven. And if you die in your sins neglecting and rejecting Christ Jesus, those books will be used as evidence against you at the Judgment.
God will weigh you in His scales with the Ten Commandments. Thou shalt not be selfish, steal, lie, or lust. How will you measure up? All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. If you've broken one of God's commandments, just one time in your life, it's the same as breaking all of them. *James 2:10* You will also be weighed with the Lord Jesus Christ, a sinless man who died to pay for your sins. How will you measure up to God's Son? Jesus met all of God's holy demands, but you haven't. You might be better than one of your friends or neighbors, but you are not as Good as the Lord Jesus Christ. Who can be likened unto Him?
You have lifted up yourself against the Lord of heaven; and you have praised the gods of sex, education and greed, which see not, nor hear, nor know: and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Ah America, what a sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked God unto anger, they are gone away backward. The rich man in Luke 16 was clothed in purple and fine line, and he fared sumptuously every day (he dressed and ate like a king), but Lazarus the beggar starved at his gate. The rich man took care of his body, but he neglected his soul, so he died and went to Hell, but Lazarus the beggar didn't.
Be sure your sins will find you out. Fools make a mock at sin; the ungodly don't take sin seriously. Sin is like a boomerang, it will come back and get you. He that soweth iniquity shall reap vanity. You have chosen immorality, not ImmorTality. You have sown the wind, but you shall reap the whirlwind. Never put your trust in yourself. The educated man turns to evolution; the superstitious man turns to religion. The wise man turns from sins to Christ Himself. Focus Now - get a divorce from your sins, and place your faith in the atoning blood of the Crucified Creator.
You'll always reap what you sow, and you'll always get what you grow. You will never win playing the sin game. Sin has damned every man who trifled with it. God hates immorality, pride and selfishness; but He loves purity, humility, and mercy. The atheistic worldling's main problem is that he loves darkness. He loves worldly ease, sinful pleasure and carnal luxury; he is so important in his own eyes, and he will soon be brought down. Judgment is coming; you've gone too far. The atheist is filled with self-love. He tries to arrange his own life, and intentionally leaves God out. Whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased (brought down); and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. Focus Now - It's not too late, Run from your love for sinning today, and seek the bleeding love and pure mind of Christ Jesus by simple faith at Calvary's Cross.
