Actual Truth

There is religious truth, and there's the world's truth, and then there is Actual Truth (John 17:17; John 14:6). *Actual Truth* is found in one Perfect Book (the AV 1611) and in one Perfect Person who bled and died for you (the man Christ Jesus - I Timothy 2:5-6). The Lord Jesus Christ said, "If ye believe not that I am He, ye shall die in your sins." This is the worst place you could ever die - IN YOUR SINS. If you do your best and follow your conscience, you'll end up in the Lake of Fire. You don't like that statement because you're self-righteous, and you adore yourself. You may think you're good enough to escape the judgment of your Maker without Jesus Christ's Righteousness alone, but you won't.

God was manifest in the flesh, crucified for sinners, risen from the dead, ascended on high, and is now set down at the right hand of His divine Father. Jesus is the everlasting and unchangeable "I AM", the self-existent Being, the true God, God over all, blessed for ever; which is, and was, and is to come; from whom all creatures receive their being, and are continued in it; and who is also JEHOVAH OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. Christ is the eternal Son of God, God manifest in the flesh, JEHOVAH Himself was made flesh and became incarnate - Immanuel was God and man in one person. He came into the world to seek and save sinners. Christ Jesus is the true Messiah, the only Saviour of sinners; the one and only Mediator between God and man; the Head of the church, and the Judge of the quick and the dead. The great work of full salvation and complete redemption was wrought out by Him alone on Calvary's tree; give Him all the praise and glory of it, which is due unto His holy name.

All you have to do to go to Heaven when you die is just be Perfect. But you can never be Perfect, because you're a sinner. Just one sin (a wicked lie, a vile desire, a greedy theft, a filthy thought, a selfish action, a proud attitude, an impure motive, or your neglect and rejection of Jesus Christ and His Righteousness) makes you imperfect in God's sight. If you put helium in a balloon, it goes up, but if you put water in a balloon it goes down. It's what you've got in you, that will take you up or down at death (Romans 8:9, 11; I Corinthians 3:16; 6:19). It's not what you've done, or didn't do. You need Jesus Christ's Spirit within you (John 1:12), or you will die in your sins. Your soul is within your body right now, and when you die your soul will immediately leave your body. And since you love this earth so well, your soul will go down and live in the middle of the earth - Hell Fire.

While you were at your very, very worst, Christ died for you (Romans 5:8). Human nature is prone to run from that truth. Your right standing before God will ever have anything to do with you, nothing. You can do nothing morally, nothing in regard to behavioral modification that give you right standing in front of the holy Creator of the universe. You can stand perfect and spotless befre God by no act of your own, but by the perfect and sinless act of Christ on Calvary's Cross. Your only hope and plea and confidence must be in the sinless shed blood of Jesus Christ (I John 1:7). The blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanseth us from ALL sin, not our good works. Don't run from God and try to clean yourself up, but run to the Cross and let God's mercy lead you to faith and more repentance in Christ. You have nothing to rely on or to trust to but the merit of God in Christ Jesus. Trust Jesus' blood alone to redeem you, His merit to clothe you. The desire to stop sinning is stopped by looking to Jesus. Religion says Do, Do, Do; so that you can be forgiven, feel better, and not feel guilt. But only the Gospel can take your guilt away.

Evolution and Darwinism is nothing but one of many silly and ignorant and absurd superstitions that sinful man uses as an alibi to reject the one sinless person (Jesus Christ) who loved them and gave Himself for their sins. Now understand - God only saves bad people who are complete failures and in need of the Perfect Savior. God worked out a plan of free salvation that the pride of man naturally abhors. Darwinism is nothing but an absurd fable from the beginning to the end dreamed up by a godless wretch that *silly deluded dupes* believe in university classrooms all around the world. Nothing is more pleasing to *human nature* than to concoct and believe a cock-and-bull story, rather than to believe in the Invisible yet Incarnate God who bled and died to save sinners from the wrath of God. Unless a miracle from God happens (the New Birth - John 3:7), the old way of human nature will surely damn every atheist, that is, the old crowded road of rebellion against God, worldliness, selfishness, human reasoning, unbelief, indifference, self-righteousness, love of sin, pride, carelessness, sloth, procrastination, and thoughtlessness.

Atheism prefers Darwin over Jesus Christ - this hankering for nonsense simply reveals the innate hatred for actual Truth in every man's unregenerate heart. Christ Jesus is the sinner's Great Friend - think much of Him, trust only to Him, serve Him gratefully and consistently.

The Holy Bible contains the mind of God, the state of man, the way of salvation, the doom of sinners, and the happiness of believers. Its doctrines are holy, its precepts are binding, its histories are true, and its decisions are immutable. It is given to you in life, it will be open in the Judgment, and it will stand forever. Read it to be wise, believe it to be safe, practice it to be holy. It contains light to direct you, food to support you, and comfort to cheer you. It is the traveler's map, the pilgrim's staff, the pilot's compass, the soldier's sword. It should fill the memory, rule the heart and guide the feet. Read it slowly, frequently, prayerfully. It is a mine of wealth, a paradise of glory, a river of pleasure. It involves the highest responsibility, it rewards the greatest labor, and condemns all who trifle with its holy precepts. Christ Jesus is the Bible's grand subject, our good is its design, and the glory of God its end.

You cannot undo the sin you've committed against God, you can't do one single thing to atone for any of your past or future sins. Through God's grace, Christ Himself, the living Savior, must make you Perfect in God's sight through the imputation (free transfer) of His Righteousness to your sinful soul. Christ must make this transfer, not you. You must simply believe that He is Righteous, that He will do it, and then ask HIM for the Free Gift of His Righteousness. Remember, JEHOVAH God is holy and He is a consuming fire. If you plan to dwell in His presence when you die, you must be as Holy as He is. Only Christ's Righteousness can make you acceptable in God's sight. If you are not perfectly holy within through Christ's Righteousness when you die, you will have to endure God's wrath, the Lake of Fire forever. But you don't have to suffer, that's why Christ lived a sinless life, bled and died in your place, suffering the wrath you deserved on Calvary's tree.

Christ Jesus came into this world to seek and save lost sinners. God smote Him instead of us. Jesus took your sins upon Himself; God punished Christ for your sins instead of punishing you. Christ is the Great Substitute for human sin. If you trust Him, you shall live forever. If you will take Him this day to be your Savior and Lord, you shall never perish, for God has pledged His word for it, that if you believe in Him alone, you shall be saved. O that you would look to Christ, and live! Your good works are good for nothing, they all go for nothing as to merit, but if you look to the bleeding Incarnate God suffering and dying on the Cross, your soul shall live. If you will trust yourself with Him who is now risen from the dead and seated at the right hand of the eternal Father, your soul is redeemed forever. Only believe in Jesus, and you shall live; for this is the Gospel: Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved. We do not mince matters with you-damned you will be unless you trust Christ, damned you never shall be if you will come and cast your lost soul before Him. “Kiss the Son lest he be angry, and ye perish by the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little.”

Here are some things that *control* most people: money, belly, house, alcohol, pills, Darwin, learning, sex, human body, earthly success, religion, news media, music, career, intellectualism, tobacco, this earth, remote control, benefits, pornography, man's admiration, retirement plan, internet, clothes, sports, paycheck, materialism, pets, reputation, cell phone, personal insurance, newspaper, education, annual bonus, titles, TV, human instincts, nest egg, entertainment, mammon, automobile, technology, carnal comfort, pension, luxury, college degree, evolution.

Idolatry is the worship of something or someone, including yourself, rather than the true and living God. Whatever controls you besides God is an idol. The reason why a man goes to hell is because he wants his sins more than he wants the Savior. God gives the unbeliever his wish; he gets to keep his sin in the Lake of Fire. The unbeliever prefers a life of sin to the life of God in Christ. The unbeliever hates the presence of the Lord. Only thirsty and bankrupt sinners will come to Jesus for rest from their slavery to sin. Salvation is free to sinners, because Jesus Christ paid it all. There's absolutely nothing in you that can ever merit the favor of God. The invitation to the Cross is still open today. You're not qualified to handle your own salvation. The unbeliever doesn't want a life led by the Savior or to give his will over to Christ. Surrender your own sin, your own will, and your own way to Christ Himself. Accept the terms of surrender and sign your name to the peace treaty of everlasting life – in the name of Jesus Christ alone.

Now understand - you are what you spend your money and time on. The sinner works feverishly to remain thoughtless and careless. The sinner doesn't know God and he is not aware of the danger of his sin, because he loves sin. The foolish man selfishly leads his own family members away from Go and right off into hell with him. Every man is trusting in someone or something - the sinner insanely trusts in himself and/or his religion. Now understand - every sinner without Christ labors, serves, and worships, and tries to find confidence, significance, and meaning in his own miserable self, which is absolutely impossible. The lost sinner won't believe on Christ, and he WILL NOT see the truth in the Gospel, because he loves darkness (sin) rather light (Christ Himself).

You have a soul and it will never burn up. If you *die in your sins* without trusting Jesus Christ's shed blood to wash you clean within, you'll have to burn for your sins as long as God lives - forever and ever. Why is this? Because your sins and your soul are ONE until you are pardoned and ransomed from sin by the Crucified and Living Creator Himself. ALL have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. Christ is the authority on Eternity, not you, or Darwin, or your professor. The Lord Jesus Christ mentioned Hell 18 times in the four Gospels - Hell is an absolute fact. And the best you can do will land you in Hell. Self-righteousness hates that truth of the Gospel.

The self-loving atheist has his mind made up, he's going to think what he's been taught in a godless classroom till the day he dies, no matter if it costs him his own soul, and nobody's going to tell him anything to change his mind. The *actual truth* goes off the back of an atheist just like water off a duck's back. They try to brush off, duck, deflect, redirect, ignore, marginalize, and mock the Biblical facts of life, death, and Eternity. But Frailty, Mortality, Reality, and Eternity are just around the corner, soberness and truth are just over the hilltop. It's just a matter of time. Simply put - atheists believe what Darwin says and go to Hell, and born-again Christians believe Christ Jesus' words and go to New Jerusalem.

Hell really exists, it is a real place of torment (Luke 16:28) - you hear it mentioned by unsaved people every day at work and maybe even in your own home (they say, "Ah go to hell, it's hot as hell out here, that's funny as hell, as sure as hell"). Just listen closely each day to the unregenerate man's words - he'll preach to you about hell more than most preachers, and he doesn't even know he's doing it. Hell's not just for bad folks, and Heaven is definitely not for good folks. Hell is not the grave or just separation from God, it is literal fire and flames (Matthew 13:42; 18:8; 25:41; Luke 16:24; Jude 1:7). Everlasting fire or Everlasting life -- it's your choice.

Life is but a vapor, death is inevitable, you have broken God's law, but Christ died to save guilty sinners from the hell they deserve. What goes around, comes around. You reap what you sow, and you get what you grow. The wrath of God presently abides on every Christ-rejecting sinner (John 3:36). You have made light of God, heaven, hell, sin and Jesus Christ - they have meant nothing to you at all. But your time here on earth is running out fast. Your damnation will be Just if you die in your sins without the Savior. You cannot undo all of your sinful deeds of the past, present, and future. There are many skeletons in your closet that you don't want anyone to find out about. But God knows about them all - He has the black record of all your sins waiting for you. Someone has to pay for your sins. With you there are sins, and God must in justice punish you if you do not find a Substitute to take your place. Look to the eternal interests of your own soul - look to your own soul's salvation. Only the Holy Ghost can make the lost sinner wise. You are a spiritual fugitive running scared from Reality and Truth. The eyes of the Lord are in every place beholding the evil and the good. The ghosts of your secret sins haunt your memory from time to time. The demons of your sinful habits (filthy mind, dishonesty, unclean thoughts, thefts, cheating, bitterness, vile imaginations, pride, greed, selfishness) have you enslaved. Your wicked past will hunt you down one day, and will tell on you in the presence of the Judge of all the earth. Every dog has his day, and all of your vile secrets will come out at the Judgment of the Great Day of God Almighty. You can't hide from your guilt behind your silly notions of atheism. Unsaved soul, All of your poor alibis and vain argument will be like a spider's web at the Judgment, they won't hold you up. The way of the transgressor is hard, and life is long row to hoe without God, and Eternity in the Lake of Fire will nothing but misery and destruction forever and ever. All of your sins are currently attached to your soul, and will condemn you at the Judgment. Be sure your sins will find you out. A homeless person is an awful thing, but a homeless soul is far worse. Unpardoned sinner, your soul is currently out in the cold and heat of sin; you are starving and feeding on the garbage that the devil feeds you. You are in a very desperate situation without Jesus Christ as your personal Savior from the wrath of God to come on sin. Christ is the sinless Substitute for sinners. Jesus Christ gave Himself to die on the Cross for sinners - believe on Him and receive everlasting life freely.

There is a dreadful hell, and everlasting pains, where lost sinners must with devils dwell, in darkness, fire, and chains. The flames of hell will pierce your unredeemed soul, yet death will flee away, and though in flames you'll ever burn, you'll never burn away. There in hell fire you'll weep and wail and gnash your teeth, with bitter groans and sighs; No rest you'll have, night or day, and you'll never shut your eyes. The Lake of Fire will be the cursed end of every sinful wretch if he does not trust his soul with Jesus Christ alone. Every lost, unregenerate, self-righteous, sin-loving wretch cannot tolerate the fact, that when a man dies, if he is not Perfect and Holy through Christ's Righteousness, he will burn forever and ever in his sins. No earthly religion can tolerate that truth, a Hindu, or Buddhist, or Muslim, or Jew will never believe that. No religion teaches that the best you can do will land you on your back in hell fire, except one, and that is Biblical Christianity. One day if you die unconverted and unprepared to meet God, you will go and help fill Satan's dark dwelling in the fiery prison beneath your feet, where you'll be weeping, wailing, and gnashing your teeth for the ceaseless ages of Eternity. All because you you loved your sin and were too proud to come to Jesus' feet for free forgiveness.

The reason you'll wind up in Hell, is because you want your way, instead of God's way. You are resisting the Holy Spirit. You've made up your mind to go to Hell. When you go into Hell one day, you're going to make it there without Jesus Christ. This is why - you think you're smarter than your Maker, you think you know more about life, death, and eternity than God your Creator; you think you're Somebody. You think you know something that God doesn't know, so you'll have to endure torment forever and you won't be able to blame God, or your mother, or your friends, or your wife for it. You'll go to Hell because of your own stinking pride and self-righteousness. You've been truly warned about Hell. But you're stuck on yourself, and you think you're going to outsmart your Creator, but you're not. Mark it down - your fancy smart-aleck arguments won't save from death and the judgment to come.

Real Christians are not good enough to make it to heaven, Christians can't do one thing to get to Heaven. Jesus Christ did everything for me to get to Heaven - that is all. My eternal hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' precious Blood and perfect Righteousness. There's absolutely nothing I can do to get past the Judgment of God (Titus 3:5). You must stop trusting what you are doing, and simply trust what Christ Jesus has already done for you, or your eternal destiny will be outer darkness with the devil and his angels.

The torments and flames of hell and the lake of fire will never end. Why is that? Well, if you sin against a man, you can pay for it here in TIME, but you've sinned against the immortal Being that lives forever - you've sinned against the One that made you. And you will have to pay for your sins against God in Eternity until He dies. If God doesn't die, you've had it. You will want mercy and water in the lake of fire, but there won't be any there. And you'll hate yourself forever for going to hell. Are you saved and pardoned from eternal punishment - the lake of fire (Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:15)?

You main problem is that you believe in yourself, and not in your Creator. Take some wise advice - Don't ever put any trust in yourself. The Bible says in Proverbs 28:26 - "He that trusteth in his own heart is a FOOL." The Proverbs also say, "Fools hate knowledge, fools make a mock at sin, the mouth of the foolish is near destruction, fools die for want of wisdom, the way of a fool is right in his own eyes, the heart of fools proclaim foolishness, a fool lays open his folly, it is abomination to fools to depart from evil, a companion of fools shall be destroyed, the folly of fools is deceit, the fool rages on and is confident, the mouth of fools pour out and feed on foolishness, wisdom is too high for a fool to understand, as a dog returns to his vomit so a fool returns to his sin, and the fool walks in darkness." Without Jesus Christ, you are alone in this world, without hope and without God, and you are separated from God right now, and condemned already.

If a man is an atheist, he is an egotist, he's stuck on himself. You love sin and hate Jesus Christ, you're headed for hell where you really belong, and you've got your mind made up to go, and you're going to trust in Darwin or your religion right up to the bitter end. There will never be any Bibles or Christians in Hell to bother you, there's no babies or little children in hell, there's no fresh water or good food in hell, there'll be no sunny days or blue skies or cool breezes in hell, and there will be no mountains, rivers, lakes, or beaches in hell. That's what men like to see and enjoy; Hell will only be darkness, fire, screaming, and smoke.

It's simple to get to Heaven without Jesus Christ, just be perfect and live a sinless life. There's nothing to it, right, just don't ever make any mistakes in thought, word, or deed all the days of your existence here on earth. But there is no difference in any of us, for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. There are no sinless people, no exceptions, including you. There's no difference, human nature thinks there's a difference between certain men and women when it comes to SIN, but there's not. The Bible says "THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE" (Romans 3:22). The reason a man goes to hell is because he thinks his opinion is more important than the Holy Bible, God's Book.

Here is the one Good News: God became a Jewish man, His name was Jesus of Nazareth, He came down to this sinful earth and lived a sinless life, and He suffered, bled, died and paid for your sin on Calvary's Cross, so you could get to Heaven freely on His Righteousness instead of your own (Romans 10:3-4). Hell is filled with good people that did good deeds on this earth, but their own righteousness cannot save them from the White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20). Darwin and/or religion has conditioned your mind, and this *actual truth* really upsets you. Verily every man at his *best state* is altogether vanity (Psalm 39:5). Only God in the person of Jesus Christ can give you a divine nature that can dwell in His presence safely and enjoy His holy nature forever.

When you die, you will get to Hell really quick. You may ask, "How far down is hell?" Just a step. There is but a step between you and eternal death and darkness in hell fire (Jude 1:6). If you die without Jesus Christ, you'll go to hell like a bullet. Hell is at the end of a Christ-rejecting life. By nature, you're lost and going to hell. Here are Eight roadblocks to keep you from going to Hell: The Holy Spirit, The Holy Bible, a Christian's witness, Calvary's Cross, someone's prayers for you, sermons on Sin-Christ's Blood Atonement-Death-Recompense-Judgment-Hell, your conscience, and the Creation you see every day. If you get to Hell, you will have to work at it like a dog. You can't go to Hell without stomping right over the Blood of Jesus Christ.

Now understand - A man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still. You may have the best intentions and be very sincere, but if you turn up your nose at Jesus Christ and His Righteousness, and refuse what the Scriptures say, you'll cut your soul's jugular vein with the knife of your Unbelief. In the Holy Bible, there is only one escape hatch from Hell, and it is not a religion or a church, it is not good works, meditation, prayers, keeping the golden rule, or doing good to your fellow man. The Bible says that says that Jesus Christ Himself is the Way to Heaven (John 14:6; Romans 10:3-4). And right now, you are either a saved sinner because you have trusted Christ's sinless Blood Atonement to pay for your sins, or you are a lost sinner, because you are trying to work your own way to Heaven. God help you to trust your soul with Jesus Christ before it's too late.

The greatest sins of the atheist are his willful alienation from God and his enmity with God. The most damning of iniquities is to neglect and refuse the free salvation of Christ Jesus. This is a direct personal insult to the loving God. The evolutionist has said in his heart, "There is no God," and in his life he labors to escape from the divine presence of his Maker. He hurries into rebellion, darkness, delusion, despair, and hardness of heart. The darwinist will look in all directions rather than than look to Christ Jesus, his Best Friend and Sustainer. He leans hard upon the arm of the flesh, and counts it foolishness to rely upon the Almighty God. He shifts his trust often, now he depends on this, and tomorrow on that. He is again and again deceived by his false confidences, he feeds on his secret sins like a dog does to his vomit. He chooses his own delusions. He spends his mental strength on vanity, he schemes, frets, and worries himself, and wastes his life. He meditates upon some new thing which promises him temporal hope. He desires to be duped and is very willing to be deluded. He would rather perish than confess his sinfulness, his sin against heaven, and turn to Christ and begin to live by faith in God. His carnal mind is enmity against God. He needs something to rely upon which he can see with his eyes and touch with his hands, but the invisible JEHOVAH he absolutely refuses to trust. He struggles hard to get away from the God who made him and died for him.

The atheist will never admit it, but from time to time he is overthrown with a sense of guilt and the fear of death and eternal punishment, he is liable to God's righteous wrath, dreads His name and shrinks from His presence. There is only one way to escape from sin's power and consequences. Christ Jesus Himself alone can pardon and erase your sins. Turn your face to God in repentance, look with the eye of faith to Christ Jesus, or you will die in your sins. Don't look at yourself or your sin, look only to Christ Jesus and be saved. Judgment is quickly approaching; you will soon confront your Maker. You need a pardon bought with God's divine blood, freely given to all who trust their soul to the Savior. God delights in mercy, come to Christ now. You don't have to do anything to make the Savior forgiving and merciful.

What is your confidence for eternal life? What are you relying upon to keep you out of the hell deserve? What will support your soul in death? Flee from all carnal confidence as from a filthy thing, abhor your self-trust. Flee from vain confidence in man or self. You have no worse enemy than your self-righteousness. Set all your confidence on the Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world. Trust your all with Him who died on Calvary. Go with all your heart to the Savior and call upon His name in truth.

The Holy Spirit's Graces

* Godly sorrow over sin (The Holy Spirit First makes us conscious of our sinfulness, our danger without Christ, our inability to save ourselves from sin, and then we truly realize our need of the Crucified and Risen Savior) Our Sin and Guilt are our only qualifications for coming to the Savior. But we must first be convinced by the Holy Ghost that what Jesus says is true, and then to humbly depend upon what Christ Jesus has done for us in His redemptive atoning finished work, and to simply rely upon who He IS (God in human flesh crucified for sinners and risen from the dead).

* Abhorrence and departure from evil. * Seeking Christ Himself heartily, truly, and intensely. * Private prayer, family prayer, public prayer * Private Bible reading, enjoying Bible study * Intense self-distrust, self-abhorrence * Believe, trust, and obey God * Life of inward and practical godliness, inward purity, sincere obedience * Careful walking, close walking, joyful walking * Full assurance, desiring stronger faith, inward communion with Christ * Desire after private purity and public holiness * True and transparent profession * Utterly detesting hypocrisy and pretending * Watchful avoidance of evil * Hatred of the very appearance of evil, self-denial * Real, personal adoring love to Christ, thinking much of the Holy Ghost

* Secret sacrifices of pure love to Jesus (secret love-tokens for Him alone) * Heart searching * Do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with thy God * Live watchfully (privately, family, business, church, always in all things) * Church attendance (fellowship and unity), Sunday School, prayer meeting, visiting the lost and helpless *Eager desire for preaching and Christian fellowship * Purity, honesty, charity, discernment, spiritual common-sense * Thinking much on Eternity, and the immortality of your soul, the living God, and the judgment to come * Secret, heart fellowship with Christ and personal communion with the Holy Ghost * Secret, real, humble, childlike, effectual, earnest, fervent, intense, yielding, importunate prayer

* Repentance for sin and folly * Remembering God's promises and warnings * God-consciousness, seeking the Lord * Living near to God and His Son * Looking to Jesus, looking for Jesus * Secret praise and adoration of Jesus * Love and care for souls * Humble adoring gratitude * Hearty thankfulness to God * Keeping yourself pure in the love of God * Avoiding things that dampen your love for God * Warmth, loving, friendly * Avoiding bad company that will deaden your spirituality * Meditate upon what Christ has done for you * Live in expectation of seeing Christ * Staying pure for Jesus' sake * Godliness with contentment, temperance * Pursue character flaws * Incarnation, Substitution, Justification, Sanctification, Glorification

Calvary Exalted, Christ Magnified

And this is life eternal, that you might know the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom He hast sent into this world to seek and save lost sinners. As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not. The wages of sin is death. Verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. He that sinneth against Jesus Christ wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate God's Son love death. The way of transgressors is hard. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Depart from Me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.

Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.

God that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all. The Lamb of God gave Himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity. But Christ Jesus was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on Jesus the iniquity of us all. He His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree (you can live and die by that). He Himself hath suffered. Hereby perceive we the love of God, because God laid down His life for us, in the person of Jesus Christ. Redemption through Christ's precious blood is the only way to New Jerusalem. Trust the Crucified One, rely upon His perfect Atonement, rest on Jesus Christ Himself alone. Through the finished work of the Great Substitute alone we are reconciled to God. God can now justly forgive sinners through Christ's Blood Atonement. Every sinner can now have full pardon and sure justification freely through the blood and righteousness of Jesus Christ. Believe on God's Precious Blood, believe only in the merits of the Great Blood Sacrifice of Calvary. When Jesus' blood cleanses us, His constraining love then rules us.

Jesus said, "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. Satan was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When the devil speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil."

Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life; He that liveth and believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live, and WHOSOEVER liveth and believeth in me, shall never die. Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. But as many as received Jesus Christ, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name. By grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast.

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit. The Lord Jesus Christ by the grace of God tasted death for every man. The Lord Jesus Christ is able also to save sinners to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing JESUS ever liveth to make intercession for them. Jesus bare our sins in His own body on the tree. Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree.

Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God. He that believeth in Jesus Christ is not condemned. He that believeth on the Lamb of God hath everlasting life.

Being justified freely by God's grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a Propitiation through faith in HIS BLOOD, to declare His Righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time Christ's righteousness: that God might be just, and the Justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man [Jesus Christ] be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. Christ Jesus is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. If any man thirst, let him come unto Jesus Christ, and drink. God so loved the world that He gave His only-begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER believeth on Jesus should not perish, but have everlasting life. Christ died for the ungodly.

God was manifest in the flesh, the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. He that believeth on Jesus Christ's Blood and Righteousness is not condemned: but the sinner that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. The blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanseth us from all sin. Whosoever believeth in Jesus Christ shall never perish, but have eternal life. Much more then, being now justified by Jesus' blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

Be Wise

There are no good people - for all have sinned against the divine Law, the Gospel, the dying Savior's blood, and the gentle calls of the Holy Ghost. Why do good things happen to bad people? Because God is good and merciful and longsuffering to His enemies. Without Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, you are currently at enmity with God, and at war with your Maker; and having sinned against God, God is very angry with you - not just angry with you today, but He is angry with you every day - morning, noon, and night, He is angry with you every hour and every moment. You are far from God and deep in your iniquity; you are very foolish to remain God's enemy. It is a most sad and solemn fact that there is a day coming when you will face Eternity, when the anger of God will burst out, when God's wrath will utterly devour and damn you. Be wise - Flee for mercy to the Lord Jesus Christ Himself.

If you are a Christ-rejector, you are currently under Sin, God's Law, and the Wrath of God, the Bible says so. And let God be true and every man a liar. Without Christ, you are in your sin, and therefore you are in Death. You know you've sinned; if you don't think so, just ask your mother or your wife or your kids, they'll tell you the real truth about your faulty character. If you would just take about ten minutes, turn off your TV, and sit quietly in a room somewhere and think about your past secrets that you are afraid someone else is going to find out about, your own conscience will remind you of your sinful past, bear witness to the truth, and condemn you. Your human virtue and merit can never atone for one of your vices. According to the truth of Scripture, the soul that sinneth, if it sins but only once, it must die. If a mirror has a single crack, it is not a perfect one. If you have sinned but once, you shall be eternally damned for it, unless you have Someone to take away that one sin. All have sinned, the way of transgressors is hard, God is angry with the wicked EVERY DAY. And he that believeth not on the Lord Jesus Christ is condemned already.

You may talk mightily of your own standing, goodness, and morality: but in God's sight, you are less than nothing. The Scriptures say, you are “condemned already.” You don't have to wait to be condemned on Judgment Day - that will only be the execution of your sentence: “you are condemned already.” The very moment you sinned the first time; your name was written in the God's black book of justice; you were then sentenced by God to death, and unless you find a Substitute to take your place, in the person of Jesus Christ, you'll have to personally pay for all your sins in the lake of fire. And you'll burn as long as God lives. O careless soul, you are ruined by your own transgressions, you are corrupt to the core by your own evil heart, and you are self-condemned by your own wicked will; and you will surely be damned unless God's free grace and bleeding love saves you.

The Lord Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, offered a Perfect Atonement for your human sin. Jesus Christ suffered the terrible consequences of your sins. Jesus went up to the accursed tree of Calvary, and freely gave Himself up to die a criminal's death, and in that sinless death, the justice of God was vindicated. And now God can be just, and yet the Justifier of every sinner that believes on Jesus. God can now have mercy upon the vilest, and justify the ungodly, and accepts the very worst of sinners for His dear Son's sake. Oh sinful soul, have faith in THE Atonement. The matchless Atonement made by the personal sacrifice of the Son of God is infinitely precious; simply believe that there is merit and power enough in Christ's shed blood to save your soul. The Blood of God's Son is your soul's only safety. Be wise - Flee to Christ's atonement at once and rest in the finished work of the Cross of Christ, and you shall honor God by doing so. Trusting Christ's Blood and Righteousness alone is the only way you can honor God. Honor Jesus Christ now by believing that He can save your soul.

Now thanks be unto Christ Jesus, who giveth us the Victory through His Blood and through His Righteousness.

Whosoever

But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. Whosoever shall fall upon that stone [Christ] shall be broken; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder. For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in *HIM* should not perish, but have everlasting life. But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. Whosoever believeth in Jesus shall receive remission of sins. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

God Almighty only saves very bad people called *sinners* (Matthew 9:13; I Timothy 1:15). By nature, guilty men are dominated and enslaved by sin. The only thing any sinner could ever deserve is Hell. Sin is a scandalous and hateful thing, it despises God's holy person. We are so despicable and heinous that God Himself had to become a man and bleed and die in our place to pay our eternal ransom from Sin. God doesn't get anything good out of us when he saves a sinner, but God's Son does get great glory when He saves his enemies. By nature, you are an enemy to God and a lover of sin. Never trust yourself, only trust your Creator. The Cross is how God rescues sinners out of the sewer of Sin. Christ saves sinners, not good and respectable people. Only bad people that trust in a Good Savior can go to Heaven. Christ died for sinners. Are you a real sinner?

God the Father devised salvation's plan by the transference of human sin to Christ on the Cross, and by the punishment of Christ the Substitute instead of us. Christ is the way out of your sin to God (John 14:6). Whosoever believeth in Jesus is not condemned. God was made flesh and dwelt among us. God was manifest in the flesh. JEHOVAH was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing [charging] their trespasses unto them. You are not beyond the reach of God's grace. Fix all your hope on the crucified and risen Incarnate God, the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 16:31). Make the complete Atonement of Christ all your confidence. You can be reconciled to God by simple faith in the Precious Blood of God's Son. God's grace is freely given to whosoever will. If you reject Christ, your damnation is just.

The Gospel may seem hard, because you are so proud. It is hard to trust Christ, because you are self-righteous and love yourself, or maybe because you want to play a part in your own salvation. Religious people want to add 'human works' to Grace. The Gospel says, you can do nothing, and Jesus must do everything to save your soul from sin. The Gospel doesn't require you to DO anything to get your sins forgiven, and this is offensive to the self-righteous religionist. All of your best deeds are filthy rags and dung in God's sight. The free Gospel makes the self-confident sinner irate, because he wants to get some of the glory for saving himself. Human nature doesn't want to humble itself at the Cross, it wants to DO something. Human nature says, "I'll let Jesus do his part, but I want to do something. I'll do my best, and let Jesus do the rest." The Gospel is offensive, because it requires humility. Self-righteousness is so subtle. Only the Spirit of God can plant the Gospel seed in your heart. There is free and complete and immediate forgiveness of sins through simple faith in the Blood and Righteousness of Jesus Christ. There is mercy, grace, pardon, and heaven for any sinner who heartily believes in Jesus, the great Substitute for human sin. Come now to the Cross, hasten and look to the Lamb of God bleeding for sinners, by faith close with the Blood of Christ at once and be saved now and forever.

The Most Important Matter

The Gospel of Christ is the most important matter - Here it is: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Whosoever believeth in Him is not condemned. You richly deserve to perish in your sins. Your cherished secret sin or a vile companion may be keeping you from Christ today. But you must have God's salvation. You cannot afford to die without it. Forsake your self-righteousness and your old way of life. Go somewhere in private and seek Christ, press to Jesus at once. Trust Jesus' finished work with your whole heart. Believe that Jesus can do what you cannot do for yourself. You have no good in yourself, all the GOOD you will ever need is treasured up in Jesus Himself. Be ye reconciled to God through the blood of the Lamb of God.

Human nature always tries to bridge the gap between itself and God on its own terms and its own strength. Man tries to be good enough for God through human morality, but it is all vanity. God wrote Himself into human history by becoming a man and dying for His enemies, poor guilty criminals just like you. Jesus lived a sinless life and at the end was betrayed and crucified. Up on the Cross, God the Father laid all the sin of all of mankind on Jesus. Jesus hung and died on the Cross as our Substitute. God made Jesus who knew no sin, to become SIN for us, that we might be made the Righteousness of God in Jesus. There is no way for you to get rid of your burden of sin on your own. Flee to Jesus at once for relief and redemption. Human religion is all about what you have to "DO"; the Gospel is all about what Jesus has "DONE" for you. If you trust in your own feelings, thoughts, instincts, or works, you will end up in the Lake of Fire. Your submission to the Scriptures is of most importance.

FAITH IS trusting what Jesus has done for you to save your guilty soul from sin. The FAITH that saves is a simple belief that Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, offered up Himself as an Atonement for human sin; Faith is a simple trusting in HIS perfect sinless Atonement for your soul's eternal salvation. Jesus is the NAIL upon which you can hang your soul forever, He is the BRIDGE over which your soul may safely cross into Eternity.

Don't play the fool - go outside and look at the Creation, there is a good and wise Creator, His name is Jesus Christ. There's no such thing as evolution, think about it, your bills don't just pay themselves. Listen to your conscience and word of God, be honest, you know that you're a very bad person and that you have a load of guilt over your past secret sins that no one knows about but you and maybe a few other people. Poor sinner, look to the Cross where your Maker bled and died for you, you're a guilty criminal in God's sight, but He loved you to death anyway. Trust only in Jesus Christ, and you are a saved man both now and forever. God saves sinners by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus' precious blood alone, so God can be just and get all the glory for saving a wretch like you. God will only save you for Jesus' sake, not for anything you will ever do.

Damned you will be unless you trust the crucified and living Son of God, and damned you shall never be if you will come seeking mercy and cast your guilty soul at Jesus' pierced feet. The Gospel is merciful to the sinner, but merciless to sin. Sinful men are only saved by a simple faith in God's blood. Jesus died for your sins, He took your guilt upon Himself on Calvary's Cross and was punished in your place. Christ is the sinner's Substitute, He took the sinner's place, and now God can be just in punishing Christ and justifying you. *Christ instead of you* is the Gospel in a nutshell. You can now go free through the Blood of God's Dear Son. Jesus died that your sins might die. God is willing to freely pardon and ready to forgive you. Depend now only on the sin-forgiving Savior. Trust Christ Himself implicitly, sincerely, and immediately with your poor guilty soul and go your way rejoicing.

Sow the Seed

God blesses all sorts of men and women. But God especially blesses the sowers of the Gospel seed. You don't have to be able to teach or preach like So-and-so. You may not have a big hand, but go and sow God's word with your smaller and weaker hand. Having the right seed is the key. Watering the seed is also critical. You don't have to be eloquent or intellectual. Try to be nothing but a sower of God's word, a follower of Jesus, a servant in His vineyard, a fisher of men for Jesus' sake. This is not a vocation that will give you a 'name' or 'fame.' Keep your own name out of everything you do, only strive to spread the fame and name of Jesus around wherever you go. Your name will only be written in sand, and will quickly be washed away, but the name of JESUS is magnificent and eternal. The all-important matter is to glorify the name which is above every name - the Lord Jesus Christ. Let your name perish, but let Christ's name endure forever and ever. Your reputation is nothing but the vain breath of men, and is of little or no value. Serve God faithfully, keep to sowing His word. This is the highest calling on the face of the earth - a Sower. Don't keep the Seed to yourself.

First, you must be an Eater of God's words. Laborers must eat heartily or they will faint. Feed on the Gospel. Cry to God to teach you His words. Don't try to teach what you do not know yourself. Let Christ speak peace and pardon to your soul, and give you the hope of glory. You must also be a Receiver. You must go to the divine Granary (the Holy Scriptures) and receive a bushel of Gospel seeds from God's Holy Spirit. The Gospel must first be in your heart and hand or your laboring will be in vain. Receive the living word from the living God. You must be a Broadcaster of the word of God, scatter the real, solid truth of the gospel.

Jesus was the initial Sower. We only follow in His steps. Jesus came forth out of the ivory palaces from the glory of His eternal throne, He came down to Bethlehem, became a baby, then He waited till the Seed was ready, and then He went everywhere scattering His seeds of truth. It is the highest honor to the very least of the sowers, to be one of those who sow the Gospel of God in sinner's hearts. The Gospel is as everlasting as the God who gave it to us. Worldly men try to kill the Gospel plant, and when they think they have killed it, it just begins springing up everywhere more vigorously than before. We labor together with God. The world today is full of thorns and thistles, the Gospel Wheat must be sown and cared for.

Sowers must bestir themselves. We cannot observe the wind and clouds of today's distractions, philosophies, and heresies. We must work for the salvation of souls, and we must really get at this work. Don't just do plenty of eating and hoarding, make sure you go forth and sow as well. Souls are perishing, the prisons and mental hospitals are filling, superstition is abounding, and immorality is rampant. Indwelling sin can only be cleansed and abated by God's divine grace and blood. Let God cleanse you within, so He can use you in His vineyard. Don't just learn and enjoy Gospel truth, go and find a sinner and speak to him about Jesus. Always go to the Granary, diligently and constantly read and study the Scriptures. Be first a learner, then a Sower. After we have sowed, we must then steep and water the heavenly seed in prayer. Look only to God for the increase. There is a time to sow - as soon as you can, wherever you can. Be instant in season, out of season. Ask God's for the grace to be always sowing. Be wise as serpents, harmless as doves. Be ready with a good word, a choice word, a loving word, a tender word, a sobering word from God's word. Never sow against the wind - The HOLY SPIRIT. Sow the way the wind is moving. Scatter your seed and the Holy Spirit will carry it much farther than you can ever do, and your seed will fall where God shall make it grow. Sow God's word with all your might - speak a good word for Christ your King.

Don't try to do twenty things in this life. Let your aims and objects be limited. And remember, you cannot make the Seed grow, only God can do that. You are only responsible for sowing the good seed, causing it to prosper, that is God's business. If anyone is saved by your sowing, you must give God all the glory. Whether there is any soul saved or not, our only business must be to preach the Gospel, the whole Gospel, and nothing but the Gospel. Keep to this one point - preaching and teaching Jesus Christ and Him crucified for sinners.

Stick with sowing the seed of the Gospel, that is: Human sin deserves death (Romans 6:23), you are a sinner (Ecc 7:20), therefore you deserve eternal death in the Lake of Fire, and unless Someone else takes the punishment your sins deserve, you will inevitably face Judgment upon your sins and lose your soul forever. By nature, all sinners are lost, but God is gracious, Christ Jesus came forth from heaven to seek and to save that which is lost. Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners from the love of sin. Christ died especially for you. At the Cross, Jesus died the death you deserve and shed God's blood to pay the full ransom for your sins. Now, God commands all men everywhere to Repent, and Whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. Human Technology, Better Education, or Political Change cannot change the leopard's spots. Men love sophisticated, superficial, second-hand religion - men want to make up their own truth. But Jesus Christ Himself is THE TRUTH (John 14:6).

The Gospel is God's love letter to the sin-sick soul. Here it is - plain and simple: God is just, your sin has to be punished, that's why Jesus suffered, bled, and died such an awful death. But JEHOVAH is gracious, He delights in mercy. God for Jesus' sake will freely give you the forgiveness of all your sins and eternal life if you will simply give up trying to save yourself, and simply rely upon the Finished Work of God's Dear Son to save your never-dying soul. God laid on Jesus the iniquity of us all, and smote Him for your sins. Your biggest problem is your Sin, you're wrong on the inside, you're crooked and crippled inwardly. Human nature is all about selfishness, lust, disillusionment, self-fame, worldly power, money getting, and immorality. You're just like a wore-out grocery cart, no matter how hard you try, you just won't roll straight. Only Jesus Christ Himself can change you from the inside out. One thing you cannot hide is that you are crippled inside.

But there is hope for you, up on Calvary's Cross, Jesus of Nazareth, the perfect God-man, God manifest in the flesh, offered the Blood Sacrifice by which human sin is put away and eternally forgiven. Christ Jesus died for sinners - He is the resurrected Creator. Trust says Jesus can, Faith says Jesus is, Hope says Jesus will. Personal trust in the living Person of Christ saves the sinful soul. Believe on Jesus Himself, rest and rely only on His precious blood, and your soul shall live through His sinless death. Trust only what Jesus has finished on Calvary's Cross, not what you have done or will do. Jesus died for sinners, He rose from the dead, He is alive forever more. He is the living Savior. Life is short, plan ahead. Trust your poor soul to Jesus Christ Himself. Trust Christ alone to do what you cannot do for yourself. Simply tell out that truth, that is the main thing you have to do in this life. Keep on telling the Gospel Message (Christ died for the ungodly) - tell it over, and over, and over, and over again, till it is received by God's blessing into the minds and hearts of sinful and perishing men.

Your one business in this short life is to Sow. Sowing is an act of faith, that is, as you labor put all your confidence in the living God - Jesus Christ. Ask the Holy Spirit to move and make alive everything you sow. God bids you speak His Word, be His lips here in time, you will soon be in Eternity. Don't try to defend the seed, just keep sowing it, the Seed will get the job done, not all your arguments and defense of it. God's word shall not return to Him void, but it shall prosper in the thing whereto He hath sent it. Now sow with all your might, throw your very soul into publishing the glad tidings of Christ Crucified for sinners. Begin at once, by the power of the Holy Spirit of God, go forth and sow the good news of the free grace and dying love of the Crucified and Risen Lamb of God. Simple faith in God's blood that flowed from Jesus' veins is your message. Trust in God to make His seed increase and multiply. Throw a handful of seed everywhere you go, for Jesus' sake.
