NOW BE PARTICULAR

Someone or something is always trying to Persuade you; Now Be Particular about who is persuading you in this brief life, which is even a vapor, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. If they are persuading you to the words of God, the Lamb of God, and the Precious Blood of God; then you're OK. The Threefold Cord of The True Grace of God, The Faith of God, and The Blood of God will never ever be broken.

Now Understand: Your most immediate and all-important need of all is to get into direct contact intentionally with The Lord Jesus Christ Himself through Faith in His Precious Atoning Blood that was shed for guilty sinners.

All through the Bible, folks were trying to persuade others, and they still are, even until now here in 2024. You see, I am Persuader for The Lord Jesus Christ here in this Earth; my calling is to Persuade lost and saved Souls to come to the Lamb of God where true Peace and Rest can be found. Here are a few verses of Scripture to remind us all to be Particular about who is persuading our hearts and minds:

And the Lord said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner. And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the Lord, and said, I will persuade him. And the Lord said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so. And after certain years he went down to Ahab to Samaria. And Ahab killed sheep and oxen for him in abundance, and for the people that he had with him, and persuaded him to go up with him to Ramothgilead.

Doth not Hezekiah persuade you to give over yourselves to die by famine and by thirst, saying, The Lord our God shall deliver us out of the hand of the king of Assyria? Now therefore let not Hezekiah deceive you, nor persuade you on this  manner, neither yet believe him: for no god of any nation or kingdom was able to deliver his people out of mine hand, and out of the hand of my fathers: how much less shall your God deliver you out of mine hand? By long forbearing is a prince persuaded, and a soft tongue breaketh the bone. Beware lest Hezekiah persuade you, saying, the Lord will deliver us. Hath any of the gods of the nations delivered his land out of the hand of the king of Assyria? Hear now my reasoning, and hearken to the pleadings of my lips. Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus. And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and secure you. And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead. But and if we say, Of men; all the people will stone us: for they be persuaded that John was a prophet. Compel them to come in, that My house may be filled. He that winneth souls is wise.

Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God. And there came thither certain Jews from Antioch and Iconium, who persuaded the people, and having stoned Paul, drew him out of the city, supposing he had been dead. And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks. Saying, This fellow persuadeth men to worship God contrary to the law. And he went into the synagogue, and spake boldly for the space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the kingdom of God.

And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures. And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks. And he came to Ephesus, and left them there: but he himself entered into the synagogue, and reasoned with the Jews.  And as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee.

Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul hath persuaded and turned away much people, saying that they be no gods, which are made with hands. And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The will of the Lord be done. For the king knoweth of these things, before whom also I speak freely: for I am persuaded that none of these things are hidden from him; for this thing was not done in a corner. Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian. And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening.

Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God. And Judas and Silas, being prophets also themselves, exhorted the brethren with many words, and confirmed them. And he went through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the churches.

And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come. One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.

And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences. Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God

For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you. When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also. For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak. These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

Now Be Particular!
