Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. According as God's divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue.
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for Thou hast created all things, and for Thy pleasure they are and were created. The LORD hath made the earth by His power, He hath established the world by His wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by His discretion. I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto Me. Ah Lord God! behold, Thou hast made the heaven and the earth by Thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for Thee. He hath made the earth by His power, he hath established the world by His wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by His understanding.
Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.
In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For though Jesus was crucified through weakness, yet He liveth by the power of God.
For we also are weak in Christ, but we shall live with Him by the power of God toward you. And what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power. The gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of His power. Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. Strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness.
Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because Thou hast taken to Thee Thy great power, and hast reigned. For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake. Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of His goodness, and the work of faith with power. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to Whom be honour and power everlasting.
Thy right hand, O Lord, is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O Lord, hath dashed in pieces the enemy. God is my strength and power: and He maketh my way perfect. Thine, O Lord is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all. Both riches and honour come of thee, and Thou reignest over all; and in Thine hand is power and might; and in Thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all. God hath power to help, and to cast down.
Touching the Almighty, we cannot find Him out: He is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: He will not afflict. Be thou exalted, Lord, in Thine own strength: so will we sing and praise Thy power. The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty. God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God. Great is our Lord, and of great power: His understanding is infinite. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might He increaseth strength. The Lord is slow to anger, and great in power. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. Ye do err, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God.
