Confide in God
Be wise - Make God manifest in the flesh, Christ Jesus Himself, your main focus and passion in this brief life. Make the Lord Jesus Christ the very center of your desires and the object of all your exertions. Seek God first and His righteousness. The pleasing of the public and accumulation of wealth is vanity and vexation of spirit. Every man in his best state is altogether vanity. You'll never have it altogether sinner, until you are altogether saved by the Altogether Lovely Savior, Immanuel, God with us.
The Holy Spirit enlightens our dark minds and hearts, convinces us of our sinfulness and inability, and then leads us to the Lamb of God. Living for business and money-making will leave you disappointed. Living for fame will cause you to die disappointed, grieved, and sad at heart. Living to maintain respectability of fickle men, oh, it's a vain bubble not worth the chase. Make the Lord Jesus Christ your one goal and mark in life - Godliness with contentment is great gain.
Preach the kingdom of God, Teach those things concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all confidence, Worship God in the spirit, Rejoice in Christ Jesus, and put no confidence in the flesh. There is never a loss in trusting Christ with your soul, and then making Him the first object and center of your life. Have no care but to please God. The most miserable people in the world are the very careful ones; they are so anxious about what may happen in the future that they cannot enjoy the blessings of today. Be careful for nothing except God; cast all your care upon Him; for He careth for you. Make this your central concern - to love, to please, and serve the Lord. Turn your eye to God continually, never forget Him. Leave your worries with God, have no thought but how to please Him - trust only to Him.
Make the living God (Jesus Christ Himself) your only dependence, and never trust in anything or anyone else. The Lord hangs the world upon nothing. Our faith should be like the world, it should hang on nothing but the naked promise and power of God. Trust in Christ Jesus, make Him your soul's only consolation. He will supply all your needs. Learn to live wholly upon God. Don't be so dependent on man, leaning completely on one another. Lean hard upon your Heavenly Friend, make no one your strength and support but your Creator and Sustainer. Simply trust in the Faithful Promiser, the man Christ Jesus.
Make God your only guide and confidence. Always go to God first. Let God give you His counsel from the Scriptures. Let God take the helm of your soul. If you try to carve out your own life, you'll always cut your fingers. He that runs before God goes on a fool's errand. Let God's providence lead you. Take your troubles to the throne of the Most High, say, "Lord, please direct me, Lord, remember me, I need You, I beg for Your Presence and Blessing, most of all." Follow directions from God, even when it leads contrary to your own interests and worldly loss. In truth and verity confide in God to guide you daily. Tell your problems in the ear of God, and as sure as the Bible is true, God will never leave nor forsake you. To resist slander is to make it worse. Slander can do no hurt when we remain still. Where no wood is, the fire goeth out. You may have many dangers and troubles - you may be afraid of losing your sick child, or sick spouse, and these circumstances may cut to the quick of our heart. But go directly to your prayer closet, and tell the Lord expressly that your loved one is ill, and pour out your heart before Him. Though He slays me, yet will I trust Him.
Go today and draw from the Bank of Faith, get all you need out of the riches of God's lovingkindness and enduring love. God never fails to honor His promises, bring His promises to His throne for Him to answer. Always hope in God for temporal and eternal supplies, for physical and divine help. Contentment with God makes a man rich. Live for God, live with God, live on God, with only this care - to bless and please Him. Cease from toil and sorrow and care, God always provides for the morrow. Finally, make Christ Jesus your everlasting Confidence, and Joy will surely follow.

Do You Have Your Boarding Pass?
* Your BP has a great deal of information on it: Destination, Gate, Flight Number, Date and Time of Flight, Boarding Time, Seat Number, Seat Zone, and Frequent Flyer Number. Ensure your name is correct on your BP prior to leaving the airline ticket counter. The name on your BP and your ID card will need to match when you attempt to access the TSA security checkpoint and your gate.
* Always remember to bring a copy of your flight itinerary with you just in case the airline computers are not working. Allow 60 minutes for check-in with no bags, 90 minutes with bags, and two hours for international flights. Seats next to the wings provide the smoothest ride. To have a safer flight, remember to pray for God's divine mercies and for your pilot(s) and the plane.
* After you check your bag, make certain you stick your ‘checked baggage’ sticker to the back your of your BP. If your baggage is misplaced, the ‘checked baggage’ sticker will help you when dealing with the airline baggage office. Also, before the airline ticket agent places your luggage on the conveyor belt, make sure your bag has ‘your’ tag on it with the correct destination.
* Always have your BP and your Driver’s license, Passport, Military ID, or Gov’t Issued ID readily available for the Airline Ticket Counter and TSA security checkpoints.
* Once you’re inside the airport gate area, remember to check the flight status monitors to ensure your gate hasn’t changed. When you arrive at your gate, check your BP for boarding time and listen closely for the Seating Zone noted on your BP.
* Your BP will be useful in locating your seat and verifying it. If another passenger is sitting in your seat by accident, locate a stewardess to help you.
* After you’re seated, keep your BP stub handy just in case you have to deplane and reboard for some reason (i.e., security concern, maintenance problem, flight cancellation due to weather, etc.) The Bar Code on your BP can also be used to quickly identify you and book another flight if needed. Your BP can be accepted by other airlines if your flight is cancelled for some reason.
* Don’t leave your BP laying around: There is important personal information contained on it that identity thieves can use against you.
Airline boarding passes are critical when traveling, but there is another boarding pass that is more important than any other. One day you will Depart this life and go out into Eternity, and an Eternal boarding pass will be required. Only Sinners that see their need and humble themselves can be issued an Eternal boarding pass.
When you fly, your boarding pass is absolutely required to gain access to your flight. Likewise, you will absolutely need an ‘Eternal’ boarding pass to gain access to Heaven. You need it because you’re a Sinner (an immoral criminal in God's sight). But maybe you don’t see your need for an Eternal boarding pass when you die. Let’s see if you need one: Have you ever lied or stolen anything? If so, that makes you a liar and a thief? Have you ever taken God’s name in vain? If you have, that makes you a blasphemer. Have you ever looked on someone with lust? Then that makes you an adulterer in heart. Jesus said, “Whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery already with her in his heart.” *Matthew 5:28*
The Bible says, that all liars, thieves, blasphemers, and adulterers cannot inherit the kingdom of God and will have their part in the lake of fire. There is none that doeth good, no, not one. ‘Good’ in the Bible means moral perfection in thought, word and deed. Only Jesus was truly Good. In the Bible sense, Sinners are not good at all; they are very bad and evil. Every time you have sinned, you sinned with knowledge of right and wrong – your conscience faithfully warned you repeatedly, but you went ahead and sinned against God and His laws anyway.
If God judges you by the Ten Commandments, will you be innocent or guilty on Judgment Day? Will you end up in Heaven or Hell? Here’s some Good News: Christ Jesus, God manifest in the flesh, came into the world to save sinners; He died for the ungodly, and now whosoever believeth in Him hath everlasting life. It’s not God’s will for you to go to Hell. Heaven’s ticket counter is at Calvary’s Cross where the Lord Jesus Christ died for you. You must go to the Cross by faith to pick up your Free boarding pass. JESUS paid for your ticket in Full when He bore your sins in His own body, suffered and died to pay the death penalty due to your sins with His own Innocent Blood. The Lord Jesus Christ lived a perfect, sinless life for you and shed His Precious Blood for your sins, so He could Give you His perfect Righteousness, and save you from the Hell fire you justly deserve.
Are you going to lose your sins,
or lose your soul?
It your choice.
You cannot earn an Eternal boarding pass to Heaven. The best works you can do are all in vain and useless in the sight of God. Religions today are working hard trying to get you to trust their water and your works, and neither one of them can save your soul. You’ve sinned in the past, and all your good works can never take away your sins against God. Your good works don’t impress God; only JESUS’ perfect, finished work pleases God. It Is Finished, Through Jesus' Blood, Worthy is the Lamb! Heaven’s Eternal boarding passes are not for sale - they are Absolutely Free to all who will Repent of their sins, admit their need of a Saviour, and place their entire trust (faith) in the bloody death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ to pardon and pay their horrendous sin debt. Christ died for the ungodly; Ye must be born again; Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved; Whosoever believeth in Him hath everlasting life.
God is Holy and Just and demands absolute, perfect Righteousness to enter Heaven. Do you have it? If you’re just the like the rest of us poor sinners, You Don't. The Bible says, For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. We have all come ‘way short’ of God’s perfect Righteousness, which is Christ Jesus Himself. All our righteousnesses are as filthy rags. *Isaiah 64:6* Are you a sinner? Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Do you need a Saviour? If you sense your need, inability, sinfulness, and imminent danger, then call upon JESUS’ name right now and ask God to save you by His blood and grace. Dear God, please be merciful to me a sinner and save my sinful soul for Jesus’ sake.

Buy - A Bible Word
Buy is such a small 3-letter Bible word, that its rich truth is normally missed by the carnal minds of self-righteous men. Buy is a precious word in the Scriptures, and the hidden wisdom of its meaning cannot be discerned by the natural man. In order to buy from God and His Son, you must first become poor and needy with the help of the Holy Spirit. Only the Holy Spirit can reveal to you your spiritual poverty, sinfulness and inability to please God with your own righteousness. If you come to God as a prince, you'll leave as a pauper; but if come to God as a pauper, you'll leave as a prince. No sinner can afford to buy God's Truth, Wisdom, Instruction, Understanding, and Salvation. These divine things are eternally Priceless and cannot be purchased by human merit. The way that you Buy from God is that you must convince Him that you are broke. God already knows you're broke, but He wants you to understand and plainly confess to Him what your Need is exactly. Bankrupt sinners are always welcome and received at the Cross.
Eternal Life is only obtained Freely at the feet of the Lord Jesus Christ down at Calvary's Cross. You see, Christ died for the ungodly; Every one of us shall give account of himself to God; Ye must be born again through Faith in Jesus' Blood. Come now to Jesus with empty hands and pockets and He will fill them with His Gold; Come at once to Jesus in your filthy rags, and He will clothe you with His white raiment; Come to Jesus blind and in need of spiritual sight, and He will apply His eye salve, and then you will see your sinful self, a holy God, and a merciful Savior.
Lord Jesus, I know your Grace, that, though You were rich, yet for my sake You became poor, that I through Your poverty might be Rich. I am so poor and needy. My sinful soul is in deep poverty and in dire need of your tender mercy. I don't have a spiritual penny to my name, for I'm a sinner and nothing at all. Nothing in my hand I bring, simply to Thy Cross I cling. I forsake my my own righteousness, and I am trusting only to Your Precious Blood. Please give me your forgiveness of sins and eternal life freely.

Monopoly Money
If you play a game of Monopoly at home with family and friends, and win a pile of money; all of that money is just make-believe. If you took that money you won on the Monopoly board outside of your home and down to the grocery store or bank, the cashier or teller would laugh at you and turn you away. Likewise, you may have a pile of works, and you think you're rich towards God. You can play around with your works and try to impress others down at the church here in Time, but when you exit this world and enter into Eternity and meet Almighty God with those counterfeit works of yours, He will laugh at you and turn you away forever from His presence. Your works are only make believe and of no worth here in Time and out in Eternity with God. Don't deceive yourself, never trust your works at all. Only believe on Christ's Finished Work (Blood and Righteousness). Simply count on what Jesus did for you, for only He is rich enough to pay your sins' eternal Bills before God. You may be admired by many publicly. You may do great things in your little world. You may work hard, pay your bills, and love your family. You are indignant at the sins of others, but indulgent about your own sins. "Faults in others I can see, but thank God there's none in me." You may carry on your life as good as you can, maybe even better than most of those around you. But still every man is like the moon and has a dark side that he doesn't show to anyone. You have a dark side called Sin that you don't want anyone to know about, but it's still there. No one ever taught you to do wrong, because by nature you are wrong with God. You are a sinner, and Christ is the Savior. Destruction and misery are the paths you choose naturally, and there is no real fear of God before your eyes. But you are accountable to the God who made you. By nature, you are under sin, the Law, and the wrath of God. Because of your sinfulness and self-righteousness, you are in desperate need of a Savior. You are as bad off as you can possibly be. Your good works are like Monopoly money, they're good for nothing, but playing a game. You need to stop playing the game of Self-Righteousness, and hazarding your immortal soul. Life is so short, be wise, entrust your priceless soul to Jesus Christ while you still can.
You have a deadly sin nature within you that just won't go away, a stubborn attitude that hates the true and living God, and refuses to acknowledge, adore, and glorify your Most High Maker - The Lord Jesus Christ. Human nature always thinks you get salvation the old-fashioned way, that is, you earn it. All human religion teaches works-based salvation. But your works can never earn your favor with God. There is none righteous, no, not even one, and that includes you as well. All men are the same in the sight of God - SINFUL. No one can ever deserve to enter the holy presence of God. You can never work hard enough to be as righteous as God is. You can never sacrifice enough to gain do better that Christ did on Calvary's tree.
Now understand - You have no goodness or righteousness in you at all. You think there's something good deep down inside in you that you can build on, but that is only self-delusion. If a man thinks himself to be something, when he is Nothing, he deceiveth himself. *Galatians 6:* There is nothing you could ever do to please God, or escape the wrath of God that currently abides on you. *John 3:36* God will never save you for the sake of anything you will ever do; God only saves sinners who reject themselves, and rely on the person, blood, and finished work of Jesus Christ. You are dark, lost, and wretched until you simply confide in Jesus Himself. Sin never glorifies the God of heaven who is holy and good. God is truth, and you are a lie, the Bible says so. You have a root problem called Sin. You cannot unscramble the eggs of sin you have broken and mixed all throughout your life. Because of your sins, you are completely dead spiritually and your soul and spirit are separated from the life of God - Jesus Christ. It only takes one pin to burst a balloon, and it only takes one sin to damn your soul to Hell. Just one little lie or lustful look will land you in lake of fire. And remember, religious pride will damn you quicker than carnal worldly pride. There's nobody so good that doesn't need to be saved, and there's nobody so bad that can't be saved. Men measure themselves by one another, but God measures you by His perfect standard, the Lord Jesus Christ. God will judge you according to truth, according to your deeds, and according to the Gospel.
But there's hope for the vilest - in tender mercy, The Lord Jesus Christ, God in human flesh, came to your rescue. The Creator of the ends of the earth came down to earth to bleed and die especially for your sins. Jesus died in your place, and as a Substitute, He suffered the wrath of God your sins deserve. The sinless blood Sacrifice (Atonement) of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, satisfied the justice of God due to your sin. Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, especially you. He paid the complete ransom in full, because there is nothing in you to offer God. All you have to offer God is your sin. God's salvation is only given to ungodly sinners Freely for Jesus' sake. Look to the Cross to Jesus the God-man dying in your place. Your self-righteous deeds and dirty thoughts in God's record book justing waiting to condemn you at the Judgment. Jesus lived a sinless and fulfilled the divine Law perfectly for your sake. You have no righteousness at all, there must be a free transfer of God's Righteousness into your soul from Jesus Christ through simple faith (that is, reliance and trust in Christ Jesus Himself alone), or you will be surely damned. By trusting Christ, your soul will be credited with the Righteousness of Christ through faith in His Blood, and immediately all of your sinfulness is put away forever as far as the east is from the west. You won't just be forgiven but Righteous in the sight of God. Surrender to the Gospel - trust Jesus as if your soul depended on it, because it does. The Gospel is the free gift of God. You must be IN CHRIST to please God. Outside of Christ, you will remain miserable and condemned. You will go to Heaven when you die because you trusted what Jesus did for you, not what you did for Him. That is the Gospel Message.
The Gospel will either save you (I Corinthians 15:1-3) or judge you (Romans 2:16). The same Jesus who wants to be your Savior will one day be your Judge, if you do not allow Him to be your Savior. You're going to meet Jesus Christ. You will either meet Jesus Christ in Salvation here in Time, or you will meet Him in judgment in Eternity. The Gospel will either redeem you or condemn you. Christ Jesus is the Judge (Acts 17:31). Jesus died in agony and blood for you on the Cross. All of your secret sins will be judged by Jesus Christ if you do not trust Him. All the skeletons will come out of the closet at the Judgment (Hebrews 9:27). The Man Christ Jesus must either save you or judge you. *John 5:22* God's eye sees through all the things that you decorate yourself with. God still saves the "down and out" and the "up and out".
You are on the very brink of the grand discovery of eternal life. Come to Jesus Christ right now for the free pardon of your sin. Planning to go the dentist, doesn't get rid of your toothache. You must personally go yourself to the dentist, and yield yourself over to him, and let him take the pain away. This is also true with Salvation. You must truly, wholeheartedly, actually and personally go directly to Jesus Christ, yield yourself over to Him, and receive *HIM* into your lost soul, and He will take your sin away (John 1:29). Call upon the name of Jesus in truth. Only the Lord Jesus Christ can save you through His precious blood. Trust Christ at once, and He is yours forever. There is soul-saving power in the name of Jesus Christ. Just trust Christ's blood alone right now. Rely only on the Son of God who now lives in Heaven, who died for sinners, and is risen from the dead, and now saves all sinners to the uttermost that come unto God by Him.
Whatever your sinful condition may be, if you trust your soul to the Lord Jesus Christ now, you shall be saved, and saved forever. Poor burdened soul, simply stand still where you are, and look to Calvary's Cross, and as you look with the eye of faith, you will lose your burden of sin and guilt. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you are a saved man instantly. Inwardly trust in the Lamb of God, heartily rely upon the blood once shed for ungodly sinners. Renounce your self-righteousness, repent and give up your sins, seek Christ Jesus, trust your soul only to Him. Trust Jesus quietly, humbly, simply, immediately. Trust Him to save you from the power, dominion, and love of sin, and He will do it. Trust Christ alone to overcome the evil you have to fight with within and without. Get rid of your Monopoly money and make-believe righteousness - trust only to Christ's Blood and Righteousness. There is hope for your sinful soul, if you will simply trust the sinless, wounded, bleeding, loving, dying, risen, living, coming Savior.

A Mind-Full of Jesus
When I consider Thy heavens, the work of Thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which Thou hast ordained; LORD God, what is man, that Thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that Thou visitest him? The Creator visited planet Earth 2,000 years ago in the person of Jesus of Nazareth. He bore our sins in His own body on the tree of Calvary, and then He suffered the divine wrath that was due to those sins, and shed His innocent Blood to pay for all our sins. The Precious Blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanseth us from all sin. JEHOVAH'S Blood has paid all my sins' bills in full; there nothing left for me to pay. Faith in His Blood is the only way of escape from the wrath to come.
If you mind the LORD and behave, your life will be much less complicated. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. The LORD has been very mindful of you. Have you been mindful of Him? Be ye always mindful of the Creator's tender mercies towards you on a daily basis, and then acknowledge those mercies by thanksgiving and praise toward Him. Become subservient to the Holy Spirit; ask Him to give you the mind of Christ, that is, to help you think like Jesus did and does; Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Set your affection on things above; mind eternal things as well as those things here in time that need to get done. Think about what God wants, not just what you want. For consider JESUS that endured such contradiction of sinners against Himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. If your mind is full of Jesus, it will be more sound, more at rest, and much more pure. be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, and only the Holy Spirit can help you there. Ask the Holy Spirit for a fervent mind to war against temptation and resist sin, and for a willing mind to do right and behave. The essence of “Repentance” is a hatred of sins; it is a turning from a sin and a determination in the strength of God to forsake it. Gird up the loins of our mind, for your mind is right where your decisions are made. Focus on the words of God and keep your thoughts on the Lord Jesus Christ who loved you and gave Himself for you.

What Were You Thinking?
Your thoughts have come from some voice you have heard and received in the past. You trusted someone's words and believed on that person's thoughts to be true. Thoughts produce ideas, ideas have consequences. The voice you hear, receive, and trust will eventually take you either to Heaven or Hell. Make sure you are hearkening to the correct Voice (Prov 8:4; Zeph 3:2; Luke 9:35; John 10:27; John 18:37; Rev 3:20), and then you will be thinking the right Thoughts (Luke 2:35; I Cor 3:20; II Cor 10:5; Col 2:8; Heb 4:12; Psa 119:113; Prov 16:3) and making the right Decisions. Your thoughts drive your life and will inevitably determine your eternal destiny. The natural man has his own opinions, and he would rather trust his mind and thoughts more than the Bible (The Creator's mind and thoughts).
Be wise - Plan for retirement (and) Eternity. Here's The Deal
Salvation is something that you can't earn; Salvation is something that is freely given to you by God. The mercy, goodness, kindness, and graciousness of God saves a sinner for Jesus' sake. Believe on Christ and commit your soul into His hands for eternal safety. Put your case of guilt into the hands of Jesus the Great Advocate. Put your case of sin-sickness into the hands of Jesus the Great Physician. Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God. Come down from your proud thinking. There are 10,000 voices clamoring to be heard today, they are chattering a good deal, but only One Voice can tell you how to get to Heaven - listen closely now to the still, small Voice of Matthew 11:28 and John 14:6.
Simply receive Christ, and then quit your sinning. Keep your bodies under, surrender your body and tongue to God. Turn to God from idols - that's Conversion; serve the living God - that's Christian Service; and wait for Jesus from heaven - that's Christian Hope. Just turn to Jesus Christ, and that will put your back against sin. If you're heart is unclean, you'll do and think unclean things. All the good things you do is unnatural for you, because you're a sinner. You were born wrong the first time, you need to be born right (John 3:7; I Peter 1:23). You have the devil in you right now, if you've never been born again. Your sin has you all tied up, and only Jesus can set you free. Education may press your pants and give you shiny shoes, but it won't ever give you a clean heart. Your heart is incurably sick because of sin. No one on earth can fix your sin problem. You need help from above. Put your faith in Jesus' atoning blood to save your sinful soul.
By the help of God you can do right. Vain is the help of man. Sometimes God helps us through a man, but all help comes from God. Go to the getting place, seek God and tell Him what you want. A man's words during a conversation will often betray him. Keep your feet on the ground, don't go off on tangents. Always pray, scramble prayer in everything part of your life, mix prayer in everything you do.
The vocabulary of time is not the vocabulary of Eternity. Believe Jesus is the Son of God, He died to save you, He is the only God you need, trust Him, turn your back on all other gods including yourself. God's redeeming grace was revealed on Calvary when Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, bled and died for His enemies. What a sinner you are, if you have knowingly rejected Jesus Christ and His love and blood. The measure of your responsibility is the measure of your opportunity. Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a Jewish virgin, He was God Incarnate, He came from heaven to earth to die for ungodly sinners. Jesus went up to Calvary's Cross and there He was wounded for your transgressions, He bore your sins in His own body, He laid down His life for you, He was buried, but the third day He rose from the dead. The sinner that comes to Jesus He will in no wise cast out. Come to Him right now, trust HIM alone, and you can be saved on the spot.
What you love, and what you hate, reveal and determine what you are. When you feed on Jesus Christ, you lose your taste for this world's garbage. As long as a man doesn't love bad things, there's hope for him. When you get where you here a man swear and have no reaction, you have gotten pretty bad. When you can watch pornography, and your conscience doesn't alarm you, you are not right at all. A Christian may sin, but he won't enjoy it anymore. A Christian loves what he used to hate, and hates what he used to love. A Christian may not admire, respect, or trust someone, but you love everybody.
If you are enslaved with sin, and holding on to your sin, you need to simply turn to Christ, look to Him bleeding and dying for you on the Cross, let Him rescue you, receive Him into your empty heart. Sin just doesn't pay, you can't get away with sinning. Sin won't ever make you happy. At the back of every tragedy in human character, there is a long, slow process of wicked thinking. No man ever failed suddenly: what you do in the hour of temptation will depend on what you were before that time. You always fall privately before you fall publicly. You fall the first time you begin to hold on to thoughts you shouldn't have. If you don't learn to think right, you'll never live right. Heart thinking influences head thinking.

Wisdom from Above
You may have a lot of knowledge in your head, and still have no real wisdom in your heart. Knowing mathematics or chemistry or geology will never make you an honest and pure man. You may know all the philosophies of this world, and still never know in your heart what is right and wrong. The Bible says, "man by wisdom knew not God". Human wisdom is vain and limited. Never lean on your own understanding. Look up to God and seek Him for wisdom. Evolution is just a cunningly devised fable that atheists believe to help them deaden their guilty conscience, so they can get some sleep at night.
All the religions of the world will tell you to "do and live" but the Gospel from the Scriptures tells you to "Believe on Christ Jesus and live, and then do". God's word reverses the whole order of man's thinking. The Holy Bible is God's Book. Every man has the idea that he can save himself. The natural man will say, "I'm not so bad, there's plenty of folks worst than I am, I think I'm all right, if I do the best I can, I'll be alright." The wisdom from above is so different, the Bible comes along and says, "You can't save yourself, you're a lost sinner and you're no good at all, you can't earn salvation, and you can't help pay for it after you get it. You can only be saved freely by grace through faith in the atoning blood of Jesus Christ." Now that's Gospel Wisdom, not man's wisdom.
Some men are illiterate, but all men by nature are ignorant of God's righteousness (Romans 10:3-4). An illiterate person is a person that doesn't know how to tell you what he knows. An ignorant person is someone that knows a lot of stuff and can tell you all about it, but he doesn't know anything worth telling you. An atheist can tell you what he has learned from his professors and darwin, but he still doesn't know anything worth telling you. An illiterate man that lives in a shack in the woods that truly knows Jesus Christ can give you more true wisdom than a lost atheist that lives in a mansion with five PhD's. Man's wisdom can make a nuclear weapon, but that same man doesn't know how to get his sins forgiven. Knowledge has outran wisdom in America. The atheist knows plenty of meaningless stuff, but what he really needs is Wisdom from God.
People know and say so much better than they DO. Don't call on Washington, you better call on God in Heaven in Jesus' name. You're not a wise man, if you don't know Jesus Christ. You can be a brilliant scientist in man's eyes, and still be a poor ignoramus in God's sight. You're not a wise man, until you know and love Jesus Christ. You could be a brilliant scientist in man's eyes, and still be a poor ignoramus in God's sight. According to the Scriptures, you're not wise unless you're trying to win some soul to Jesus Christ. Many a man is sitting in a jail cell or laying in a graveyard with an education, that never got any true wisdom from above. There's no substitute for God's wisdom. By the help of the Holy Ghost, you must first realize your inward insufficiency, and then look up and ask God to give you His wisdom (John 3:31; James 3:17; I Cor 1:24).

Religion vs The Gospel
You can cross all your T's, and dot all your I's perfectly, and still spell the word wrong. Religion is that stuff you do on a certain day at a certain place that makes you think you're better than someone else. Religion is the stuff that pleases man, the stuff you think impresses God, and the stuff you do to help save yourself from sin and hell. Religion will only make you self-righteous (more lost), really strict, and continually mean; but JESUS and the Gospel will make you self-abhorrent, meek and merciful.
Now come up close, and listen with both ears: Most religions will adamantly teach you that you must trust *their water* and *your works*, and then maybe you'll get to Heaven through their help, but only if you endure to the end in their sect; but the Gospel teaches and persuades you to trust the *Water of Life* (Christ Jesus Himself) and His Finished Work (Precious Blood and Perfect Righteousness). JESUS endured to the end for me - He cried, "It is Finished!" on the Cross right before He gave up the ghost. You see - It is Finished, Through His Blood, Worthy is the Lamb! You can count on Jesus to save your soul from the love of sin and the damnation of Hell, but never count on yourself. I believe I'm just going to 'Count On' what Jesus did for me, that's all. AMEN!

Come To Your Senses
Let's spell it out plainly so you won't miss Him - *J-E-S-U-S*, you must implicitly trust *Him*, and not yourself. The righteousness you will need to get to heaven on your own is 100% perfect righteousness without sin from the day you're born, until the day you die. Anything less, and you're not good enough to go to Heaven. Whatever religion you follow, whatever works you do, it won't matter. If you have sinned one time in your life (and you have), that means you're not good enough to go to Heaven. If after that one sin, you never commit another one, you can never undo that one sin against God. You need to stop trying to pay for your own sins - you can't. Christ died for the ungodly.
Your present condition is that you are insecure and deteriorating; you're falling apart every day. You've made a mess of things. You don't need a new leaf, you need a new life. You can't cover up your sins with your good works. You've got into Sin that you can't get out of. You've rejected Christ, and thought you could live without Him. It's a lot easier to get into sin, than to get out of sin. You're going nowhere fast. If you fool around with sin, the first thing you know, it's got you. He that commits sin is the servant of sin. The worst thing that could ever happen to you is to live your life here on Earth neglecting and rejecting Jesus Christ, die in your sins without Christ, and go out into Eternity and face God unforgiven and unprepared.
You're a sinner by nature, and you can't stop sinning, period. You have built up a sin debt that is going to send you straight to Hell. No 'religion' or program or pill on this earth can help you - you're in a real mess. You have sin trouble. You are were born in sin, you are a sinner by nature and by practice. You're lost in the darkness of sin, condemned, and under the wrath of God. *John 3:36* You're dead in trespasses and sins; you're alone in the world without hope and without God. Your bad outweighs your good, because you have no good. You are sitting in the cell of Sin on Eternal Death Row awaiting execution. You're going to have to face your record at the White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20:11-15). Sin has definitely complicated your life. You need help from on high - Ye must be born again of the Spirit of God (John 3:8). Your filthy rags of self-righteousness don't impress God one bit.
Only Jesus Christ can bail you out of the deadly mess your sins have gotten you into. Jesus will take your all indebtedness and pay for it, if you will simply yield, submit, and let Him do the work within you. You'd be crazy to turn Him down, and lose your soul in the Lake of Fire. Come to your senses sinner. You have a sin debt you can never pay, but God's Son paid for all your sins with His own blood. Go to HIM now by Faith, and exchange your sins for His Righteousness. Jesus is the real deal. You can never be sufficiently righteous in yourself to make it to Heaven. Fix all your faith and confidence in the Bleeding Lamb of God who died that sinners might live. The real Gospel is never popular with self-righteous, sin-loving human nature. Humanistic self-loving sinners hate the free Gospel of the Grace of God.
It doesn't matter if you see yourself better than most people. You must be Perfect in God's sight, not in your sight. In God's sight, no sinner is good enough. Jesus Christ is 100% Righteous, and you are 100% sinful. You must forsake yourself, and rely on His Blood and receive His Righteousness to cover your naked sinful soul. Christ's Righteousness is the ONLY way to Heaven. There's no one good enough to go to Heaven; you must repent and abandon your trust in your vain religion and self-righteousness. You'll die in your sins without Jesus Christ. At Calvary's Cross you are now freely offered a full pardon of all your sins. You can't get any glory, and you don't get to boast in anything you've done, you must trust and glory only in what Christ Jesus has done FOR YOU - this is the Gospel. Your only hope of Heaven is Christ's Righteousness, and not your own. Just as you are, without trying to better yourself, simply come to Christ for everything you need - that is all.

You've never been good enough, and you'll never be good enough - Submit yourself Now to the Righteousness of God - Jesus Christ Himself. There's no way to please God without HIM. Jesus has already paid for ALL your sins, they are all completely paid for - Simply Trust His Blood Atonement Now. Come to your senses. Believe that Jesus Christ was God manifest in the flesh, He was virgin born, sinless, crucified, buried, and risen from the dead for ruined sinners. And then stop trusting your human goodness, stop trusting your efforts, and place all your trust on the Person and Blood of Jesus Christ. Christ died for the ungodly, and whosoever believeth in Him hath everlasting life.

Genuine faith and trust in the Sinless Blood and Perfect Righteousness of Jesus Christ will eternally protect your soul from the wrath of God.

Religion says believe in yourself, and you'll get past the White Throne Judgment, if you're lucky. If you are trusting in yourself, or have any confidence in your own efforts, that will surely land you in the Lake of Fire. Believing in yourself, helping yourself, esteeming yourself, and doing the best you can - this is the fastest way to Hell. You must have the absolute Righteousness of God, or you will never please God, because He is *HOLY*, and you're not. To believe in Christ is to *give up* trusting in yourself (what you've done or will do), and to wholly trust in the Person and Blood of Jesus Christ Himself. It is all about *Him*, not you. The Gospel offends self-righteous human nature; the carnal mind revolts against Christ's Righteousness. If you are weary of striving to earn heaven, come to Jesus and He will give your lost soul REST. God's own Purity and Holiness is given to needy sinners as a free gift at the foot of the Cross. Only the Imputed Righteousness of Jesus Christ to your soul can make you acceptable in God's Sight. Come to your senses about your danger and guilt, and then come on to the Cross with the rest of us sinners.

The Three R's
You've probably heard of the Three R's of Education - Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic. Many Americans spend their whole life and most of their money trying to learn about the Three R's of Education, but many of them miss the most Important Three R's: The Three Great R's of Salvation - Ruin, Regeneration, and Redemption. Education without Salvation leads to Damnation. These Three R's of Scriptural Salvation contain the epitome of the Gospel. There are three third chapters in Scripture which deal with the Three R's. The third chapter of Genesis reveals the reality of Ruin; the third chapter of John sets forth the truth of Regeneration; and the third chapter of Romans teaches Redemption. You need to prayerfully read all three of these chapters through with much care: Genesis 3 (Ruin), John 3 (Regeneration), and Romans 3 (Redemption).
The first great R is *Ruin* - Every man is absolutely bad, he chooses evil rather than good. He is a ruined and undone sinner, wholly ruined, hopelessly, helplessly, eternally ruined because of his sins against his Maker! We were all ruined in the fall; we were all lost when Adam sinned. We are all ruined throughly by our own transgressions, we are all ruined by our own evil hearts, and our own wicked wills; and we all shall be ruined unless divine Grace saves us. Men will not seek free Salvation from Christ until they sense and feel their ruined condition within - this is the miracle work of the Holy Ghost in a lost sinner. By your own striving and doing, you cannot make yourself fit for the kingdom of God.
The second great R is *Regeneration* - Every man is vile and filthy inwardly. He needs a radical transformation inwardly; he must be regenerated by the Spirit of God (John 3:7). By the Spirit of God alone can a sinner be wholly made a new creature in Christ! If you are to be pardoned, you must be regenerated; for no man can partake of Christ's Redemption (Colossians 1:14) unless he is regenerated by the power of the Precious Blood and the Holy Ghost. Let a man be as good as he pleases; let him try to serve God as he imagines, as much as he likes, but unless he is regenerated, and has a new heart given him, a new birth from the Holy Ghost, he will remain in the first R, that is Ruin. The Holy Ghost creates us anew with a desire for purity and holiness. Ye must be born again internally by the power of the Holy Ghost, born anew inwardly from above.
The third great R is *Redemption* - Every man must be redeemed (delivered, ransomed, rescued, freed from slavery and damnation of sin), redeemed by Precious Blood from all his sins, not by works of righteousness, not by deeds of the law, not by human goodness or merit, but by the Precious Blood and merits of Christ Jesus Himself! Redeemed means to be rescued, ransomed, set free from the penalty of sin and and the desire to sin. We are ransomed by the blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish and without spot; we are rescued by His power; we are ransomed by His merits; we are redeemed by Christ's strength. Jesus bore my sins in His own body on the tree, He took my place, so I can be freely forgiven. Fix your faith solely in the atoning blood of God manifest in the flesh. *I Peter 1:19; I Timothy 3:16* The only Remedy for Ruin is Regeneration from the Holy Ghost, and Redemption from Christ's atoning blood that was shed for sinners on Calvary's Cross. Go to God in secret now, and plead for His mercy through the Blood of Jesus Christ.
God's Pardoning Love

Here is the blessed fact - Christ Jesus came into the world to save you - He loved you and gave Himself for you. Jesus' sinless atoning sacrifice fully satisfies God's wrath for all of your sins; and now His Righteousness can be credited to your soul's account by simple reliance in His finished work on the Cross.

Mark it down - You will have your day in Court, for every one of us shall give account himself to God. Do you an Advocate to represent you before God? You don't want to enter into God's courtroom without a defense Attorney. Time is the Sheriff who is slowly taking you to God's Courtroom; Time is forcing you in front of the Judge of All the Earth. Judgment is inevitable for a sinner. Every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

All of unbelieving mankind shall stand before God, and they will stand all alone with no defender, no Advocate, for they denied the Gospel that they heard or saw – they refused to acknowledge their conscience, the creation, and/or the Gospel of Christ. All the world of unbelievers will stand in Christ's presence, and He will be the holy, righteous Judge of all the earth (Romans 3:19). The atheist is too proud to acknowledge their Creator God in heaven, so they will surely be damned forever.
But how can God send to Hell the pagans who have never heard about Jesus Christ? Unbelievers all over the world have denied some measure of truth, even if they did not have enough truth to save them. This is the Truth - Salvation is only through Christ alone. Every unbeliever condemned to Hell will have actually had truth which he denied. The unbeliever denies the truth of conscience and the truth of creation. How can God send to Hell someone who has never heard the gospel? Well, Regardless of what the pagans did with whatever measure of truth they heard, what have you done with the truth you’ve heard? Hell for the pagan headhunter in the jungle of a third world country who has never heard the word of God will be nothing compared to what it will be for those who have heard the pleading of the Gospel and rejected it in America.
In other words, those who had the maximum opportunity to believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ and willfully rejected Him will experience the maximum punishment in the fires of Hell. Most people offer to Christ nothing more than a Sunday glance or a casual nod. There is a judgment coming and for those who have knowingly rejected Christ, the greatest torments of Hell await them. We cannot imagine how great their condemnation will be as God the Judge reviews for them their very blasphemous statements, recorded in the book of their deeds. Having heard the Gospel, and outright rejecting it, the suffering of these godless blasphemers will be far greater than we can conceivably imagine. You must be Born Again, you must be saved by faith in Christ alone. And remember - your life is only a blip in light of Eternity.
