The Only Restingplace

Every time a man sins, his conscience rings his own funeral bell. The wages of sin is eternal death. The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The way of transgressors is hard. You have done wrong, you have said that which you ought not to have said, and you done that which you ought not to have done time and time again, you know it. The sweet Gospel note is "whosoever, whosoever!" However far you have strayed from your Maker, the Blood of Christ can bring you nigh to God, even though you have gone through all the sins of the Law. Whosoever will, let him come to the Cross; Behold the Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world. Your sinful soul's only Restingplace is at the Cross down at the feet of Jesus.

Moral men don't need a pardon, but real sinners do. You may be honored in the earth, have a great position, and have done many charitable things, but you will not pass through the gate of Heaven. You may even lead a moral, civil, decent, and respectable life, but that will not suffice God's White Throne Judgment. You may think yourself good enough, and you are so pleased that you are not so bad as others. You may flatter yourself with your human abilities and good wishes. But God knows the secret intent of your heart and mind. Only worthless sinners, poor beggars, and those who deserve nothing but hell will be allowed access to Heaven. Christ wants your heart, not your works.

Church avoiders refuse to hear the word of God; they refuse to respond to the Gospel's invitations. Adulterers and fornicators God will judge. You make a mock at sin, and despise God's reproof; but remember, the devil longs to see your soul damned to hell fire. The eternal sentence of Judgment will soon be pronounced on you, and you will forever bear the weight and penalty of your sin. The day of grace will be past, the door of mercy will be forever shut, forgiveness will be no more offered, you will be shut out from your Creator forever and ever. You have not really thought about your sins (cards, dice, lottery, horse races, sports, booze, hip hop, rock and roll, lascivious thoughts), you try to laugh away your guilt, sing away your fear, dance away your dread, and try to drive away the Spirit's conviction. The talk of death and judgment is irksome to you. You will not think about your sin and its danger. Your secret sin is very evil and obnoxious to God. Your jesting, scoffing, and swearing will all end one day. The offer of salvation by the blood of Jesus Christ is drudgery to you. The consequence of your sinful pleasures is eternal death and damnation. If you die in your sins, you will hate yourself forever for damning your own soul in hell.

When the Holy Spirit begins to awaken you unto a sense of your sins, your Sins are grievous and troublesome when you commit them. You truly see how hateful sin really is to God. Your sin exposes you to God's wrath. You will hate yourself for committing the same sins over and over, and you will be afraid of God's judgment. You will become so weary of your sins. Nothing but the wrath of God is abiding on you and it is ready to fall upon you forever. The awful load of your past sins become grievous; you become lead-footed, and your sin are a terrible burden all the day long. You cannot live an hour without offending God, and then you begin to fear that God will not forgive someone as sinful as you are.

Have your thoughts always been right? Would you like to have all your thoughts of the last year written out and presented for everyone to read in tomorrow's newspaper. Oh no! If you would not want your friends and family to see all your secret sins, then, you will never stand before God's divine scrutiny. A thought from your mind is plain before God, He can see it all. A thought to God is just as plain as the outward act. You truly need the free pardon of the Gospel. You are not as pure in thought as you think you are. We all need the mercy and pardon of God, there is not an exception. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. There is none that doeth good, and sinneth not. Make Christ Jesus all your pardon and peace with God. Your soul must have Christ Jesus the Great Mediator. If you reject Him, all of His wounds will plead against you and haunt you throughout Eternity with the thought of what you might have been. Ye must be born again from above.

The awful weight of sin lies on your mind and soul every day. Your sin is a very heavy burden. Your works just won't work, you must trust Christ's finished work alone. There is no peace and no ease found in man-made religion - your poor soul needs THE living Savior Himself. You cannot rid yourself of your sin burden. Salvation is not found in your own works, vain endeavors, or self-reformation. You are really lost, a self-condemned sinner, hell is ready to receive you, when God cuts the thread of your life. Come to the Bleeding Lamb of God, not as being good enough, but as a vile sinner. Christ Jesus will have compassion on your lost soul. O dying sinner, if you feel yourself weary and heavy laden with your sins, seek deliverance from them simply through Christ's precious blood. Seek Christ for rest. Repent, turn from the love of sin to God, cleave only to Christ Jesus and His righteousness, believe in Jesus only, and live forever and ever. How shall you escape if you neglect so great salvation?

Don't come to Jesus with your dead works, you must come to the Cross in full dependence upon the Lord Jesus Christ. Christ died to save sinners. Tell Him you are lost, undone, and miserable, and that you deserve nothing but hell. Flee out of yourself and into Christ. Your case is most dangerous and distressing. Your soul is dying for rest. Your soul will refuse to rest until you come to the Cross. Only Christ Jesus can give you Rest. There is mercy upon mercy found at the foot of the Cross. Come along to the Cross, before its too late. Let not anything short of Christ Himself be your soul's rest. If you seek Rest anywhere else, you will be disappointed. Do not delay, one more day may be dangerous, death could take you away suddenly. Come in your rags, your filthiness, in your guilt and sinful distress, Christ Jesus is ready to help and relieve you.

Come to Christ and receive Him on His own terms. Simple take Jesus Himself without anything of your own self-righteousness. If you mix anything of your own doing with Christ's Finished Work, you are building on sinking sand. Your soul is immortal and you are now in extreme danger of losing it. Come by simple faith in the Crucified God, lay hold on the Lord Jesus. Drunkards, swearers, adulterers, religionists, fornicators, scoffers, gossips, harlots, do-gooders, liars, the up-and-out, gossips, thieves, sodomites, pedophiles, no-gooders, the down-and-outs, slanderers, atheists, rapists, and murderers, all sinners far and wide are all welcome at the foot of Calvary's Cross. Come and lay hold on HIM. Commit your never-dying soul into hands of the Crucified and Living Redeemer and you will go on your way rejoicing. God help your soul to trust Jesus Christ at once.

Especially For You

Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners - He died and rose again from the dead especially for you. The way of sin and destruction is always easy. The way to Hell is downhill; and the way to the bottomless pit is easy travelling. Remember - to do wrong will always be easy while man's carnal nature is what it is. Men can always find, someway or another, the means to rebel against God. Man can always find a way to sin against God. The evil brain of the atheist is double-quick in devising, the depraved heart is swift in apprehending, and sinful hands are always ready in carrying out any and every scheme of disobedience to God's law and will.

The Gospel is only intended for real sinners, that is, ungodly guilty folks. You are a sinner to the bone marrow, you've ruined yourself through your sinning. A sinner has nothing good in himself at all, it's pitch black dark inside the soul of a lost man until Christ is received into the heart. Arrogant human nature thinks it's pretty good in some ways, but this is only a proud delusion. You think you are somebody and that you can merit something with God, but only Christ can merit salvation for you. God will only save your foul soul for Jesus' sake. Stop quarreling with your Maker. Every sinner needs the Savior right now. Simply be nothing, and let Christ be everything. If you sense your need of the Savior, Simply Believe on His Atoning Precious Blood. Rest wholly and simply on the saving grace which is in Jesus. Atonement through the Sinless Bloody Substitute is the way to Glory.

Christ Crucified is the only remedy and medicine for your sin-sick soul. Simple faith in the atoning blood; humble simple dependence upon Christ Himself. Here it is - Jesus calls me, I come to Him; Jesus died for me, I trust Him, and He saves me. Bread is yours by simply chewing and swallowing; Christ is yours by simply believing and receiving Him into your heart. Rely on the Great Soul-Saver - Christ Himself. The man who refuses to come to Christ, that man has a righteousness of his own which he loves and trusts. Trust only the merits of Christ's Precious Blood and Rightoeusness. Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Christ is all you need. Good works come from the Holy Spirit, not sinful man. Good works don't produce eternal life, they are only living proof you have received Christ's eternal life.

Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners - He died and rose again from the dead especially for you. Only Jesus can save you from the love of sin. The real reason any man rejects Christ is because they are living an unclean life, and they don't want to give up their evil ways. Truly repent of your former sins. Flee for Shelter under Christ's blood. The best time to trust the Blood of Jesus Christ is always right now. Jesus is all a sinner needs. Free pardon, gracious acceptance, full remission, salvation for the guilty is available now at the Cross. Forsake your self-righteousness and trust Christ's righteousness and blood right now.

Here's What Its All About

Man's greatest need is not education, for Jesus was not an educator. It's not finance, for Jesus was not an economist. Christ Jesus came into the world to seek and to save lost sinners from the tyranny of sin and tendency to sin. Your sin is offensive to God. You love sin, you dread only its consequences. Jesus is the Savior of the whole world. Salvation is absolutely, totally Free. Salvation doesn't root itself in the merits of man. Human nature tries to lives the best it can, so it will feel like it will escape the judgment of God on sin. But Salvation (pardon and justification from sin's eternal penalty) is not a reward for the self-righteous; oh no, Salvation is a Gift for the guilty sinner. Something you do that is good can become really bad, when it keeps you from the Best. By nature, man is ignorant of God's Righteousness, therefore he goes about to establish his own righteousness, and will not SUBMIT to God's Righteousness (Jesus Christ Himself). Christ's Righteousness is the BEST. You're not going to go to Hell, because you were a drunkard or a thief, but because you thought you never were. You think the Gospel is only for the Harlot and Drunkard on the street down at the rescue mission. The atheist is going to Hell first class. He is educated and cultured outwardly, but he is still dead inwardly in his sin. Atheists are temporarily insane egomaniacs strutting to Hell, they think they are too good to be damned, and they are trusting in their religion - Darwinism.

Your heritage, education, goodness, and reputation are all dung in God's sight. Your goodness is nothing but badness in God's holy sight. You are going the wrong way real fast trusting Darwin. You are making real good time on the road to Hell. The worst form of badness is human goodness, when human goodness keeps a man from God's Salvation, that is, trusting Jesus Christ alone to save your guilty soul (Romans 10:3-4). Your sin problem is fatal. The divine Law says DO, but you can't. But the Gospel says DONE. The Law demands perfection from you, but only the Gospel can give your soul Perfection from the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Law has diagnosed you as terminally ill. There is no good in you, and the best you can be cannot deliver you from divine wrath. You must go straight to the Great Physician; His services are free. You need a complete heart transplant, you need a new nature within, you want all the wrong things. Your *wanter* must be replaced by the Holy Ghost.

Faith is a necessity, and the lack of faith in Jesus Christ is unbelief and wickedness. An evil heart of Unbelief calls God a liar, makes light of Jesus Christ, and sends men to Hell. Faith receives what God's Grace provides. Grace is God's ability, faith is man's responsibility. The Gospel is the divine Invitation to Christ; Faith is human cooperation. Faith is responding to God's grace by trusting Jesus alone to save your lost soul. Be it unto you according to your faith. The sole object of genuine faith is the Promises and Blood of Christ Jesus Himself. Whosoever believeth on HIM shall not be ashamed or confounded. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. Have faith in God's Son. Faith is no better than its object. Misplaced faith is a terrible and damning thing. Weak faith in Christ is better than strong faith in Muhammed. It's not the size of faith that saves, it's the object of your Faith that counts. Looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our Faith. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. Put your faith in the right place - the Lamb of God on Calvary's Cross. Don't look at yourself, or others, or circumstances; look away from everything else to Jesus Christ. Don't look at your faith, never trst yourself, look only to Jesus.

The origin of genuine Faith is from the word of God - you must hear the voice of God from the written word of God found in the Scriptures. Faith comes from outside of you. You cannot generate Biblical Faith. Faith comes by hearing and obtaining it from God, it is given to us freely (Ephesians 2:8-9). God enables you to believe on Christ through His words. Without the word of God, you have no real basis for Faith. Our Hope is true assurance and certain substance (that is - confidence, guarantee) based only on the sure word of God. If you don't hear God, you'll never have real Faith. The object of Faith is Christ Jesus, the origin of Faith is the word of God (Romans 10:17). God must speak and communicate to the heart and give Faith to the needy sinner. If any man have ears to hear, let him hear. The objective of Faith is the will of God. Submit to Christ's Righteousness, and give your sins and will over to HIM now. The operation of Faith is to obey God, a sincere obedience and a desire to please God out of gratitude and love. Genuine Faith is belief in God with legs on it. Faith is saying, "Yes, Lord." You are not saved by Faith and Works, you are saved by a heavenly Faith that works. Breathing is a gift from God, but you can smother yourself and die if you want to. Faith is a gift from God, but you can damn your soul and go to Hell if you refuse to trust in Jesus Christ.

Right now, simply believe and trust on Jesus' blood and merits alone to save your soul. With all reliance and confidence cast your weary soul on Christ's Blood Atonement. Your eyes look at things, your mind thinks things, your hands handle things, your tongue says things, your feet go places, your heart longs for things that are all WRONG, that's because by nature you are a child of wrath and disobedience. Commit your soul completely and totally rely on Christ's love and blood. Salvation is free, and Salvation is near. No religious pilgrimage to some far off place is needed. The Incarnation, Crucifixion, Resurrection, and Ascension of Christ Jesus are all accomplished facts. Jesus did it all especially for your soul.  Don't let your pride or love of sin keep you from coming to Christ. There's nobody so good that you don't need to be saved, and there's nobody so bad that you cannot be saved. Atheist are trying to find what their heart yearns for in this world. But you must look up to Christ Jesus alone, and be born again from above. This is the only message for dying sinners that deserve Hell - Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, and whosoever believeth in HIM hath everlasting life - He bore your sin and shed His blood on Calvary's Cross to pay your death penalty in full - He rose from the dead to save your soul eternally. If any man have an ear, let him hear. Leave your sins, forsake your self-righteousness, and Look now to Jesus' blood for ALL your salvation.

Only Know This

Come to your senses today, awake from your worldly delusions. Your past sins are ready to condemn you forever. Deep within every man's soul there is a fountain spewing black bitter water called Sin. Only the Holy Ghost can cap this bitter fountain. No man can change his sinful nature. Your love of sin will surely damn you. Most people want to be saved from Hell, but not from the love of sin. The love of sin fuels hell fire and it is the worm which never dies. The love of iniquity is leading you down to the pit. The love of sin separates you from God. Seek to have sin slain within you, your lusts crucified, the enmity of God destroyed, every false way, every vile pollution, and every appearance of evil. Turn now from the love of sin. Only at the Cross is there rest for the weary (Matthew 11:28). Ye are of your father the devil, and without being born again by the Spirit and Blood of God, you are still in the devil's family right now, and the lusts of your father you will do. Jesus Christ said this, not me, look it up, it's still in the Bible (John 3:7; John 8:44).

The very center of truth is God incarnate was slain for human sins. God's glory is opposite of sin. If you are looking sin-ward, you have your back to God. The man who looks God-ward has his back to his sin. Turn from the foolishness of sin to the glory of God. Confess your wrongdoing, evil lusting; desire pardon from Christ, ask the Holy Spirit to to renew your inner nature. The love of sin will never give your spirit peace. The thoughts of death haunt your soul and make you wretched. The dread of coming judgment and hell comes over you at times, and you sometimes wish you had never been born. You know it is so. Avoid sinning at all costs. Let Christ Himself dwell in the center of your heart. Christ Jesus is the very center of Truth. Take Christ at His word, let Him take your sins, and then let Him put His garment of Righteousness over your naked soul. Take Christ Himself to be everything for you. Listen very carefully - God Himself made the payment for your sins with His Son's precious blood, and if you reject God's Son you'll have to endure everlasting fire forever. Jesus didn't have any sins; Jesus Christ died for your sins. Jesus was hated and killed, because He was a sinless man that exposed the falsehood of man's religion and self-righteousness.

By nature, every man despises and rejects Jesus Christ. Men ignore, make fun of, neglect, lie about, and curse Jesus Christ every day - just listen to people's speech at work tomorrow. The Creator condescended to earth as a Jewish man to bleed and die for sinners. God only sent one Man into this world who was sinless, and men hated Him enough to kill Him - His name is Jesus Christ. God made Jesus to be Sin for you on the Cross (John 3:14; II Corinthians 5:21). The center of the Gospel is the great atoning blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world. And without Christ's Blood applied to your sins, you'll have to go to Hell and pay for your own sins. The Incarnate God was slain for human sin on Calvary's Cross. Jesus died for you in your place and bore your sins so you could miss the White Throne Judgment. God's way is Jesus Christ (John 14:6), but sinful man wants to go his own way. A man goes to hell, because he wants to do it his way. Man's way is religion, that is, I believe this, you believe that, if you do this and don't do that, you might make it. The reason you are lost right now is because you want your own way, and you won't go God's way. Men reject Jesus Christ as the Substitute for their sins.

The love of sin is opposite of the love of Christ. Men are deluded by their self-righteousness and defiled with their love for sin. Desire truth in your inward parts and the eradication of the love of sin, ask the Holy Spirit to change your nature within. Don't leave your inward part filthy. Inward cleansing and renewal of the inner fountain of your thoughts, desires, and motives is needful. Bible knowledge puffs up, but Christ knowledge humbles, sanctifies, purges, and delivers from the love of sin. The Blood of Christ saves the soul from present sin and eternal damnation. Your heart may be divided between the love of sin and the hope of salvation. The guilt and load of sin remains on the man who still loves and practices sin. Salvation is being saved from the habit of wrongdoing, the power of evil, the love of sin, the practice of folly, and finding pleasure in transgression. Iniquity is the inward desire to sin; Transgression is the outward act of sin. Salvation is being saved from pleasurable and gainful sins. Salvation is being saved from wanting to sin. The man who hates himself for being selfish and sinful, and longs to be full of love and be renewed within is growing in grace. Renounce dishonesty and greediness. Men naturally feel the wish to sin, and only the Gospel can give you new appetites. Unless the love of sin is gone, nothing has been done in your soul. The love for sin has to go. God help me to not sin against you today, please give me more grace.

This is the very center of truth - letting Christ save you from the love of sin. Your Creator must make you all over again within. You must be born again, Jesus said so (John 3:7). If you feel guilty, wretched, conscious of your guilt, and are ready to take Christ to be your only Savior, come now to Christ through faith in His blood and be saved. You must first be stripped of everything but hope in Christ. Jesus alone must be your trust. Come empty-handed, be nothing at all, and take Christ to be your all. Only God's Son can end your captivity to the power of evil. Nothing can ever remove the deadly stains of your past sins but the Precious Blood of Christ, the sprinkling of the Atoning Blood, the work of the Spirit upon your inner nature. There is no killing of sin within but by nailing it to His Cross. The Cross must kill your love of sin. The center of everything that is good is found at the Cross. Count all things for loss for Jesus' sake. You can only overcome the appetite to sin by the grace of God, through the Blood of the Lamb. There is no other way.

Avoid sinning against God. Say farewell to the deadly love for sinning against Christ. Rise above temptations by the grace of God. Ask for more grace continually. Have done with this dead world, it is a corrupt and deceitful place. Seek things above, long for heavenly places, follow Christ closely, win sinners to Christ, comfort Christians; avoid sin and those things that lead you to sin, fear and please God, ask God to make your conversation pure, gracious, kind, cheerful, loving, more and more like Jesus - flee to the Blood and Grace of Christ for help. The Holy Spirit burns within the child of God and consumes his desires to sin. The Holy Spirit is the only agent of Sanctification. Make use of the word of God, prayer, and fellowship to sever yourself from sin.

Sin will cost you dearly. A converted soul cannot find pleasure in sin any longer, and laments his sin with his whole soul. By nature, men run the downward road of sin until they are intercepted by the Grace of God. Sin is our natural element, as water is to fish, but sin is now death to us. Sin now produces sorrow in our conscience, and misery in our heart. Our soul wants to be clear of guilt. Evil thoughts, loose desires - we long to be freed from our old sins. Only the Cross delivers from the love of sin. Sin is no longer our master, evil habits no longer dominate us. Sin is a morbid and deadly thing. When we fall into sin we mourn, we hate the sin and ourselves for committing it. The bondage of our inward corruptions, the horrible dread of death and judgment no longer torment us. The rags of sin must come off before we put on the spotless robe of Christ's Righteousness. Renounce the practices and habits of your sin. You cannot wear a religious garb over your old sins. Your favorites sins must go. Repentance is a radical change of mind, from the love of sin to the love of holiness. Get the love of Christ in you. Ask God to shed His love abroad in your heart, in every part. Only the love of God can extinguish sin in your life. Vain confidence in yourself must go. Self and sin must be put off. Indifference, ingratitude, and selfishness must be forsaken daily.

Salvation is this - deliverance from the love of sin, rescue from the habits of sin, redemption from the wrath of God, being set free from the desire to sin. Self-trust must go, then the love sin must follow - worldliness, pride, self-seeking must all be cast aside. Have mercy upon me, O God in your way for Jesus' sake. Implore God's grace. Humbly beg forgiveness, plead the Blood of Jesus, please pity my guilty soul, make me pure within, from my very heart I give up my love for sin. Help me to loathe myself when I sin, I fear I will sin against You, save me from myself. Lord, I believe, help Thou mine unbelief. For mercy's sake, renew me within. Make me your child. Lord Jesus, make me what you want me to be. Make no terms or conditions with God, unconditional surrender is what's required. Come and lay down your love for sin at the foot of the Cross now. Come to Jesus' blood to be washed, to His Righteousness to be clothed, to His wounds to be healed, to His life for life eternal, and to His death for the death of your sins.

I Must Tell You This

Dear Friend, I must tell you this: The Gospel Message is the most important thing for you to believe in this brief temporal life. Your first business in life must be to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, the dear Son of God. Why? Because all men without Christ are guilty and condemned already, dead in their sins, and have no eternal hope. The wrath of God presently abides on every unsaved sinner (John 3:36). Your sins are many; your best works are no-good, and your self-righteousness is unrighteousness in God's sight. The only way possible for sinners to be saved who have broken God's holy law and are condemned by it is to simply trust in the Bleeding and Risen Savior. You’re up to your neck in the mire of sin; you must cry out for divine help. You are certainly guilty, whether you feel it or not, and no one but God's Son can help you.

You must trust the works of another Person to go to Heaven, not yours at all; you must rely on Christ’s sinless works and shed blood alone. God was only manifest in human flesh one time in the history of man - His name is Jesus Christ: He lived, died, was buried, rose again, ascended into Heaven, and is now alive forevermore. God became a Jewish man and bled and died to saved ungodly rebels just like you. Christ (the anointed Savior from the Father) died for the ungodly – He gave Himself for your sins, He loved you, and gave Himself for you. Jesus was wounded, bruised, and nailed for your secret sins; He was the pure, spotless Lamb of God. Christ died that sinners might live forever. God’s blood was shed for your transgressions. Your infinite sin needs an infinite Blood Sacrifice and an eternal Atonement. Nothing else can satisfy divine Justice but the Blood of Christ. This is the joyful sound of the Gospel Message - God freely saves undeserving and lost sinners immediately when they put their trust only in the finished Cross-work of Jesus Christ. God's mercy is free to the guilty sinner. Simple faith in the Lord Jesus Christ Himself is the only way of salvation. You’re a sinner, ye must be born again. Believe on Christ now and live!

Come to Christ, simply as a sinner, not as a changed and improved sinner. If you have a single penny of self-goodness, get rid of it, or you cannot be saved by Christ. As long as you have one cent of self-righteousness in your pocket, none of the riches of Heaven can be yours. Sinners cannot help save themselves - Jesus must do it all. You must come as a 'nothing' and a 'nobody' if Christ is to be your Redeemer. Self-praise and self-improvement will never take away your sinfulness. What you may try to do in the future will never take away your sins of the past. Come to Christ now as a lost sinner. Christ died for the ungodly; Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; Whosoever believes on Jesus' Precious Blood hath everlasting life. Rely on Jesus alone to land you safely in Heaven.

From Calvary’s Cross, Jesus is tenderly calling you now. Time is flying, life is fleeting, eternity is hasting, death is near you, the hour is late, judgment is drawing nigh, you must be prepared for eternity.  Salvation is Free, Eternal Life is Free, Heaven is Free. At the Cross, Everything is Free. Come now to Christ; linger no longer in your sins. Turn your face from sin and lift up your blind eyes to the Cross where God’s blood was shed for your sins. Your sins made Jesus bleed. Cease believing in yourself, and only stand still and believe in Jesus - that is all. Trust God's naked promise - The needy and desperate sinner that comes to Christ, God will in no wise cast out. The moment you trust Christ’s blood, your sins will be forgotten by God, your iniquities will be put away, and ALL your transgressions will forever cease to be. Jesus is God in the flesh; He became a man; He suffered, bled and died for you; and His Blood can take away all your sins, if you will simply trust Him.

Your sins deserve the eternal death penalty and only a perfect blood sacrifice from a sinless Man will save you from the eternal damnation you deserve. Only the Blood of God can save you from the wrath of God. Christ’s Blood is the only answer for your mind’s worry, your heart’s fear, your soul's death, and your conscience’s guilt. God is willing to save you. Look right now to the Bleeding Savior - cry out to God for mercy at once. Simply ask God to be merciful to you through the Blood Sacrifice of Christ. To believe is to trust in Christ. Trust Jesus with all your soul’s future. Rest yourself on Him implicitly. Hang your soul completely on the Savior’s bleeding love. Heartily trust your soul with Christ, accept His Blood Atonement - Trust Him for Righteousness. Look away from your sinful self, turn your eye to the bleeding Substitute dying in your place, believe Christ, and your soul shall live forever. God help you to trust Jesus' Blood now!

The Bottom Line

You will only live a few years on earth, and then you must die. You must enter Eternity and give account to God for all your sins (open and secret). There is no turning back. It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the Judgment. You have sinned. Sin is a disease of the heart and soul of man. Sinful thoughts, words, and deeds are only the outward eruption from a terrible inward disease. On a daily basis, you transgress and break God's commandments through your thoughts, words and deeds. One breach of God's law, no matter how small it is, brings death to your soul. It only takes one sin against God to send you to Hell.

Sinner friend, your secret sins such as sinful desires, idle words, self-will, licentiousness, gluttony, gossip, lies, foolishness, carnal indulgence, laziness, pride, sexual lust, self-love, showing off, high looks, fornication, wasting of time, concupiscence, self-glory, self-admiration, self-importance, conceit, vainglory, unclean thoughts, and imaginations stir up and incite the wrath and justice of Almighty God toward you. You are dead in trespasses in sins and currently under the wrath of God (John 3:36). *Flee from the wrath to come* God is angry with the wicked every day. Stop rejecting Christ and resisting the truth today. The sins of the tongue also condemn all of us (lies, boasting, exaggeration, slander, misrepresentation, insinuation, gossip, distorting facts, covering up truth, deception, backstabbing, degradation, and perversion of meaning).

Remember – it only takes one sin to damn your soul to a devil's hell. And all of your goodness, sincerity, and religion can never wash away the deep stain of sin from your ungodly soul. If you die in your sins, you will suffer the wrath of God as long as God lives. Your religion is not 'worth' going to hell over; you cannot escape God's Judgment by your own good works. You can never be good enough to atone for even one of your sins. You can’t earn God’s mercy. Don’t try to wash yourself so you can come into heaven respectably. The hardest thing for a man to do is to give himself over to God just as he is – a filthy undone sinner. You cannot do yourself any good. If you are waiting to get ‘all right,’ so you can go to God "all right,” you will be waiting for a million years. God alone can make the sinner right. No sinner has ever made himself right with God. You haven’t any time to lose. How many more days are you going to spend in 'blatant' rebellion against God and His Gospel? Throw your sins and your 'love for sin' overboard, or your sins will sink your soul into Hell. You must turn away from your sin – Repent. You are on the very edge of eternal despair. Your real root problem is your love for your sin, and man’s education and science have no answer for your sin problem.

You cannot help save yourself, no matter how hard you try. Every man at his *best state* is altogether vanity. Human nature is evil to the core. You need to be regenerated (born again), not just religion-ated. The flimsy shack of your religious "self-righteousness" you are 'hiding out' in will be blown away one day by the storm of God's judgment and wrath. Your good works are no good, period. Your self-righteousness and your own goodness will damn your soul forever. The best you can do will land you in hell. No religion on the face of the earth can set you free from sin - it takes a Person. Hell is still real and hell is still hot. Fear God and depart from evil. The greatest evil you can commit is trying to *improve on* what the Lord Jesus Christ has finished. He cried from the cross right before He gave up the ghost, "It is finished." No man is ever satisfied with himself until he is saved from his sins. Christ receives only sinners into heaven. Are you a sinner?

Man's own view of his nature is positive and good, but God says you are evil and love darkness rather than light (John 3:19). What a sinner calls "living a good life," God calls "a refuge of lies." If you reject or neglect Jesus' finished work, you will damn you own soul. If you try to add or improve on Jesus' finished work, you will cut your own soul's throat. Trusting in your church or their baptism or their teachings is like sticking a shotgun in your soul's mouth spiritually, and pulling the trigger.

The Good News: Out of pure love for sinners, God became a Jewish man and His name was Jesus of Nazareth. God was manifest in the flesh, so He could bleed and die to save sinners from the love of sin and the wrath of God. Jesus Christ was God manifest in the flesh, He was virgin born, lived a sinless life, magnified the Law perfectly, He became Sin, He bore 'your' sins in His own body on the tree, and then He laid down His life, He suffered the full wrath and justice of God on Calvary's cross for your sins. He died in your place and went to and through Hell for you. He then conquered death and rose from the dead the third day. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved. Christ died for the ungodly.

Right now, *turn* from your sins - the love of sin and self. Look unto Jesus, repent and trust in Him. Turn or Burn. Throw your entire sin burden onto the Lord Jesus Christ – He bore your load of sin on the Cross. Exchange your entire sin debt (filthy rags) with Jesus, and He will give you His Righteousness, the best heavenly robe. Simply let Jesus’ Finished Work ‘cover’ your soul and He will Rescue your soul from God's wrath. Only JESUS can pardon your sin debt with His Precious Blood. Only God's Precious Son can make you *100% RIGHTEOUS* in the sight of God. Flee from the wrath to come.

You must trust in the literal and actual Precious Blood of Jesus 'plus nothing.’ Never 'ever' trust in the Precious Blood of Jesus 'plus your good works or water baptism.' Trusting in the Blood plus 'anything else' will inevitably result in the damnation of your soul in the Lake of Fire forever. This is the bottom line, the final word, the rest of the story - The Gospel of the Grace of God. Flee from the wrath of God to come on sin. Hide your soul in Jesus' blood. Drop all your sins, flee for your life, escape to the bloody Cross and be saved right this moment. Don’t wait any longer; turn from your sin to Jesus, give your soul over to Christ right now. Ye must be born again.

Magnify the Mediator!

Always strive to live for the glory of God; emphasize Jesus Christ, not yourself. Be humble, or you will be humbled. Human nature loves to strut and have the preeminence. The poison of self can only be done away with by the Cross of Christ. He must increase, but I must decrease (John 3:30). There's no such thing as self-help; a sinner can never help himself. You need a better view of Christ dying for your sins. Think more about HIM suffering in your place, and His second coming. God became a man in Christ Jesus, so He could save sinners; He is the Glory of God. Glory to God in the highest. Honor and exalt Jesus Christ in all that you do or say. Whatsoever ye do, do all to the Glory of God. Rejoice in the hope of the Glory of God.

And whatsoever ye do, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him. And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men. Exalt God's name, honor His Son, yield to the Holy Spirit's leading. O magnify the Mediator! Be delighted to elevate the person, work, and blood of Jesus Christ. Lift up the Lamb of God. Boast about Him, not yourself. You cannot be obsessed with God's glory and yours at the same time. God forbid that I should glory, save in the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. For every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Jesus, and given Him a name which is above every name. Jesus humbled Himself to save sinners, and now Jesus is exalted by saved sinners. Self-esteem, self-glory, and self-recognition are done away with at the Cross.

Every day you are either seeking human praise, applause and attention; or you are seeking God's glory, smile, and presence. You cannot improve your self-image for it is vile to the core; but the image of God, the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, is glorious and great. My soul doth magnify the Lord. It's not me, it is Christ in me. O magnify the Crucified Creator with me, let us exalt His name together. You can never be satisfied from yourself. Refuse human praise, exalt the Savior. Put your faith in Jesus Himself, not in yourself. Believe simply, rely implicitly, trust entirely, confide cheerfully in the Great Mediator. Make Christ Himself the object of your attention. I must decrease, Jesus must increase. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord Jesus Christ. To Him be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Why Did God Become A Man?

Why did God become a man? The Bible says in I Timothy 3:16 that, "God was manifest in the flesh." God is holy and good; and every man is sinful and crooked. All have sinned, and God must punish all sin, and your sin must be paid for by Someone. Now, Jesus Christ was God and man in one Person. He is the Son of the Highest. He came to this earth and was virgin born as a Jewish baby in Bethlehem-Judah. He slept on a woman's bosom, and grew up as other children do. Christ Jesus became a man in fullness of stature and wisdom, living here on planet Earth which He created in Genesis (See John 1:3). He lived here for 33 years, always going about doing good. Men found God here on earth in human form, and their thoughts and ways were full of enmity, malice, envy, and murder towards Him all the days of His life. They hated the Lamb of God without a cause. But He lived a spotless and sinless life, and loved His enemies to the death. On the Cross, He said, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do!" God was made flesh, crucified for sinners, buried, risen from the dead according to the Scriptures, and now whosoever simply trusts in JESUS' BLOOD shall not perish but have everlasting life.

And then at the last, The great Mediator between God and man laid down His life, and died "the Just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God," dying in the place of guilty and sinful man, that He might bear man's punishment, that God might be just, and yet the Justifier of the sinner that believeth in Jesus' Precious Blood alone. Jesus became Sin on the Cross, that you might be made the Righteousness of God through faith in His most Precious Blood. Behold the Lamb of God which taketh the sin of the world! The Creator died for sinners on Calvary's Cross, and He was buried for three days, but the grave could not contain Him. Early in the morning on the third day, the Lord Jesus arose and left the dead, no more to die.

And behold, now He is alive for evermore. Forty days later, Christ Jesus ascended up into heaven in the presence of His disciples, a cloud receiving Him out of their sight. This same Man who died upon the tree is now enthroned in the highest heavens Lord of all, and every angel and saint delight to worship Him. Jesus, JEHOVAH Himself in human flesh, was punished for my sins, without the gate in Jerusalem. My Sinless Substitute bled for me, to atone for all my sins. On earth God in human form dwelt, He bore the burden of human sin and the fierce wrath of God that I deserved, He paid it all for my soul's sake. He bled out His very life for godless rebels like me.

Man loves sophisticated religion, it lets him keep wondering and wandering without making a decision about his sin or the Savior. Man wants to get to Eternity in his own way, not God's way (John 14:6). The natural man is walking around in a sinful trance, wandering around in spiritual darkness and speculation. Man hopes for the best, and hunts for truth in all the wrong places. God will let you have it your way if you don't watch it. If you don't give Christ all the glory for salvation, you'll have to go to Hell where you really belong. Leave me in the dark, I don't want my sinful deeds exposed. Conversion is exposure to the gaze of a holy God. Moral darkness and hopeless wandering occurs when you reject the Gospel. Accept and respect sexual deviancy - this is man's warped way. If you reject God's moral standard, you will always choose moral darkness. Man is utterly unable to connect the dots of truth without the help of the Holy Spirit. Man cannot interpret and understand truth no matter how high his IQ may be. The man who deliberately shuts his eyes against the light of truth, shall gradually lose the power of seeing the Truth (John 14:6). Man wants and loves darkness, and one day if he dies in his sins, he will spend Eternity in outer darkness. Darkness was all around Calvary when Jesus was dying. Sin always brings darkness. First an atheist will not see, and then he cannot see. God sees your heart, and your heart in its sinful state can never make the journey to Heaven.

Christ Jesus was the Best man who died for the worst men. You know you're a sinner, you've got that much sense, hopefully. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Every atheist is highly interested in himself, because he worships himself, every atheist has a god, he looks at him in the mirror every morning; for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. You need to get ready for life, death, judgment, and Eternity. Bible Salvation is a sinner coming to God as a SINNER, repenting of his sins, and by faith trusting the Blood of Jesus Christ to take away his sins. Bible Conversion is instantaneous, it happens the second you stop trusting yourself, and entirely trust Christ Jesus with your soul. After conversion, there is a long process of sanctification, growing in grace, but when you get saved from the love of sin, you are saved in a moment. Right this minute, come by faith as a sinner to the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and receive HIM, the living God. God manifest in the flesh shed His own Blood for your sins. Believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead. Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ SHALL be saved from the love and penalty of sin.

Divine Justice said, “Where is the sinner? I must have him, for he is a sinner, and he must perish.” Then Christ Jesus comes forward, and asks Justice, “Whom do you seek?” “Sinners!” answered Justice. Then said Jesus, “He is not a sinner any more; he was once a sinner, but he is righteous now, he is clothed in My Righteousness. If you seek the sinner, take Me instead.” “What!” said Justice, “are you the sinner?” “No, not the sinner, but I am the sinner’s Substitute; all the sinner’s guilt has been imputed to Me; all his unrighteousness is Mine, and all My Righteousness is now his; I, the Savior, am the sinner’s Substitute; take Me, and let the sinner go free.” Divine Justice accepts Christ's Substitution and Blood; Justice takes the Savior, crucifies Him, and nails Him to Calvary's Cross. The curse of Sin fell upon the head of Jesus, and the Blessing of God fell upon me for Jesus' sake.

The Lord Jesus Christ was the Incarnate King of Heaven who loved me and gave Himself for me. Hear the glad tidings, Jesus bore your hell and suffered for your sins so you could be ransomed and rescued by simply trusting in His Precious Blood. And now, the most reasonable thing you can do is to trust yourself upon His bloody Atoning Sacrifice. Trust only the wounded Savior, trust in His perfect Atonement - truly He was God manifest in the flesh, He was not a part of God, but Jesus Christ was God in perfection. He loved you to death. Christ Jesus, God manifest in the flesh, came into the world to save sinners. This is why God became a man.

As Clear As Day

Here's the Gospel as clear as day. How can a Holy God be just, and yet freely forgive my human sin? Only the Gospel can answer this question. Here's the only answer - God is just, so sin must be punished, that is clear. Therefore God Almighty humbled Himself and was manifest in the flesh (I Timothy 3:16). He became a virgin born, sinless, Jewish human being in the person of Jesus of Nazareth (I John 3:5; Matthew 1:23), so that He could bear the punishment due to your sins and satisfy God’s divine justice and wrath in your place (II Corinthians 5:21; I Timothy 1:15; I Timothy 2:5-6; John 3:36). Christ Jesus lived a sinless life for you (Hebrews 4:15), and then voluntarily offered Himself up (Hebrews 9:14; Philippians 2:4-8) as a substitutionary bloody Sacrifice (I Peter 3:18; I Corinthians 15:3-4) to fully atone for your human sin (Romans 5:11).

Jesus bore the guilt and penalty of your sin in your stead. Up on Calvary’s Cross the Lamb of God (John 1:29; John 3:14) vindicated God's justice (I John 4:10), and yet made a way so that all your sins could be Freely (Romans 3:24-25; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:4-7) pardoned and justified (Romans 5:9) for Christ's sake alone (I John 2:12). The Substitution of Christ for the sinner is the Gospel. God Incarnate in Christ Jesus bleeding and dying for human sin - that's the only answer to man's sin problem.

Now is Christ Jesus risen from the dead, He is alive forever more, and He is able to save to the uttermost all sinners that come unto God by Him. How can God forgive sin and yet punish it? Look to the Bleeding Substitute on the Cross. Simple faith in Jesus' Precious Blood is the only key to Heaven's Gate. If a man owes a debt, and his friend comes in, and pays the bill for him, that man is clear of that debt, and can go free. Jesus is the Friend of sinners, the sinner has an awful sin debt, Jesus comes in and freely pays the sinner's debt in full, and the sinner is clear and goes free (Proverbs 11:15).

The Blood Atonement of Jesus Christ on Calvary solved man's greatest problem - his sins. The moment you believe on Jesus Christ's blood, you are completely saved forever, all your sins are gone, you are a child of God, and you can never perish. That's the only Gospel found in the Bible, and if you remain impenitent, and reject what God's Son did to save your guilty soul, you neglect it at your peril. Save this for someone to read to you on your deathbed; you just might need some Good News in that dark hour. The Gospel is so simple, that the smart-alecks miss it. The natural man loves complicated religion, because they want to get their own works involved, so they can include their self-righteousness as part of their salvation. And you can take that to the bank.
