The Bible Way

Through Christ, Through His Blood, Through the Spirit, Through Grace, Through Faith, Through the Gospel, Through Jesus' Name, Through His Righteousness and Redemption, Through *Him* - Now that's the Bible way.

Are You Plugged In?

Today we are always concerned about our cell phones running low on power.  Our cell phone will give us alerts when the power is getting too low.  Likewise, our soul and mind give us alerts when we are running low on spiritual power.  Just as we take time to leave our cell phone plugged into the power outlet, our souls need to take time to commune with our Creator, for we are in constant need of spiritual power from our Creator.  We need communion with Him. *II Corinthians 13:14*

Our cell phone will cease to work without power, and our soul will cease to operate as it should and fulfill the purpose for which it was made without Christ's power.  Our spiritual power source is the Lord Jesus Christ Himself:  He is called the Power of God in I Corinthians 1:14.  Only the Holy Ghost can connect our souls to the Power of God which is in Christ.  Jesus said, Without Me, ye can do nothing.

We must take time, sit still, and draw power from Christ and His words.  We must let Christ strengthen us each day, by seeking Him, praying to Him, meditating on Him, and communing with Holy Ghost (being led by and walking in the Spirit in our daily lives and activities).  God the Father gave His Son for us, and He gave His Spirit to us.  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom. Abide in Christ, Live Through Christ, Abide in His Love and Words, and Be filled with the Spirit of God.

Through Jesus' name whosoever believeth in Him shall receive the remission of sins.  But as many as received Christ, to them gave He power to become the sons of God. Receive ye the words of God and the Holy Ghost.  We need Christ's Strength - For of Him, and through Him, and to Him, are all things: to Whom be glory forever.

We are always checking the power level on our cell phones, and if the power gets low, we are quick to get the phone to a power source. Likewise, we need to ensure our souls are empowered with divine Strength. Jesus is the Power source - get plugged into *Him*. Every time you plug your cell phone in for a charge, try to remember to spend a moment or two with Jesus receiving Strength from *Him*. That's a real good habit to get into.  Christ Jesus is Everything and more to me; He is Amazing and Wonderful; I just need to let Him *Be* in my life.

I can do all things through Christ
which strengtheneth me.

Drawing Nigh

When things get out of control around you, and you can't seem to make it any other way, the safest thing to do is grab your Bible, turn to a precious promise, and ask the Lord Jesus Christ to draw nigh and see you through another day.
Draw nigh unto Jesus,
and He will draw nigh to you.
He is nigh unto all them that call upon Him,
to all that call upon Him in truth.

The Great Heart Fixer

If you have a broken heart today because of your sinning, and you want it fixed, with childlike faith fix your heart on the Precious Blood of God manifest in the flesh. *I Peter 1:19; I Timothy 3:16* Focus closely with all your heart and mind on the Lord Jesus Christ Himself and the Cross of Calvary, for He alone is the Great Heart Fixer. Christ Jesus is the heavenly Cardiologist; He makes house calls; He's always on call; and His services will always be absolutely *Free* of charge.

If you are not saved by Jesus today, your best works are only sins in God's sight, for you think those dead works are something better than what Christ Jesus has already done for you.  Close your ears to vain religious babblings and listen closely to the still, small voice of the Holy Ghost.  Fix your physical eyes on the words of God found in the Holy Bible, and then fix your spiritual eyes on the Incarnate Word of God, the Lord Jesus Christ and His Perfect Righteousness and Complete Blood Atonement.

If you've never been born again, cease from your own righteousness, and unfeignedly fix your faith on Christ Jesus alone.  Trust Jesus, and you're saved; trust yourself, and you're lost.  And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.  My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise. *Psalm 57:7*  If your broken heart has left you sad and lonely, come now by simple faith to Jesus for help divine.  Fix your heart's trust incessantly in the person and blood of the Son of God.

The Crucified Creator healeth the broken in heart. *Psalm 147:3* A broken and a contrite heart, O God, Thou wilt not despise. Jesus said, The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He hath anointed Me to preach the Gospel to the poor (in spirit); He hath sent Me to heal the brokenhearted. *Luke 4:18*  If you ever have to visit a heart doctor, you will have to turn your body over to him unreservedly, and let him do all work; likewise, when you come to the Lord Jesus Christ with your broken heart, you have to turn your soul completely over to Him, and simply "let Him" do everything for you on the inside where man's religions can never reach.

Be wise - get your eternal destiny and everlasting state fixed, settled, and certain today. Only the Holy Spirit can make your spiritual eyes see and focus so you can see the Gospel's truth.  Concentrate your thoughts on the Lamb of God; Simply fix your heart on the Precious Blood, and your heart will be fixed instantly.

*Through* Christ

*Through* is one of the most vital words in all of the New Testament.  Meditate awhile on the Precious Word - *Through* - in the Scriptures. The dots of God's Salvation are secretly connected with this Bible preposition, *Through*.  And that is Exactly why lost religionists will never direct your focus on this little, 7-letter Gospel word.  *Through* will show the soul how to gain access to the Lord Jesus Christ Himself.

Through Christ
Through His Blood
Through Faith
Through Righteousness
Through Grace
Through Him
Through the Tender Mercy of God
Through the Will of God
Through the Gospel
Through the Knowledge of God
Through His Name
Through the Word and the Truth
Through the Redemption
Through the Spirit

I am The Door: by Me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. I can do all things Through Christ which strengtheneth me.  Much more then, being now Justified by His Blood, we shall be saved from wrath Through Him. This is to them that have obtained like precious faith with us Through the Righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life Through His Name.

But we believe that Through the Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.  First, I thank my God Through Jesus Christ for you all, that your Faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.  Being Justified Freely by His Grace Through the Redemption that is in Christ Jesus.  To God only wise, be Glory Through Jesus Christ for ever.  Whom God hath set forth to be a Propitiation Through Faith in His Blood, to declare His Righteousness for the Remission of sins that are past, Through the Forbearance of God.  But thanks be to God, which giveth us the Victory Through our Lord Jesus Christ.

For ye know the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that ye Through His poverty might be rich.  Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God Through Christ.  And be found in Him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is Through the Faith of Christ, the Righteousness which is of God by Faith.

For the promise, that He should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to His seed, through the law, but Through the Righteousness of Faith.  That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign Through Righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.  For we Through the Spirit wait for the hope of Righteousness by Faith.  For by Grace are ye saved Through Faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the Gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye Through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God Through the Spirit.  God hath from the beginning chosen you to Salvation Through Sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth.  How much more shall the Blood of Christ, who Through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?  Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, Through Sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the Blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.  Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth Through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently.

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors Through Him that loved us.  For of Him, and Through Him, and to Him, are all things: to Whom be glory for ever.  For Through Him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.  In this was manifested the Love of God toward us, because that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live Through Him.  And not only so, but we also joy in God Through our Lord Jesus Christ, by Whom we have now received the Atonement.  Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, Through the Power of the Holy Ghost.  But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light Through the Gospel.

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds Through Christ Jesus. Now our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting Consolation and good Hope Through Grace.  And that from a child thou hast known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto Salvation Through Faith which is in Christ Jesus.  And, having made peace Through the Blood of His Cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto Himself; by Him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.  In whom we have Redemption Through His Blood, even the Forgiveness of sins.

And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would Justify the heathen Through Faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.  Buried with Him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with Him Through the Faith of the operation of God, who hath raised Him from the dead.  Through Faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.  Who are kept by the Power of God Through Faith unto Salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His Mercy He saved us, by the washing of Regeneration, and Renewing of the Holy Ghost;  Which He shed on us abundantly Through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being Justified by His Grace, we should be made heirs according to the Hope of eternal life.  Make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is well pleasing in His sight, Through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever.

Therefore being Justified by Faith, we have Peace with God Through our Lord Jesus Christ.  Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God Through Jesus Christ our Lord.  That in the ages to come He might shew the exceeding Riches of His Grace in His Kindness toward us Through Christ Jesus. For the wages of sin is death; but the Gift of God is Eternal Life Through Jesus Christ our Lord.  So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

And thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest: for thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways;  To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins, Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.  The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men Through Him might believe.  For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world Through Him might be saved.

Now ye are clean Through the word which I have spoken unto you.  Sanctify them Through thy truth: thy word is truth.  And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified Through the truth.

Until the day in which Jesus was taken up, after that He Through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom He had chosen.  Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached Through Jesus the resurrection from the dead.  To Jesus give all the prophets witness, that Through His name whosoever believeth in Him shall receive remission of sins.  Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that Through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: And by Him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.

For though ye have ten thousand instructers in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you Through the Gospel.  That in the ages to come He might shew the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us Through Christ Jesus.  Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, Through the Blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in His sight, Through Jesus Christ; to Whom be glory for ever and ever.

Grace and peace be multiplied unto you Through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, according as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, Through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles Through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the Promise of the Spirit Through Faith. If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified Through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever.  In Whom we have Redemption Through His Blood, the Forgiveness of sins, according to the Riches of His Grace.  I can do all things Through Christ which strengtheneth me.  I thank God Through Jesus Christ our Lord.

:) Smiles :)

If you Love someone, you'll Think about them, and if you Think about them enough, you'll Care about them, and if you Care about them enough, you'll Do something special for them to try to make them Smile.  Smiles come from Loving, Thinking, Caring, and Doing - Smiles aren't that cheap, but they're worth it.  If you try to make someone smile, you'll get a smile too.
Nothing without Jesus' smile.

The Almighty

And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.  And God Almighty bless thee, and make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, that thou mayest be a multitude of people.  Is it any pleasure to the Almighty, that thou art righteous? or is it gain to Him, that thou makest thy ways perfect?  And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by My name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.  I went out full and the Lord hath brought me home again empty: why then call ye me Naomi, seeing the Lord hath testified against me, and the Almighty hath afflicted me?

The mighty God, even the Lord, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.  Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty.  For the arrows of the Almighty are within me, the poison whereof drinketh up my spirit: the terrors of God do set themselves in array against me.  Doth God pervert judgment? or doth the Almighty pervert justice?

If thou wouldest seek unto God betimes, and make thy supplication to the Almighty.  Canst thou by searching find out God? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection?  Thou shalt not be affrighted at them: for the Lord thy God is among you, a mighty God and terrible.  He is wise in heart, and mighty in strength: who hath hardened himself against Him, and hath prospered?

Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.  If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.  For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God.  For God maketh my heart soft, and the Almighty troubleth me. Will he delight himself in the Almighty? will he always call upon God?

But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.  The spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.  Yea, surely God will not do wickedly, neither will the Almighty pervert judgment.  For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Then began Jesus to upbraid the cities wherein most of His mighty works were done, because they repented not.  Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.  For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.

Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in His apparel, travelling in the greatness of His strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.  He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Who can utter the mighty acts of the Lord? who can shew forth all His praise? Thou shewest lovingkindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, The Mighty God, the Lord of hosts, is his name. Alas for the day! for the day of the Lord is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.

Praise the LORD for His mighty acts: praise Him according to His excellent greatness. And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith The Lord Almighty.  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, The Almighty.  Nevertheless the LORD saved them for His name's sake, that He might make His mighty power to be known.  And what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.  Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might.

The Heavenly Fisherman

The Lord Jesus Christ went fishing one afternoon back in November of 1986; He got His hook in me, and I don't want to ever get loose.  He lured me in with His Goodness, Mercy, and Love.  I swallowed His treble hook, and I can't get it out.  Jesus said, "Ye SHALL be witnesses unto Me." He didn't say you "might" be witnesses unto Me, but ye Shall.  If Jesus ever gets His hook in you, you shall go and tell someone about Him.  You will not be able to keep *Him* to yourself. Jesus said, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men."  Jesus is still fishing for men and women's souls today with His Gospel bait - His hand is stretched out still.

Acknowledge - A Bible Word

I acknowledge my sin unto Thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and Thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin.  Have mercy upon me, O God, according to Thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of Thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.  Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.  For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. Against Thee, Thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in Thy sight: that Thou mightest be justified when Thou speakest, and be clear when Thou judgest. Trust in the Lord [Jesus Christ] with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.  Hear, ye that are far off, what I have done; and, ye that are near, acknowledge my might.  Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the Lord thy God.  We acknowledge, O Lord, our wickedness, and the iniquity of our fathers: for we have sinned against Thee.  I will go and return to My place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek My face: in their affliction they will seek Me early.  In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth. The acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness.  That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.  Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

A Real Cure

A real cure for all your spiritual ills is when the Holy Spirit starts to visit your mind, heart, and soul with the words of God and the Gospel of Christ.  Cures for all your spiritual diseases can be instantly obtained from the Lord Jesus Christ Himself.  You've been deeply infected with an evil germ called Iniquity; and you're in grave condition - it's not looking good for you unless you somehow get to the Physician for lost souls.  Christ Jesus sends His words and heals them, and delivers them from destruction.  If you desire to be cured of your deadly virus called Sin which is continually plaguing your mind, thoughts, desires, speech, tendencies and actions, you need to forsake your own thoughts and ways and flee to The Crosst.  Man's religion will never cure your love for sin or rescue from the just damnation you deserve.  The one true Remedy for your Sin problem is the Precious Blood of God manifest in the flesh, and only the Holy Spirit can apply that healing Blood to your sin-sick soul. The Holy Spirit killeth, and then He maketh alive; He first wounds, and then He heals.  The letter killeth, but the Spirit giveth life.  The Law says, "Do, or die!," but the Gospel says, "Believe on Christ, and live!" Now mark it down, you will never trust and truly glory in Christ Jesus until the Holy Spirit has first killed your self-righteousness and cures you of glorying in yourself.

The Creator has been very merciful and wonderfully kind towards you over many years now, even while you have been sinning against Him.  You should be ashamed of yourself for being His enemy for so long.  Will you go on sinning and rejecting Christ?  The Bible says, God is angry with the wicked every day.  God is angry with you for rejecting His Son and breaking His laws - His wrath abideth on you even now. *John 3:36* It is troubling to have anyone angry with you, but to have your Creator angry with you, that is the worst of all.  How can you live with that?  God is furious with the sinner every day, you're a sinner, and deserve His fury. Beware of dying in your sins and being lost without hope and ruined beyond remedy.  There's an angry God looking down from Heaven upon you each day, and He could smite you for your iniquities at any moment.

He that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed on the Son of God; he is an enemy to God by wicked works, the wrath of God abideth on him (present tense), and he is in imminent danger of eternal perdition. Right now, if you're unsaved, you're a condemned criminal in God's sight, and simple faith in the Blood of the Lamb of God is your only way of pardon and freedom.  You're on dangerous ground outside of Christ.  The wicked shall be turned into Hell, and the Christ rejecter shall go away into everlasting punishment.  Your soul is full of sin, and that sin can be put away instantly by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, that is, heartily believing that God raised Him from the dead.  The man who toys with the Bible, and trifles with Eternity, and slights the Son of God had best beware of the wrath to come.  In Christ, you can be eternally safe, truly loved, and know Someone really cares about you.

You've destroyed yourself by sinning against God - your present state of danger and ruin is your own fault. You've neglected Christ and brought a just condemnation upon your head, and you have nobody to blame that you are lost right now but yourself.  There is one way of escape from your imminent danger and that is at the Cross. Please don't choose to linger in the darkness and love your sins. You are dead in your sins right now, and you can't help save yourself.

Look now to Christ Jesus bleeding and dying in your place on the Cross; see God in the person of His dear Son making an Atonement for your sins.  All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way, but God the Father hath laid on Jesus the iniquity of us all.  May the Holy Spirit show you that the Lord Jesus Christ was God and man in one person, and that He was wounded, bled, and put to death for your transgressions - If you will only trust in Jesus now, your sins will be all gone in an instant, for Jesus was punished and bore the wrath of God for all your sins.
