My Pain Killer

The Lord Jesus Christ Himself is my pain killer when my heart is breaking and aching.  I draw nigh to Him.  A little dose of His love and mercy goes a long, long way.  The Holy Spirit takes my misery and loneliness away.  JESUS is my Prescription when I've had a bad day.  I just pop the Gos-pill for my soul's troubles.  I don't need a fix from CVS or Walgreens; I just let Jesus fix my mind on Him.  His Precious Blood is the only Remedy for my sin problems.  When I just can't get to sleep at night, John 3:16 is my only sleeping pill. Always remember - Christ Jesus is the Heavenly Physician who is always on call, and He still makes house calls, right on the spot, right where you need Him.

Just dial 9-1-1, the Holy Spirit is always on the line; Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ shall be saved from sin and misery.  This poor man cried, and the Lord Jesus Christ heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.  I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD!  O Lord my God, I cried unto Thee, and Thou hast healed me. I cried to Thee, O Lord; and unto Him alone I made supplication. I cried unto JESUS in my trouble, and He saved me out of my distresses.  Lord Jesus, remember me, have mercy on me a sinner, please save me for Your name's sake.  I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and He heard me from on high.  In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: He heard my voice out of His temple, and my cry came before Him, even into His ears.  I cried unto Thee, O Lord Jesus: I said, Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.  Christ Jesus the Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon Him, to all that call upon *Him* in truth.

Just be an Urbane-ite

Most people never read Romans Chapter 16 that closely. But there's one gentleman mentioned over there in verse 9 called Urbane. Paul called him a *helper in Christ*. The name Urbane means polite - if we're going to help out like we should, we have to be Polite and Affable.  Help at home, help your neighbor, help at work, help at church.  We all need to be Urbane-ites.

Urbane was just a nobody that helped out the KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS - JEHOVAH JESUS. Urbane pitched in and did the things no one else wanted to. He showed up early and stayed late. Have you ever met an Urbane?  Urbane went a little a further, he walked the second mile, and smiled through the trials. He was a giver, not a taker. We should all be that way.

What's keeping you from helping out and being a blessing today? Remain humble, helpful, and thankful - be an Urbane-ite. Urbane was a blessing to others, and his name got written down in God's words forever. Religionists want to be 'somebody', but Urbane-ites are satisfied with serving Jesus in secret, and doing the little things that need to be done and trying to lighten the load on others. O Lord Jesus, I want to be an Urbane-ite first of all. On your death bed, when you look back on your life, you will want to be able to say, I was a "helper in Christ", that's all.

I Timothy 3:16 (6)

God was manifest in the flesh - The King of Glory humbled Himself and became a Jewish man in order to suffer and die for sinners, especially you. Jesus is God, He became a man, He died, He lives, He bids you trust Him, promising that that you shall live forever. Trust Him with your sinful soul now. He is worthy of all your confidence. Sin not against Christ by neglecting Him. Sin not against your own soul by rejecting Him. The curse of sin has completely poisoned and killed your soul. But Christ was made a curse for you, He took upon Himself our sins, though in Him was no sin, yet He was made Sin for us.  Trust Christ to be the sin-offering for you, to suffer for you, to bleed for you. All for nothing, a sinner can be saved. Come to Jesus for Everything. He is the way, the open way, the whole way, the free way. Nothing to pay, nothing to do, nothing to be, nothing to bring, no human merit, no preparations - just bring your guilt and misery to the Cross - that is all. Salvation is all of Grace, all the Gift of God to the vilest of the vile.

Jesus is God, He came all the way from Heaven for your sake. He is the God-Man, Immanuel, who was born and died, and bore the wrath of God due to your sins. Do not add any of your driveling merits to the worth of God’s Son. Foul infected rags from a dunghill cannot help you. Your nothingness can never be put side by side with the everlasting precious merits of God’s dear Son. Jesus is the only bread which true faith feeds upon. God over all, blessed forever, redeems sinners. The Word was made flesh and sacrificed for us. A perfect sinless man in union with the eternal God died for me. God really became a Substitute for those who had offended Him. There is no way by which a sinner can escape the guilt of human sin but by the blood of Jesus Christ. The Word was made flesh and came under the law. The Godhead and manhood in one person. He bore the iniquity of us all. He was numbered with the transgressors, and bore the sins of the whole world. He voluntarily became the Substitute, by the transference of sin from the sinner to Christ. Then the sinner ceases to be regarded as a sinner, his guilt is removed forever. The sinner is clear, the whole mass of his sin is not on Him any longer, but on Christ.

Jesus, the Son of God, has taken all my transgressions, He bore all my iniquities, my sins are moved from my soul and laid on Him. Imputation is the only way sin can be taken away from a sinner. The punishment of sin is demanded, God’s vengeance against human sin fell on Jesus Christ. The Savior endured the fullness of divine wrath on account of my sin. If you want to escape your sins, Christ is the only way. Future reformation cannot help removed your sins. Only the marvelous transaction can clear you from sin. The transaction of imputation is required in every man’s soul.

A believer may commit sin, but it is not imputed to Him, so the wrath of God will never come upon the saved sinner. He is free from guilt and wrath and curse. Christ Jesus is the way out of divine wrath. Sin kills us, guilt blasts our vain hopes, and crushes our human pride. Christ is the way to escape the dominion and power of sin. The tyranny and slavery of evil habits and corrupt desires. The imagination of our thoughts is only evil continually. Sin only leads to despair and despondency. I have sinned, but Jesus came to save sinners. You have no power to regenerate yourself. We are not saved by our own righteousness, for Christ died for the ungodly. Only the precious blood of Christ’s atonement can kill sin. Cling to His atoning sacrifice with purpose of heart. The sprinkling of His blood purifies from sinful habits. Flee to the Cross and escape from sin’s guilt, wrath, fear, and power. Christ Jesus is the priceless gem of Heaven. God veiled Himself in human flesh. The Infinite One took upon Him the form of a servant, and was found in fashion as a man. The Incarnate God died for sinners on Calvary’s Cross. Christ is most precious to every sinner who feels his sin. The most guilty heavy laden sinner can be saved now. God Himself dwelt among men and suffered in human flesh in the person of Jesus of Nazareth. Function with His Unction.

The Gospel is just this – every man is lost in his sins, but God became a man to save every lost man. The Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. Out of infinite love to His ungodly enemies, the Son of God took upon Himself human flesh, that he might suffere in your place. You see, your sin has to be paid for – someone has to suffer for every sin you’ve ever committed, or ever will commit. Jesus suffered what you ought to have suffered. His blood satisfied the divine justice of God. Jesus suffered a bloody death on Calvary’s Cross for your ungodly soul. The Incarnate Creator bled for me. The King of Glory was buried for me. God stooped from His glory to be mocked and spit upon by sinful lips. Was ever love like this? Yield to His gentle bleeding love. This goodness will win every human ear and heart that feels their sin. The carnal mind has an accursed love for sin. When you reject Jesus Christ, you wrong your own soul. The groans of Golgotha, the tears of Gethsemane, the gore of Golgotha, the gloom of the grave is what was required to pay for sin. Your sins made Jesus bleed. You must be saved by Christ, or else perish. God Himself came down from Heaven and put on human flesh and suffered and died that you might not be damned. The Lord Jesus Christ appeared in human form and put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. Jesus left the royalties of Heaven, for there was no other way to put away human sin. Think often of the terrible pains and grief He endured for you.

It is true wisdom to give up every other confidence but Jesus Christ. What are you resting in at this present moment? All other grounds of confidence are utterly worthless. Your works will never open the gates of Heaven. The Christ of God bled for sinners – He is the way. Jesus is the God of bleeding love.  The infinitely holy God was numbered with the transgressors. Wonder of wonders – Jesus died for sinners! The Just for the unjust, bearing the punishment due to sinners for guilt. Jesus is God, the Eternal, the Infinite, the ever Blessed. Meditate upon His spotless character, ponder His sufferings which He endured on Calvary, follow Him into the Grave, then from the Grave to Resurrection, then from the Resurrection to His triumphant Ascension up to His eternal throne. Meditate much upon His blessed person, the details of His work, the blessings of Calvary. God, the everlasting Word, was made flesh and dwelt among men. The whole weight of human guilt was laid on Him. In order to put human sin away, Jesus must die, for death was the penalty for guilt. He went up to the Cross and endured agonies unspeakable.

Away with your learned sermons, fine talk, and pretentious philosophies. Evolution is a devilish fine-spun theory to bewilder and decoy educated Christ rejecters. Simple faith in Christ Himself is the way. The plain, poor man’s Gospel. The Incarnate God is all my hope and trust. The babe of Bethlehem, the man of sorrows, the substitutionary Sacrifice for sinners, the risen Lord. God came to earth in human flesh, and loved, lived, and died to redeem sinful mankind. Come now and ask for reconciliation. God in human flesh, bleeding, suffering, dying. His wounds flowed with mercy. Look to them, and your soul shall live. Divine wrath is only appeased by the bloody death of Jesus. His amazing abounding grace removes sins. Sin separated God and men, but the incarnation and the atonement bridged the separation. The simple Gospel of the Son of man. The incarnated God suffered for the guilty, the Just for the unjust, to bring them to God. Love Christ, and you shall hate your sins. Trust Him, and you will no longer trust yourself. Submit yourself to His will, and He will break Satan’s yoke within you. No one else can do it. Jesus loved me and reconciled me. The love of Christ constrains, dominates, and controls us. God reached out to sinners through the atoning blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ. The Atonement propitiates God's wrath and is consistent with His holiness. The world's way is do good, but leave Christ out of it. Trust the works Jesus’ life and death - The Atonement. We deserved eternal death and divine wrath, separated from God, in bondage to sin and kingdom of Satan.

The penal Substitute for me was punished. A Propitiation is One who takes away anger. Jesus was the anger-bearer – He is our Propitiation. By Him we are brought back into fellowship and we reconciled back to God and eternally saved. All of our sins were credited to Christ, all of His Righteousness is instantly and freely credited to us. Jesus was treated as if He lived our life, and we are treated as if we lived His life. Our sins and divine wrath were focused on Christ. Sinning comes naturally to us. Our sins were poured over His purity, wave after wave. He did it willingly. My debt He paid, my death He died, that I could live forever with Him. Jesus took all the blame for your sins. Through His suffering, I am free. We are the enemies who deserved to die. The plague of plagues is Sin. Severed relationship. Sin-plagued mankind required a Mediator. We are to be claimed, controlled, dominated by Christ’s love. Jesus rescues sinners from darkness. You can only be acceptable and fit in God's presence through Christ.

Today, most churches are run by CEOs and counselors and politicians, not pastors and preachers. Polls, blogs, internet, TV run the way America thinks. America is a shallow and entertainment-driven society. Jesus is the penalty Substitute, the vicarious penal Substitute. God’s anger is upon sin at all times. Propitiator – the wrath bearer, substitute, curse bearer. From hostility to harmony, from enmity to peace.  All human beings need to be reconciled back to God. All men by nature are slaves to sin. God made Jesus to be Sin on our behalf. Jesus was treated as if He had lived our life, our sins were legally charged to Jesus. From hostility to harmony. The only cure for the sin plague is the Precious Blood of the Incarnate God. Heaven’s great LORD became incarnate as a man, He stooped to redeem lost humanity from the ruin of the fall. Simply have done with reliance upon yourself, have done with confidence in all but Jesus, rest alone in what He has done. On the Incarnate God fix all your hope.

The substitutionary sacrifice, the complete Atonement of Christ is all my confidence. I am reconciled to God by the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ. Receive the living Gospel within your soul. Adore the incarnate Creator, trust in Him. Take the Incarnate Wisdom to be your King, and sit as a little child at His feet to learn with all your heart. Human nature will have it that you must do something to be saved, it must try and fret and worry. The right way is to end your doing and fretting by sitting down content with Jesus’ doing, satisfied with His Righteousness, and rest on the merit of His Precious Blood. Accept everything from Jesus’ hand gratis. Be poor in spirit and sit at Jesus’ feet. Ask nothing but what He makes you, have nothing but what He gives you. Ask nothing but what God promises, trust in nothing but what Jesus has done for you. Desire nothing but what He has prepared. Sit at Jesus’ feet in humble submission.

Jesus touches us with the hand of humanity, but He touches the Almighty the hand of Deity. He is man, He feels your needs. He is God, He is able to supply them. Think of His name, Jesus, Savior. Think of His work. He is come to seek and save that which was lost. Think of what He has done, He shed His blood. Think of what He is doing. He is pleading before the throne of God for sinners. Giving repentance and remission of sins. Christ Jesus is attractive to sinners who need Him. The very center of the divine heart. God spared not His Son, but He spares the sinner, He poured out His wrath upon His Son, and made Him the Substitute for sinners, that He might lavish love upon the guilty who deserved His anger. False systems of religion teach people to DO, DO, DO for their salvation. The Invisible Creator is made manifest in the flesh for our sakes. Jesus came from Heaven to earth to redeem sinners. God over all, Blessed forever, lived here for 33 years with the sons of men, bearing the infirmities of our flesh, sharing our sorrows, His feet weary walking the roads of Palestine, suffering hunger and thirst and labor, His knees bent to the earth in prayer, His eyes weeping, He was tempted in all points like as we are, yet without sin.

Love Christ, and you shall hate your sins. God was manifest in the flesh, and if you desire to see God, you must see Him in Christ Jesus. The simple truth that God became man and suffered in man’s stead, and God has promised that whosoever believeth in Jesus shall not perish, but have everlasting life. Henceforth you cannot serve sin. Christ has made an accepted Atonement for all our sin. By the blood of Jesus you are under bonds to hate evil. You cannot return to and indulge in the sins which your Savior bore the wrath of God. Gaze upon the bleeding wounds of Jesus. No more wanton dalliance with transgression. Iniquity is the root, transgression is the fruit of inward sin. You sin must die, and only the Cross crucifies sin. Tell everyone about Jesus, tell them about the Son of God made flesh, tell them about Substitution, speak out the Gospel Message plainly. Jesus is all my salvation and desire. I rest on Jesus only, without a mixture of any other hope, I love Him supremely, and desire to honor and obey Him in life until death. Poor puny man has no merit. God Incarnate took upon Himself human sin, and out of divine love condescended to be numbered with the transgressors, and to suffer for sin that was not His own. Sin is as black as night and hideous as Hell. There is power to save in the atoning blood of the Incarnate God. The Incarnate God crucified for human sin, the Mediator covered with bloody sweat, the Redeemer wounded and slain. God dwelt in human flesh died in order that human guilt might be put away. Christ for me, Christ is all.

I Timothy 3:16 (5)

Tell out the glorious truth that whosoever trusts in Jesus’ blood is saved freely and forever. Hearken diligently to the Gospel, consider and meditate upon it. Meditate upon the Mediator. When your sin is bitter, Christ is sweet, only then. No man ever loved Christ, till he loathed himself. Out of Christ, you are a lost, ruined, undone soul. Jesus is now able and willing to save you. All you have to do is to take and trust what He has done, and simply trust HIM, and you now can be completely saved and perfected through His one sacrifice. God Himself came down to earth in the person of Jesus of Nazareth, lived a perfect life, and then died a bloody death to pay the penalty due to your sins. You’ll never make it to heaven trusting your own righteousness. No matter how bad or good you’ve been, Jesus died for you, and wants to save you right now. Let HIM. Religion is what a man tries to do to justify himself; Salvation is what Christ freely gives to the sinner who finally realizes he cannot justify himself before a holy God. Trust in Jesus, who being God, became man that He might suffer instead of you, what was due from God on account of your sins. Full Atonement by Precious Blood. Bow down in lowly reverence and adoring affection at Jesus' feet.

God who you have offended, His own self bore your sins. For your sake, Jesus suffered what you ought to have suffered. Because of Jesus, my conscience rests gratefully contented. The Son of God took your sins upon His shoulders, bore them up to the Tree, and suffered what was due for your sins in His own person on the Cross. You must trust yourself with Him fully and alone, with all your heart. It is a literal, real, historical fact that God was in Christ, the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. God has become a Jewish man to save sinners. Christ in the sinner’s place, Christ bearing the sinner’s sin, Christ smitten with the sinner’s stripes. The Incarnate God bleeding in the sinner’s place. The Incarnate God Himself did hang upon the tree and bled to death for sinful men. Look to Calvary now, and see sin in its true colors, and loathe it as a deadly thing. Abhor the sin which required such an atoning Sacrifice. Atonement by Blood, redemption by the Incarnate God, reconciliation through His substitutionary Sacrifice, salvation all of Grace from first to last.

God was in Christ, He died upon the accursed tree for your sins. He who spread the heavens and made the earth lived here among the sons of men. God was here in the form of man, the soldiers came and seized Him in Gethsemane, they took Him away to Pilate’s hall, there they scourged Him and spit in His face, they crowned Him with a crown of thorns, and they condemned Him to bear a cross. Consider this - The Eternal God in human flesh. They hounded Him along the streets of Jerusalem, they flung him down upon His back upon the Cross, and nailed Him, they drove the cruel nails through His innocent hands and feet, they lifted up the Cross, and dashed it into the earth, His bones were dislocated. He on the bloody tree was fastened and lifted up, there He died there in mid-air in agony and blood. God forsook His Son because of our sins that He bore in His own body, His Father turned away His face, and in the bitterness of agony Jesus cried, “My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?” On the Cross Jesus died, and in that death, He took the punishment due on account of your sins. Believe in Jesus with all your heart now. God has made a full Atonement, the eternal God Himself has put away human sin. Eternal life is now available for everyone who trusts in HIM.

33 years of love, toil, and weariness, and then Jesus endured Gethsemane’s terrible garden and Calvary's accursed tree. Jesus bore all the wrath of God on your behalf. Confide in Him. Defiled, filthy, polluted, wretched sinners need the Savior. Put your turst in what Jesus has done, and you are reconciled to God. The safest thing is to rest in what Christ has done. See Colossians 1:16. God descended to the manger of Bethlehem, He nestled in Mary’s bosom, behold the Incarnate God, the Eternal Holy One of Israel, dwelt among dying men. This is the greatest truth ever heard in human ears.  God in human flesh redeeming us by the Sacrifice of Himself (Acts 4:12). Come now and Rest on His blessed person and finished work (Matthew 11:28). God Himself came in human flesh and made Atonement for human guilt by His own bloody death upon the Cross. The highest love – the incarnate God bleeds to death to save ungodly men, and human nature hates God so much that it will not have Him as He dies to save sinners. This is depravity indeed – the desperateness of rebellion. Love unspeakable is centered in the Cross of Christ. The blood of Jesus Christ and the love of the Incarnate God was mingled on Golgotha. The greatest trick the devil ever pulled on his children (John 8:44) was to convince them that he doesn’t even exist. Men cannot see Truth, because they love falsehood.

On Calvary’s bloody tree hangs all man’s hope. The Incarnate God bleeding out His own life for sinners. The unconverted are in great danger. If you die in your sins neglecting Christ, you will be driven into everlasting punishment. The Cross is the danger signal to you, the Lighthouse that warns of the wrath to come and sure destruction that awaits those that continue on in sin, unbelief, and rebellion. Rest upon Jesus Christ as God. Only God can snatch a sinner from sin. Jesus the Son of God, the infinitely glorious One, the Creator of heaven and earth, out of love stooped to become a man and die for His enemies.

Jesus stooped to save us, and we laugh as He stoops, He leaves the throne to rescue us, but while He graciously descends, the hoarse laughter of the ungodly world is his only reward. JEHOVAH JESUS stooped to save unworthy men. To lift us up, Jesus stooped, He made the heavens, yet He laid in Bethlehem’s manger. He hung the stars in their places, He framed the universe, but He gave up all His rank and dignity for love’s dear sake, He consented to be a servant, and made Himself of no reputation.  He took the lowest place. He was despised and rejected of men. He gave up all ease and comfort for me, for He had no where to lay His head. He bare His back to the smiters that the chastisement of our peace might fall upon Him. He gave up the clothes on His back, they took His raiment from Him. He gave up all esteem for this lost world. He gave his heart to reproach, His body to nails, His side to the spear, He could do no more for you.

The first great truth of our faith is “God was manifest in the flesh.” He who was born at Bethlehem is God, Immanuel, “God with us.” JEHOVAH Himself in human flesh bore human sin, gave up His life, the Just for the unjust to bring us to God. Sin is a deicide. Every sinner, if he could, would kill God, for he says in his heart and tongue, “No God!” God himself came down to earth in the form of Jesus of Nazareth, pure and perfect. Sinful men couldn’t rest till they had crucified the Incarnate God and gotten rid of Him. The atheist wishes there were no Jesus Christ. He would be glad if he knew for sure there was no God. But the infinite Atonement of the Incarnate God paid for every human sin. Jesus offered a perfect Atonement for our sins. The holy God made an Atonement for sin. The offended One died for the offender. The Judge bore the chastisement of the criminal. The Creator took upon Himself the transgressions of the creature. Look to Jesus’ wounds now, ask Jesus personally for faith to believe on Him. Behold His precious atoning blood. The Incarnate God suffered for human sin. The Gospel is just too simple, too plain, too pure for human nature to receive. Incarnate Wisdom lived here below. He was slain for sinners, laid in a grave for three days, and then rose from the dead. Jesus is All I need to get by the Judgment of God. Incarnate Deity, Bleeding Omnipotence, Immortal Love, crucified for my sins on Golgotha.

The fear of the Lord brings intense hatred to sin of every kind. Sin became most obnoxious to me, the propensity to sin is still there, but the love of sin is gone, and when I sin I feel an inward grief and horror at myself for doing the things I once enjoyed. My relish for sinning is gone. Jesus’ Precious Blood is our sole hope. From your heart, rest in His atoning blood. My faith is resting only in the substitutionary work of Jesus. Jesus the Son of God lived on earth a life of perfection and died as a substitutionary Sacrifice. He has risen from the dead and is ascended into Glory. Receive His endless matchless love. Meditate on the grand doctrine of the substitutionary sacrifice of the Son of God. Let others question and quibble, but I believe it, it is my only hope, all my salvation, I stake my very soul upon Jesus' blood and merits alone. The great Substitute bore our sin and suffered on its account, free salvation by His Atonement is what I desire. The Blessed Fact - Christ died for the ungodly. The grand old truth of eternal redemption by the blood of Jesus, God’s atoning blood. Bow low and adore the Lamb of God. Come, trust, and worship at His blessed feet.

Jesus' love and blood is all I’ll ever need. God did lay on Christ your iniquities, and He was punished instead of you. Now God for Christ’s sake has forgiven me. He was honesty, integrity, uprightness, righteousness, truth, holiness all in one, Incarnated as a man. You must savingly believe by putting your trust in Precious Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is the grand saving act - When a man brings his guilty soul and commits it to Christ for safekeeping, that entrusting of the soul to Jesus Himself saves that man. This is the grand and all-important truth - Christ died for His enemies. The grand old truth is the Incarnate God all by Himself finished the Atonement for needy sinners. Jesus is the Son of the Highest, yet He came to this earth and was born a Jewish baby at Bethlehem. He was nursed by a woman, and grew up as other children do. He became a man in fullness of stature and wisdom, living here for 33 years, doing good. And then at the last, God manifest in the flesh died the Just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, suffering in the place of guilty man, that He might bear man’s punishment – that God might be just, and yet the Justifier of Him that believeth.

Jesus died for our sins, and was buried, but the grave couldn’t contain Him on that third day. God dwelt among men in human flesh. Jesus, the Son of God, abode upon the earth through a lowly life of poverty and shame, at last he poured out His life’s blood, His heart’s blood for our redemption. Hallelujah for the Cross! If your standing before God depends upon any of your merits, you are in extreme danger. The grand old doctrines – Justification by Faith, Redemption by Blood. Keep thyself pure with a pure Bible, and pure thinking about a pure Savior. Stop dabbling about with self-righteous religion. Just be nobody, and let Christ be everybody. Just be nothing, less than nothing. Stop running errands for a corpse. Jesus labored, suffered, and died for you. He was a perfect man, without a trace of fault. Jesus stooped to save ungodly sinners. The Incarnate King of Heaven became poor so you could be made rich. The wondrous stoop of Deity to lowly humanity. The grand doctrine of Substitution is good news for the sinner. Here is a grand old word – Repent. With a simple faith, come to the Cross now, and cast your awful load of sin upon the Bleeding Incarnate God. A living faith in the living God always produces a living faith with a hatred for sin. The Infinite became a man, He that built the heavens, hung the stars, came down below, to be subject to poor parents, to work in a carpenter’s shop, and then to die upon a Cross, the Just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God. Jesus was willing to be scoffed at by the lewdest and lowest of men in order to save the vilest men.

I Timothy 3:16 (4)

God with us, Christ for us. Incarnation and Substitution is God's divine way of salvation for needy sinners. See I John 1:7. Christ for me, Christ for me. To Him alone will I look. A full Christ for empty sinners. As a sinner I look to Christ for everything. Christ is everything for me, my sole and only hope. Trust in Christ for yourself. Blessed be His name. The bleeding Christ for me. As blood is the life to our flesh, so is Christ’s blood life to our soul. Flee to Christ for mercy. Repent, confess your sin, forsake it, and look to Christ for cleansing. In a word – rest on Jesus, the eternal Son of God, God in human flesh, bleeding to death for sinful man. Jesus’ work for us – gratis. Rest your weary feet upon the truth of the great Substitution. The Word was made flesh and dwelt among us, Christ died for our sins. God with us, and Christ for us - Incarnation, Substitution. This is meat and drink for the hungry soul. God in human flesh, only the Incarnate God, living, loving, bleeding, suffering, dying, making atonement for human sin, and then rising from the dead, and then ascending up to the throne of Glory. God Himself was nailed to a tree, and bled to death bearing the sins of every man.

The Incarnate God and the Atoning Savior - Jesus of Nazareth was His name. Simply let Jesus save you. Incarnate Love came down from heaven to save sinners. God Incarnate, Christ suffering. Jesus’ one sacrifice for sins forever is our sole hope. He voluntarily made Atonement for all our sins. The Incarnate God died a shameful bloody death to save the guilty. I do believe in the dying Savior’s love, and I rest my soul upon Him. That is the way of salvation – just to rest in Christ. As the cup hangs on the nail, so must we helplessly hang on Christ. We must be nothing, and Christ everything. The Incarnate God, the atoning blood, the risen Lord, the coming Glory. Cheerfully consent to be nothing for His sake who made Himself of no reputation for your sake. I’m counting on Jesus’ blood, not darwin’s theory. Christ must be Alpha and Omega, the first and the last.

A salvation that is made up of any of your doings is a falsehood. Salvation must have Christ as the cornerstone, the foundation, and the capstone. Trust in Jesus Christ for perfect pardon and free justification. Live nearer to Christ, and you will have a desire after holiness, you can’t be tricky in business and feel comfortable, you should have a strong desire after purity, you should feel a horror and dread of sinning, you must walk tenderly and cautiously, you should be grieved over your imperfections. Once in Christ, in Christ forever, nothing from His love can sever. God punished Christ for my sins. Come to Christ now for everlasting life. Jesus Christ came down from heaven for our salvation. Christ died for you. Christ is All.

Your merits are good for nothing. Your own works are useless when it comes to everlasting life. Sinnership is your only title to salvation. Even faith is God's Free Gift. There is a Christ for you. It is Christ that is everything. Come to Christ for mercy. He is perfect, He is everything. Christ for big sinners, little sinners, gray heads and children, poor and rich, for chimney sweeps and kings, for prostitutes and respectable folks. God condemned Christ for me. You owe so much to that Precious Blood which redeemed you. Religion exalts human merit, baptismal water, denominations, sacraments, ceremonies, buildings, certain days. Take Christ for nothing, without money and without price. Come to Christ for all you need. Look to Christ first for faith. Christ for poor perishing sinners. Trust in what Jesus did, trust Christ for the merit which He has performed. Jesus’ death must be your life, His wounds must be your healing. Look out of yourself to Christ for everything. Believe in Jesus Christ for your eternal salvation. Depend on Him completely. Needy guilty sinners will come to Christ for free pardon. While you are anything, Christ is nothing to you, but when you finally become nothing, Christ will be everything.

Men prefer their own foul, filthy lust to Christ. Men prefer making money, cheating, the world, the harlot to Christ. Men prefer lusts, pleasures, and earthly profits to Christ. Christ for me. Jesus is everything which is good. The vicarious sacrifice of Christ for the sinner, Christ suffering for the sinner.  Christ being made sin for us, that we might be made the Righteousness of God in Him. Christ offered up Himself as a sinless substitutionary Sacrifice. Sinners must be alarmed and shut up to the Cross for help. Christ for me. Be willing to have Christ for your Savior. A great Savior for great offenders. Never forget your indebtedness to Christ for what He has done for you. God never pardons a sin without first punishing that sin – God punished sin on Christ for us. A sense of sin, and a grateful sense of forgiveness. Think of Christ, not your own doings. Draw near to Christ, not just to religious buildings. Yield to a simple faith in Jesus. Simple faith in the Crucified Savior saves the sinner. Daily resort to Christ for help. There’s nothing for you to do, nothing to pay, nothing to be, nothing to bring. Come to Jesus for everything. The atonement of Christ for my sins. Guilty sinners rest on Christ (Matthew 11:28). Flee to Christ for mercy and everlasting life. Cry out to Christ for mercy. Rest in the Precious Blood for pardon, and in His righteousness for acceptance. I am nothing but a mass of sinfulness in myself. Think of your sins, and repent of them, think of Jesus and personally believe on Him. Think of His Cross always.

Frequently think of Christ. We naturally think of food, because we live upon it. Your inward appetite renders food impossible to forget. Long for Jesus, because of new appetites and cravings within your new nature. Think of Christ joyfully, with admiration, wishing to be conformed to His image. Gracious Savior, make me like Yourself. Change me within. Help His cause, succor His people, proclaim His truth, aid His church, pity lost sinners. Alway speak well of Jesus. Thoughts of Jesus should keep you back from sin, continue in the path of righteousness for His name’s sake. Adore Him, give to Him, work for Him. By instinct the new born Christian knows where to search for the nipple of Scripture, and feed on the sincere milk of the word. The fear and dread of sin, leads to hatred of sin. Christ for me, Christ for me, None but Christ. Submit yourself to the whole word of God, let it search your inmost soul. Leave your creeds behind. Flee to Christ, God manifest in the flesh, for pardon this very hour. Stay the course for His cause. Trust and go forward. “To the End” take Christ for your Substitute.

Christ for me, Christ in my place. Keep your eyes on Jesus. Looking alone to Jesus Christ for pardon. Believe in Jesus for Righteousness. Keep to the one point – I am nothing, Christ is everything. I am sin, He is my Righteousness. I am guilty, He is my Pardon. I am death, He is my Life. I look to Him for everything. I trust not in my doings, I rely on Jesus only. A man will never believe in Jesus till He knows Himself to be nothing. Hang upon Christ for everything, entire dependence upon Christ Himself. Nakedness, poverty, emptiness, misery, death, impotence, wretchedness. Bring your soul and commit it to Christ for safekeeping, entrusting your soul to Jesus. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ for Righteousness, and be made just through faith. That is it, that is the whole of it. Trust Christ alone, and then live. Be nothing and nobody, and let Christ be everything. I am content to be nothing and nobody. Human nature wants to be something and do something. But you must be nothing, and Christ is to be Everything. Take salvation freely as a Gift. The Blood of Christ was for sinner’s shed, the Righteousness of Christ to sinners imputed. Look to Christ for His free mercy. My heart is terribly deceitful, and has strong passions, and evil habits. My sin is to be hated, avoided, abhorred, conquered by the power of the Holy Ghost. Be nothing, less than nothing, to have no will and no desire about life or death, about sickness or health, about poverty or wealth, no self-will about anything, but strong resolve to deny self, “Not as I will, but as Thou wilt.” Jesus is all Goodness, and I am all badness, sin, and emptiness. Trust Christ for full Pardon now. Rest upon Christ for all that concerns your eternal interests.

There must be no reliance for you but upon Christ. The Substitution of the Just for the unjust, God for man, the perfect Christ for us guilty, hell-deserving rebels. To be nothing is ours by nature (Galatians 6:3). Try to be something, and you shall be Nothing. Be nothing, and you shall live. You must be nothing, if God is to save you. You must come down from your high horse, you must give up your trust in works, ceremonies, and natural goodness, and just be a nothing.

God with us, Christ for us. Incarnation, Substitution, Propitiation, Justification, Sanctification, Translation, Glorification. We must be nothing, and Christ everything. When we do this, we shall get rest from the plague of our heart. Salvation’s grand advertisement – “To be given away.” Salvation is everything for nothing, pardon free, Christ free, heaven free. The Great Physician has none but Gratis patients. Yield to be nothing and let Jesus be all. Be nothing and let Him be everything. Trust Him wholly and alone. Drop into His arms and let Him bear the whole weight of your sins. Invite men to come to Christ for mercy. Trust in Christ for salvation. Ask Christ to help you overcome sin day by day.

Trust the Crucified One, rely upon His full Atonement. The Gospel is dreary talk and a weariness to those who are lost and lingering in their sins. Come to Christ for yourself. The Gospel way is "Everything for Nothing". Put out the penniless hand of faith, and say, “I am a sinner for sure, Christ died for sinners; and I take Christ to be my Savior.” Go to Jesus for everything. Trust in Jesus Christ for everything you want between here and Heaven. Take Christ to be yours. Religionists are partisan hacks - they would rather make and a love a lie and neglect the living God, Jesus Christ. God gave Jesus to save sinners. God laid your sin upon Jesus, that He might take it off the sinner. Pray to Jesus now for mercy. Come to Jesus for rest and satisfaction. If you feel the filthiness and guilty of your sin, come to Jesus for cleansing. Rely on Jesus for all your salvation. Die with your face to the Cross. Jesus is the way, the living way, the only way, the sure way. Salvation has Jesus as its Author and Finisher. Come to Christ for faith and repentance. The Gospel provides a full Christ for empty sinners, pardon on earth and bliss in heaven. The Substitution of Christ for the sinner is the essence of the Gospel. Preach the pierced One. Look to Jesus for the living water. Jesus said, "He that believeth on Me hath everlasting life." Look for pardon in the Precious Blood alone. Look to the name, the person, the character, the work, the teaching of Christ. You must distinctly go to Christ for yourself. Draw sinners’ attention to Christ alone. Christ is All.

If you feel, confess, and own your guilt, then Christ is for you. Trust Christ personally for everlasting salvation. Your poor, longing, needy spirit needs to trust in the Savior. They that are sinful will come to Christ for pardon, but they that are self-righteous never will come to the feet of Jesus Christ. Christ for me - Christ in me. Those that are full of themselves will not come to Christ. Self-conceited folks will never own and confess their awful guilt. Quit your vanities, seek Christ’s verities. Receive at once the merit of the Savior and His eternal salvation. If you feel your own sinfulness, flee to the Lord Jesus Christ for Righteousness. Come with all your sins and burdens and lay down your deadly load at the Cross. Quit your dirty ways and wicked thoughts, and turn to the Lord Jesus Christ, who will abundantly pardon. Your heart is a well of defilement. Quit your false righteousness. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ for immediate salvation. Trust Him. Christ is the Savior, it is His main business to save sinners. Put your soul into the Redeemer’s hand. He saves all who trust Him. To trust Jesus right now is most wise. Resort to Jesus for aid. Jesus is your sole hope. Repent, believe, lay hold on Christ and quit your hold on sin. All out for Jesus.

The blessed Substitute for sinners loved you and gave Himself for you. All you have to do is to simply trust Jesus’ blood. Christ for me. Trust Christ for yourself, believe in Jesus now. Depend upon the blood for cleansing, the righteousness of Christ for clothing. Take Christ for your pattern. Quit your sin, or quit all hope. Cut your sinful connections, quit your evil companions. Believe on the great Substitution of Christ for sinners. If you are dreading condemnation and fearing death, Christ is for you.  Come to Christ just as you are, quit your love and life of sin, love Christ, love His holiness, seek to serve Him. Flee from the guilt, penalty, dread, bondage, misery of sin at Calvary.

Christ rejectors have much fear of death, dread of judgment, dark premonitions of wrath to come. Christ neglecters face a horrible, dreadful, Christ-less death. They are burdened with sin, and full of guilt. Matthew 11:28. Asking and trusting Christ for mercy is most wise. God Almighty Incarnate in the bleeding man of sorrows. Whosoever believeth on the Son hath everlasting life. Quit your sinning, leave it and loathe it. Keep close to Christ, for He is your life. Keep close to His church, for they are your comfort. Trust to Jesus Christ for the salvation of your soul. Christ for me. Simply depend upon Christ for salvation. Come to the Cross just as you are right now, with no goodness, or virtue, or hope; come to Christ for it all. Quit the evil trade, have done with it. Away with your self-righteousness. Religious bosses, the flesh, the world and the devil are all against you.

Come to Christ for rest at once. You must by the Holy Spirit’s power, trust in Christ for yourself, no one can believe for you. Leave your sin, leave your self-righteousness, just quit it all. Give yourself up to Christ Himself to be made holy, to be taught to do His will, and to be His servant all your days. You are devoid of all goodness, make Christ your goodness, devoid of everything right, take Christ, and He is yours. All you have to do is cast yourself, with all your weight of sin, upon the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ. Believe in Jesus Christ for your whole life. Desiring to please the Lord all your days in all your ways, that's fearing the Lord. Trusting nothing of your own, but simply trust Christ for everything, and you’re saved. Take Christ for your All in All. It’s nice to be nice, it doesn’t cost you a penny. Christ for me, first and last, Alpha and Omega, the beginner and finisher of my faith. Make Christ all your standing before God. Standing before God in Christ alone I am accepted forever. Flat out live for Jesus out of gratitude. Cast yourself upon Christ, have nothing but Jesus for your soul’s reliance.

The only safe rule is to keep close to the Scriptures in everything. Quit the sin which holds you spellbound. Speak not evil one of another, brethren. Confess your own sins, repent of your own sins, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ for yourself, love God, obey the Lord, personal godliness is key. God is my Father, Christ is my Savior, the Holy Spirit is my Comforter, Heaven is my home. One Christ for every sinner, one Blood to cleanse, one Salvation to rescue, one Righteousness to cover. Delay is dangerous, Trust in Jesus for yourself now, and then point others to Him. We need more grace and tact.  Have done with your particular besetting sin. Give up your sins, and seek the Holy Spirit to mortify the member in which the lust does dwell. The safest thing to do is to trust the blood of Jesus Christ right now. God has forgiven me for Christ’s sake. Let me tell you about Jesus Christ for a few minutes; I won’t tire you, and let me pray with you before I go.

Today, Christianity is a convenient thing, not a fighting force. There is a tendency today to accommodate the Gospel to unregenerated human nature without calling for a conversion, repentance, and faith. The necessity of the New Birth. Every unsaved man is in a bad fix. Go directly to Christ for truth and light. Really come to Christ for His free and full salvation. Ask Christ personally to forgive all your sins now through His Precious Blood. Take Jesus Christ on God’s terms. You can only have Christ for nothing. Have Christ for your daily and hourly Companion. Always hit the Bible note. Get back to the Bible. Really rest in Jesus for all your salvation. Don’t flinch, trim, or compromise. Church has more influence today, but no power. Personally quit your sins, and lay hold on Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, lived and died for sinners, you are bidden to trust Him now. Rely upon Him, depend upon Him, hang your whole weight upon Him. Come unto Him, He will give you rest. Personally trust your soul to Jesus Christ right now.

I Timothy 3:16 (3)

Free, irreversible salvation by simple faith in the Precious Blood of Jesus. Believe in Jesus now for the purification of your heart, for the pardon of your sins, the implantation of the divine nature, and the gift of Eternal Life. The Gospel is as clear as day. God appeared in human flesh, Christ Jesus bore your sin and guilt, His Atonement is finished. Fix your Faith in His Blood. The Incarnate God died in the sinner’s stead that we might be delivered from the wrath of God, and from the plague and power of sin. The Incarnate God laid down His own life, offered up His own blood, and bore in His own body the curse of our sin. Incarnation, Atonement (John 6:53-56). The Incarnate God had sin imputed to Him, your transgressions were laid upon Him.

The center of truth is the Incarnate God slain for human sins. The sufferings and death of the Incarnate God is free. Pass by Calvary and see God in human flesh bleeding out your redemption from sin. Hear His wails and cries from the Cross. The Son of God died for love of guilty men. The everlasting God, the infinite JEHOVAH, the Mediator, the Blessed Redeemer, the Incarnate God was bruised and wounded, He poured out His soul unto death for me. He endured the spitting, scourging, nailing, and piercing for me. To those convinced of their sin, the bleeding Incarnate God is the Gospel. The coming of God in human flesh is the shining star in this world’s dark night. Believingly look to God in human flesh dying in your place on Calvary. The invisible God appeared in human form here on earth.

The sin-bearing Sacrifice of the Son of God saves sinners from the wrath to come. Jesus Himself is our Sin-Bearer. The Lord Jesus Christ is the incarnation of divine mercy. The Word was made flesh, God was Incarnated in the person of Jesus of Nazareth. He dwelt among men on earth some 33 years, He took upon Himself the whole weight of human sin, He was arrested by the hand of divine justice, and treated by justice as if he was the worst sinner, though a sinner He could never be. He was numbered with the transgressors, and given over to wicked men, who in malice, scourged Him, spit upon Him, crowned Him with thorns, and condemned Him to die a criminal's death. For our transgressions, Jesus was smitten. The chastisement of our peace was upon Him, He was made a curse for us. He was made to be sin for us, that we might be made the Righteousness of God in Him. He died the Just for the unjust that He might bring us to God. Trust Christ now for your personal salvation. God set forth Christ to be a Propitiation for our sins.

The Cross is the only Good News for a sinner. The Cross is not good advice about what we should do to save ourselves. But the Cross is the Good News of what Christ has done to save us freely without human merit being involved. The Cross does not proclaim that we are worth saving, but it proclaims that God is mighty to save through Jesus’ Precious Blood. Jesus was wounded for me.

God in human flesh, living, loving, bleeding, dying, rising from the dead, ascending, interceding, soon to come. Lean on HIM. The eternal God, incarnate in human flesh, in your place suffering, bearing your sin in His own body on the tree. It is believing in this precious Christ. God forgives sinful people, and He is willing to forgive and save your soul from the wrath to come. It is believing in this Christ that will effectually save your soul now. To believe is to trust. JEHOVAH was clothed in human flesh living and dying for sinners so that the wicked could be justified freely through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus. God in human flesh died for you. God loved you so, that He was nailed to a cruel tree for you. You have sinned, you need the only Savior. He took my sin on Himself, and bore the consequences of it. Sin is what makes man obnoxious to God. The living God came here among men, and took the form of a mortal creature, and lived and died for every man. The mighty God appeared on earth in human form. He had to do that in order to put away sin. God incarnate - Immanuel, God with us - offered Himself freely. Condescension, love, pity, mercy – He sacrificed Himself for His enemies.

The great facts of the Gospel are these: God was incarnate in Christ Jesus, He lived here on earth a life of holiness and love, of godliness and compassion, He died upon the Cross for our sins. He was buried in the tomb of Joseph, and the third day He rose against from the dead, and after 40 days He ascended to His Father’s throne where He now its, and shall retrun by and by, to be our Judge. Eat His flesh (God Incarnate), Drink His blood (Atoning bloody death) *John 6:53-56* Think much on these truths. Come and trust yourself with the Incarnate God. Rely on the Incarnate Word of God, Christ Jesus, the Son of man, the Son of God.

Believe in God Incarnate, God was made a Sacrifice for sin, in Jesus dead, buried, risen, ascended, sitting at the right hand of God, and soon to come in glory. The infinite Creator God who made the heavens and the earth deigned to be Incarnate for our sakes. The Incarnation and the bloody Sacrifice of the Son of God rescues from the power of sin. The Potentate became a peasant. The Infinite became Incarnate. Love Incarnate in a bleeding Savior. Believe in the Incarnate God who died for human sin. Look to Calvary, God in Christ Jesus bearing sin and putting it away. Trust the Son of God bleeding and dying for guilty men.

I Timothy 3:16 (2)

There is no need of human merit at the Cross, there is no need of delay. Christ's Cross and Passion, His Precious Blood, death, burial, resurrection, ascension and intercession, and Second Coming is the Good News. The Creator was here on earth as a creature; the Creator who made heaven and earth, without whom was not anything made that was made. He was formed in a Jewish virgin's womb, He was born in Bethlehem, and cradled where the oxen fed. The self-made man always worships and adores his creator very earnestly, and the self-saved man intensely glorifies the savior that saved him. Jesus is unspeakably good. The Incarnate God upon the Cross, the sinless Substitute atoning for human guilt, the bloody Sacrifice satisfying divine vengeance to deliver rebellious sinners. Only Jesus can save you daily from the desire to sin.

Look away from self, and deal with Jesus Himself distinctly and directly. Where Christ is remembered, sin is revolting and repulsive. Always out-and-out for Jesus Christ. The bloody death of the Incarnate God for ungodly rebels. I'm counting on the blood of Jesus Christ to save me from Hell Fire. Jesus loved me and gave Himself for me. We love Him, because He first loved us. He must increase, but I must decrease. Christ Jesus, the Lamb of God, was the One Sacrifice for every man's sins. There is no putting away of sin without sacrifice, there is only one Sacrifice that can put away sin, and that is Jesus Christ the Righteous. He is divine, yet human, the Son of God, yet the Son of man. He yielded us His perfect life, the Just for the unjust, the Sinless for the sinful, that He might bring us to God, and reconcile us back to God's favor. Whosoever believeth in Him shall live forever. Human nature seeks after earthly status, stuff, personal recognition, money, reputation, worldly gain, self-pleasure, carnal pleasure, carnal ease, luxury, and lust. Resist the temptation to do it your own way, to be proud, and self-willed. The emptiness and restlessness of human nature can only be satisfied by Jesus Christ Himself.

Any sinner, the world over, who will trust Himself to Christ, shall be saved. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life. *John 3:16* That is the Gospel story. The Incarnation of the Infinite Invisible God who made all things. He that is God was made flesh. Christ Jesus is God manifest in the flesh. *John 1:14* The Word was made flesh and dwelt among us, that He might save us from our sins. Jesus bore the vengeance due to our sins and guilt. God Incarnate suffering in the sinner's place. Believe in Jesus, trust God in human flesh, trust Him who bled to death for you upon the Cross, and paid the full Ransom for your sinful soul. Trust Jesus now with your soul. Trust Christ for yourself. God Almighty was here in human form, He came into the world to save sinners.

Jesus really died for guilty men. Jesus bore the consequences of my sin. The Incarnate God who loved me and gave Himself for me. The Incarnate God, the Bleeding Lamb, the full Atonement paid for human sin. Now by faith take the Son of God who became a Jewish man, living, dying, bleeding, risen, ascending, and interceding. You have personally sinned, and you must personally take Christ. When you are personally thirsty and hungry, you must personally drink and eat. Receive Christ Himself into your innermost self. You must come to the Savior personally, receive Him, be saved by Him, or eternal ruin and doom is certain. Take Christ to be yours personally. Think much of Christ's person, He was as human as we are, yet divine as God. Think much of His incarnation, His life, death, resurrection, ascension, and intercession. Feed upon the truth of Christ's incarnation and Atonement. Christ's flesh and blood is our soul's sustenance. The Creator of the world did walk upon this globe. * I Timothy 3:16* Jesus is Incarnate Wisdom. Rest in Christ's Blood and Righteousness for everything.

The great Substitution of Christ for sinners. The God-man has made a complete Atonement for our sins.  God Incarnate did bear my sins in His own body on the tree. Jesus still saves miserable undeserving sinners. The Son of God was made flesh for sinful man's sake. Trust in God Almighty in the bleeding Lamb of God. God hung on the Cross in the body of Jesus of Nazareth. He that believeth on the Son of God hath everlasting life. Trust in the infinite Invisible Creator. The poor give their time, and the rich give their money to try and save themselves. Rely upon the Invisible, expect the unexpectable. Think only of the one truly good man, Jesus Christ, the Lord from Heaven, the Son of God, who became a man that He might save and bless His enemies. You're a sinner lost and ruined by your sin, and only the Savior can help you.

There is One who is God as well as man, the Savior who descended from heaven to earth. He became a poor man and lived in the midst of human sin, and was despitefully scorned and scourged. God in human flesh, bleeding, dying, bearing the penalty of human sin. He presented Himself freely as our Sacrifice. Don't trample on His blood, or despise His cross. A faith-look to God in human flesh crucified for sinful men. Feed on His Incarnation and Atonement. *John 6:51-57* Entrust, deposit, commit your soul into the hands of the Savior. He alone can save souls from sin. Human nature prefers its merits to Christ's merits. The little puny human mind can't understand an Infinite Being who has no beginning or ending. Trusting the bleeding Savior alone. Personally trust yourself with Christ as the Sacrifice for your sin.

I Timothy 3:16 (1)

Salvation is just this -- Free justification and forgiveness of sins for any wicked sinner through simple faith in the atoning Sacrifice of the Lamb of God - The Lord Jesus Christ. A needy sinner will only trust to the Blood and Grace of God. Find life eternal now by trusting the blood of the Lamb of God. Trust in Christ's one Sacrifice for sin upon the Cross. Hang upon Him alone. Trust wholly in Him. You must have a personal encounter with the Crucified and Living Savior. I am spared only by the merit of His precious blood. Take Jesus to be your God, rely on nothing but the finished work of Jesus Christ. This is the best news you ever did hear - The Son of God came down to earth to live and die among sinful men, He died upon the Cross, He rose from the dead, and He still lives today. The eternal God was made flesh, Christ shed God's blood to make full Atonement for all our sins. These spiritual truths are food and drink for our souls - our faith grows, our spirit is strengthened by the Gospel. The man who died on Calvary's Cross was the immortal living God in human flesh.

Extol the wonderful wounded Creator. Our Maker took upon Him the form of man. There is only one way of deliverance from the guilt of sin, and that was for God Himself, in human form, to take the consequences of human sin upon Himself. God Incarnate dying for sinners nourishes our faith, this is the spiritual food of everlasting life. Trust in the Savior's great Atonement. Atheists deliberately commit spiritual suicide. God Incarnate bearing our sins in His own body on the tree. Keep your eyes fixed there, and all will be well. The Blood of Jesus Christ is only rescue from the terrors of an angry God in the world to come. Atheists flatter themselves by thinking they will die at ease while they live in wickedness. Don't take God's name in vain, don't willfully violate God's law or grieve Him. Honor the name of God and His person - Fear God's ear, the eye of God, the heart of God. Rest in the living God, trust God about the present, take your troubles to God, take your day to God, commit your night to God. Trust in God for little things (daily bread) and for great things (deliver of us from evil). Go after God with all your heart. God is the great object of delight. God is my exceeding joy. Toy not with the outward parade of religion.

Fear, trust, and love God. Cultivate a personal friendship with God. Trusting, praising, adoring Him. Free salvation by the atoning Bloody Sacrifice of Jesus Christ, through the sinner simply trusting in Christ alone. Poor guilty souls can find perfect Righteousness at the feet of Jesus. Look unto Jesus, and trust yourself entirely to Him to save you. Simply believe the promise of God, rest on it, trusting in Jesus only. Put Christ upon the throne of your whole being, surrender yourself to Him, without any terms or conditions. The course of this world is live for self, and to do what suits yourself not God, never consult God. To never bring up or mention God's blessings or goodness or mercies. The worldly way is to try to do the right thing, but never acknowledge Christ about it, or bring Christ into it, or give Him any glory for it. To live for the present, and not for Eternity, for me and not God. To live to entertain myself, not to exhort the church; to live to satisfy myself, not to save lost souls. No thought for God, Christ, the Gospel, souls, or Eternity. Living for self and now, and not God and eternity. You're not against God, but you're not for Him. You may believe in God, but you don't love and serve Him. The way of the world is to live day in and day out like nothing matters but today. To live like that all there is to this life is this life.

Loving, trusting, praising, adoring the risen LORD. Adoring gratitude to Him who died for me. Adore, exalt, and magnify Him. Admire and bless Him. Never trust in your own righteousness, lean only on the Blood and Righteousness of Christ. Really repose upon Christ for everything. Human nature seeks success, status, stuff, and significance. Think much of the Son of God, in the manger, in His ministry, in Gethsemane, the Pavement, Pilate's whip, on the Cross, see His veins bleeding, in the grave for three days, in His resurrection, and ascension, and intercession. The Maker of men became a man (John 1:3,14). The Infinite became a Jewish infant. He that made all things was wrapped in swaddling clothes.

The bread - the great truth that God was made flesh. I eat that bread - I feed spiritually on that truth. The cup signifies the blood of Christ - the symbol that Jesus died, the Just for the unjust, to bring me to God.  The cup represents the Blood of His Atonement. The great fact that He died as my Substitute and Atonement. I drink this sweet wine into my inward parts. I take the precious truth of Substitution, Christ dying and suffering instead of me. I drink this precious truth into my soul and it nourishes, strengthens, quickens, and delights me. Place your soul's confidence on God Incarnate, crucified, risen, and gone into glory. Worship God, adore Jesus, fellowship with the Spirit.

Meditation on His marvelous condescension and matchless grace. Magnify the Incarnate God and Savior, Jesus Christ. Christ Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree - this is the sum and substance of the whole Gospel. Lay hold upon Christ, feed upon Him, live by Him. God in infinite justice determined that sin must be punished. The plan of Substitution - Jesus Christ the Son of God became a Jewish man to become the Substitute for sinners. The people in the congregation have become sovereign, not God. Your hair falls out, eyes grow dim, body aches and stiffens, so plan ahead.  God became Incarnate at Bethlehem, at Calvary He bled and died, He gave Himself up as a sinless Sacrifice for sin. Be conscious of your inability, make a willing abandonment to God's will.

Holy Spirit, please blow and wither all my human ability and merit. Let the Gospel enter into your inmost being. Let it soak into your soul. Be at odds with your sins. I am a sinful person, but you are a merciful Savior. Our soul needs to be constantly dusted and swept out, just like our house. Cling to Jesus as your only hope. The most damning sin is your neglect of Christ's Great Salvation. Faith in His Blood is of the utmost importance. Have as many good works as you please, but never trust in them, for if you trust in them, they are not good works any longer. Put your trust wholly in the Lord Jesus Christ. Never trust yourself a single moment.

A Little Help 6

Just set all of your confidence on Christ Jesus the Lord.  Calm reliance upon God's promises is the way of peace.  Faith is simply leaning, depending, relying on the risen Savior.  As a key hangs on a nail, so hangs my soul on Jesus. Always trust Jesus to overcome the evil within you, that you have to fight with on a daily basis.  Faith is the giving up of self-confidence and self-dependence, and the resting of the soul upon the Crucified Creator.  Place implicit reliance upon the Christ of God.

Faith is a self-denying grace of the Holy Spirit, and never dares to boast.  The infinite merit of the atoning Sacrifice of the Son of the God is my only trust.  Whosoever believeth in Jesus is fully and eternally forgiven. The great Atoning Sacrifice of Christ must be your sole reliance.  The Atoning Sacrifice gives the guilty conscience rest.  Lord Jesus, please cleanse me from all my sins through your atoning blood.  Penitence and hearty faith in the Precious Blood.  Your inward sinfulness is much too heinous for religiousness to help put it away.

The Savior's everlasting love, the Incarnate God's finished work, the risen Lord, His coming glory.  All of your best works have a rotten foundation called self-righteousness.  Abound in good works, but never trust them at all.  Vanity leads to vexation of spirit.  True, real reliance in the real sinner's Savior.  Freely take what God gives through the Lord Jesus Christ.  Humbly and simply preach Christ Crucified.  Get away from self to Christ.  Take Christ Jesus, the Water of Life, into your thirsty soul as a thirsty man takes cold water into his body. *Proverbs 25:25*

Nothing will do but the blood of the Crucified Redeemer.  Fix your entire reliance upon the Substitute who loved, lived, died, and rose from the dead for sinners.  It is most wise to place all your trust in Immanuel's Blood.  We are only pointers to Jesus, it is to Christ you must go, go to Him directly, seek from Him free pardon, eternal redemption, change of heart, and a new life.  Only the Holy Spirit can lead you to Jesus Christ.  The remission of sins by the grace of God through faith in the atoning blood.  Free pardon by virtue of His own blood.

The remission of sins (the canceling of your sin debt) is available now to all sinners at Calvary's Cross.  God be merciful to me the sinner.  Always coming, always trusting, always looking to the Son of God.  True trust in Christ leads to an open confession and following of Him.  Firm faith in the forgiving love of Christ Jesus.  Through Jesus' Blood we fight against the corruption within us and the temptation without us.  Tell out the Gospel in a simple way.  Christ's Finished Work must save your soul, not any of your own efforts.

Your sins can only be put away by the merit and blood of Jesus Christ.  Every man by nature kicks against simply trusting in Christ.  The divine method of Mercy is a vital surrender of your own will to Christ Jesus.  Faith simply trusts the free mercy of God in Christ.  Bible faith is a simple, humble reliance upon Jesus' Blood, an entire reliance upon an entire Savior.  Nothing but the wounds and blood of Jesus could every satisfy God's divine justice.  It is safest to trust to this - the merit of Christ, what Christ is, what Christ has done, and what Christ has suffered.

The mercy of God is only found at Calvary.  Jesus took your sins upon Himself, He became the sinner's Substitute, and was made a Curse for you.  Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.  Trust to Him quietly, humbly, simply, and immediately.  Because of His blood, I'm 100% saved and sure.  Come to Christ and live at once.  JEHOVAH will only accept you at the Cross for Jesus' sake.  Mercy's door is wide open still.  Just as you are, come along to the Cross, never try to cleanse or mend yourself.  Come to the Cross, and put out your empty hand.  Accept what Jesus gives, and everlasting salvation is yours.  Tell the Gospel story simply, as one child talks to another.  Helplessly depend upon Jesus.  If you are guilty and ungodly, trust to Jesus now to pardon you freely.

The only way to Repent is with your eye upon the Sacrifice of Calvary.  View the flowing of the sin-atoning blood, gaze upon the Redeemer's wounds.  Cast yourself upon Jesus' Blood and Righteousness, become His disciple, follow Him, and by the Holy Spirit's help follow in His footsteps.  Simply and wholly lean upon the bare arm of God.  Christ for me.  Christ died so that you may not die. Keep simply to His words.  Sin will only injure and ruin you.  Simply put out the plain truth.  Jesus has accomplished all the atoning work - remember His victorious cry from Calvary - It is Finished!  The blood-sprinkled way is the only way a sinner can come to God.  Trust your immortal soul to Jesus' care.

My plea will always be the Lamb slain for sinners.  Unfeignedly repent of sin, ask God to change your mind totally concerning sin, that is, the giving up and forsaking of sinful thoughts and habits.  Sins forgiven, nature changed, new creature in Christ Jesus.  You have no good works, Salvation is not of your doings at all.  Nothing you can do can ever earn you God's Mercy.  God is only merciful to sinners for Jesus' sake.  Atonement by Blood is the Gospel.

A Little Help 5

Abide in Christ. Knee-ology is needed, not just theology. Piety and purity must begin within. While I live, I will boast in the Lamb. With the King for His work. As the day lengthens, the cold strengthens. Love the Bible, prayerfully read it, diligently search it, humbly study it, practically apply it, faithfully do it. Thanks be unto God for His unspeakable gift. Keep to the Savior’s heels. Abound in good works, but never trust them. Abhor your sins, adore the Savior.  Let us have grace.  Christ Jesus is all – stick to that – add nothing to it.  The Lord is my portion; He satisfied my soul's hunger.  The more haste, the less speed.  He does twice who does quickly.

Cease not to give thanks.  Be ye thankful.  Remain humble, helpful and thankful.  No sweat, no sweet; no pain, no gain; no mill, no meal; no cross, no crown. Exalt the Lamb of God. Be ye thankful.
The neighborhood, the community, the town, the region, the world for Jesus.  Every thought of throbbing brain, every affection of beating heart, every movement of cunning hand, all should be for Jesus at its best, and kept well at work for His royal service. Keep close to Jesus, and do as He did, in His Spirit. All for Jesus, and for Jesus only.  With Christ anywhere, without Christ, nowhere.  One volunteer is worth more than twenty pressed men.  The Spirit of God moved.  Keep thy heart with all diligence.

It’s never too soon to pray, and it’s never too late to pray.  Exhort one another daily.  They run hard and fast whom the devil drives.  The Great Physician cuts deeply, but He heals completely.  Make Christ Himself your master passion. Follow the Lamb whithersoever He goeth. A little pot is soon hot.  Prompt and sincere in the work of the Lord.  There’s many a slip between tongue and lip.  The tongue will always tattle on the condition of your heart.  Don’t slander, demean, belittle, or insult others. Heart right, words right.  Fresh confession, fresh repentance, fresh surrender, fresh control, fresh victory.
Remember the Savior.

Sincere repentance, helpless dependence, Gospel humility. Pardon, Purity, then Peace.  Holy Spirit – convincing, quickening, converting, regenerating, comforting, conforming, sanctifying renewing.  Humble, trustful confidence in Christ Jesus.  Authenticity, humility, integrity, sensitivity.  Humble adoring gratitude.  Thankfulness, gratitude, generosity.  Life is too short to waste it in sin and self.  Be careful for nothing, prayerful for everything, thankful for anything.  The savour of the Savior.  Beware of little sins, and you will not commit big sins. Where God is, nothing is lacking.  Glory to God in the highest.

One fool can ask more questions than fifty wise men can answer.  Drowning men catch at straws.  Don’t quarrel with your bread and butter.  Don’t let black birds build a nest in your hair.  The proof of the pudding is in the eating.  The road to hell is paved with good intentions.  When it comes to salvation, God helps those who cannot help themselves.  He who is his own lawyer has a fool for his client.  God says, Love me, love my children, love poor sinners.  The atheist says, You’re an evolutionary by-product, you’re not accountable to anyone, and nothing is a sin, anything goes, live to please yourself, every man for himself.

All for Jesus, none but Jesus. Straightforward makes the best runner.  Run straight to the Cross for shelter. Enough is as good as a feast. The liberal man gives till his hand sweats.  Life or death – Ready for either.  Semper Idem – always the same.  Yield your members to the Spirit of God.
Handsome is that handsome does. Those who wait for a dead man’s shoes are pretty sure to go barefoot.  Stand fast!  Stick to the Gospel.  He who gets the fruit must shake/climb the tree.

Fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.  Man’s extremity is God’s opportunity.  It is easy to find a stick to beat a dog; and it is easy to find something wrong with a sinner.  Short reckonings make long friends.  Be a quick forgiver.  There is nothing freer than a gift - Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 6:23.  If you trust partly in Christ and partly in yourself, you will fall into Hell.  Get both of your feet planted firmly by faith on Christ Jesus. Genuine Repentance from Sins, and Real Faith in the Blood. Free Grace and Dying Love is the spirit of the Gospel.

A Little Help 4

The Lord Reigneth! The Lamb of God, The Cross, The Scriptures, The Precious Blood, The Faith, The Gospel, The Blessed Hope!  Grace Alone. Glory in the Cross. Praying in the Holy Ghost, blood-covered prayers, in Jesus' name.  Jesus only; None but Jesus. Let us go forth without the camp.  Thus saith the Lord.  Preach the Gospel to every creature.  Forward, Onward to Victory!  The Lord is risen indeed. Let God be magnified.  Let us pray. My God will hear me. As to the Lord, and not to men. Stand Fast.  Stand Still - full surrender.  First pure, then peaceable. Lay down your love of sin at Jesus’ feet. Take Heed. Make the Gospel message plain and simple; put the cookies on the bottom shelf.  There is no difference.  God is no respecter of persons.  Straightway to Jesus. Yield to God the Holy Spirit.

Prompt and sincere in the work of the Lord.  I do it for Jesus only.  Trust-Trust-Trust in His Blood.  Christ is All. There is hope, there is hope, Christ died for sinners.  Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him. Thy will be done. Lord direct us.  Always keep the Gospel colors flying.  By grace are ye saved. The Lord will provide.  Away with all but Jesus.  Where prayer is fervent, God is present. A day without Jesus is like tea without sugar.  Glory be to God. Trust-submit-serve God. Intensity, Tenacity, Dependability. We preach Christ and Him crucified. My Righteousness is of God Incarnate, The Lord Jesus Christ.  Semper Idem (Always the Same). My soul doth magnify the Lord.

This one thing I do. Help Lord! Faith in the Precious Blood of God manifest in the flesh. Anywhere with Jesus, nowhere without Jesus. God only is our salvation. Jesus is my Righteousness. A short life and holy one. Encourage Him!  Love and Serve God Today, Now! The Keyword of the Gospel - Come! Throughly and Thoroughly.  One thing is needful.  One thing I know.  One thing I do.  This man receiveth sinners.  Prepare to meet thy God.  To whom be glory both now and forever.

I do always those things that please Him - John 8:29.  Without Faith it is impossible to please God.  He must increase, but I must decrease.  Giving thanks always for all things.  His servants ye are whom ye obey. Launch out into the deep. While I live, I will praise Him.  Looking unto Jesus! Onward, upward, Heavenward.  It is the Lord. Whosoever will, let him come.  Let us have grace.  We joy in God.  Yet I will look again.  All the world for Jesus.  Sure work for Eternity.  Good ground is key.  Let God be true, but every man a liar.  For Jesus' sake. With God anywhere.

Whatever God wants.  Be of good courage.  All worship and glory be to God only.  More and more like Jesus.  Continue in prayer.  Trust Christ, not yourself.  Trust Christ alone, right now.  The best time to trust Christ's blood is right now.  Do what God bids you.  Buy the truth, and sell it not.  Ask for Mercy, Seek His Grace, Knock for Wisdom.  All glory be to Him who died for me.  Your best service for your best love. Rest in Christ more confidently.  All for nothing, or nothing at all.  Mind the Lord.  Fight with your sins by the grace of God. Live nearer to Christ.  O God help!  All I really have is Him.  The only thing that works is Christ's works.  Tell out the old, old story of the Crucified Creator.  My master passion is Christ Himself.

Henceforth we should not serve sin. Submission to the Scriptures is key.  Christ for me.  Jesus loved me, only because He loved me. Free Grace and Bleeding Love.  Adoring fervent gratitude.  New Birth, Imputed Righteousness, Precious Blood. Be ye reconciled to God. Behold the Lamb of God! Blessed be God. Believe God, Fear God, Live as He pleases. Thou God seest me! God is never anything but good. Go to Heaven!  Christ is mine!  Death to Sin!

We should not serve sin. Put on the new man. None of self, all of Christ.  Cry to the Strong for strength. We see Jesus. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His Righteousness – the Lord Jesus Christ. Wishers and woulders make bad housekeepers. Keep close to Calvary.  The Bible, the whole Bible, and nothing but the Bible.  Christ Jesus only is my Salvation.  A lie will go around the world while the truth is pulling its boots on.  Short reckonings make long friends.  One man can bring a horse to water, but a hundred cannot make him drink.  If man could wear his sins on his forehead, he would pull his hat over his eyes. The anvil (AV 1611) has broken many hammers (sinners).

For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.  Ich Dien “I serve”.  All for Jesus.  The burnt child dreads the fire. Hitherto, the Lord hath helped me. One weak point is too much. Honesty is the best policy. He is the greatest fool of all who is laughed out of his soul. He that would go to heaven alone, shall never go there at all.  Man’s extremity is God’s opportunity. Always keep close to the word of God, maintain a your conscience, and and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ.  Rest in the finished work of the Lord Jesus, and put all your reliance upon him as crucified, risen, and interceding for His people.  Everything for Jesus.  Only a sinner saved by Precious Blood.

Whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus.  Aiming ever at Jesus' glory.
Jesus is altogether lovely, and I am altogether vanity.  Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. Bread enough and to spare.  Look to JEHOVAH-JIREH for divine assistance.  I must be about my Father’s business. Let God be magnified. The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life. In His favour is life.  Trust in the person and blood of Christ Jesus and you shall have eternal life instantaneously and forever.  All for Jesus, always for Jesus, everywhere for Jesus. Giving thanks always for all things. Without money and without price. Justified freely by His grace, through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus. Serve the Lord Christ. His servants ye are whom ye obey. Point sinners to the Lamb of God and His Redeeming Blood.  Mind the Holy Spirit's still, small voice.

But God forbid that I should glory, save in the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Read and apply the Bible.  JEHOVAH GOD became a Jewish man, His name was Jesus of Nazareth.  He died for sinners, and is now risen from the dead.  Your sins will damn you, but Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.  Life is so short, and Eternity is forever; be wise, plan ahead.  Ye must be born again.  Take special care of your soul.  Come now to the Cross, trust Christ, hate your sins.  Simple faith, helpless dependence on Jesus' Blood (Romans 5:9).  Christ is Everything, I am nothing, end of story.  I will come again.  Even so, come, Lord Jesus!

A Little Help 3

Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts.  Teach me Thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies.  Simple reliance upon Jesus Himself.  Lord, help me.  Lord, remember me.  Lord, save me.  Prove the sincerity of your love for Jesus. God knows best.  Christ is mine!  Personal, private purity is a symptom of sincerity.  Worship thou Him.  Thou God seest me!  Self-denial is impulse control.  Hallelujah anyway!  As unto the Lord.

Habits form who you are within and without.  None but Jesus can do helpless sinners good. For to me to live is Christ. Unworthy sinners get everything for nothing at the Cross for Jesus' sake alone. Works don't produce Salvation, they only prove it.  Rejoice in the LORD!  Trusting only in Jesus' name, person, and blood. Perfect in Christ Jesus.  Ye are complete in Him.

Blessed be God.  Live as God pleases.  Everything for Jesus!  Be found in Jesus. Tremble at His words.  New Jerusalem's ambassadors should always be on their best behavior.  Live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world.  Behave yourself wisely in all your ways; and the LORD will be with you.  Live pure for Jesus' sake.  Hitherto hath the LORD helped us - give Him all the glory.

Thanks be unto God.  Please God, not yourself. Be courteous and consistent.  Seek His Grace.  Life is short, Eternity is not.  Be honest and kind, discreet and wise, good and gentle.  Make wise choices.  Humility, accountability, generosity, loyalty, purity, honesty, Eternity, tenacity, unity, maturity, consistency.  Carefully hearken to the Holy Ghost's leading.  We desire the better country.  Live godly, work for Jesus.  Be satisfied, content, and thankful.  God for Christ's sake hath forgiven me.  Don't forget God; He loved you to death on the Cross.

Redeem the time by living for the Redeemer. Watch unto prayer.  Pardon-purity-peace.  Where prayer is fervent, God is present.  God giveth the increase.  Nothing without God's smile.  Crown the KING OF KINGS.  The Cross is enough for me.  His good pleasure.  Satisfied, satiated, content.  Courtesy, concern, control, compassion.  Effectual fervent prayer is what works.  God answers prayer.  Fret not, commit and trust, rely and rest.  Exalt Christ, put down self.  Justified freely by His grace.  Lord Jesus, thank you for your bloody death on the Cross for my ungodly soul.

Trust-Love-Give-Serve.  Grace-Gratitude-Glory-Generosity.  Righteousness, temperance, judgment to come.  Be nothing, be nobody, only trust Jesus!  Tender in conscience, sensitive to God's will, yielding affection.  Christ for me, Christ forever.  Dei Gratia.  Purity, Charity, Sincerity, Importunity, Reality, Humility, Integrity.  Forgive, forbear, prefer, edify, love, serve, submit.  Trust God's Power, Promises, and Precious Blood.  King of my life, I crown Thee now, Thine shall the glory be, lest I forget Thy thorn-scarred brow, lead me to Calvary.

Spend and be spent for the Gospel.  Christ instead of me, Christ in my place.  Accepted in the beloved.  Do justly, love mercy, walk humbly with thy God.  Justified by His Blood.  Nothing but Christ Himself, Christ alone.  By all means save some. Savor, unction, utterance. The LORD alone be exalted.  Be of good cheer, I am with thee.  Be ye thankful.  Men ought always to pray, and not to faint. Live to His praise, honor, and glory.  Jesus is my Substitute, Sacrifice, Surety, Atonement, Advocate, Mediator, and Ransom.

Worthy is the Lamb!  Just do right!  Greatly rejoice in the Lord Jesus Christ.  Not seeking mine own profit.  Pureness, kindness, meekness, holiness.  Be of good courage, fear not, be not afraid.  Give up your sins, deny yourself today.  And let him that is athirst come. Use time wisely.  That I might finish my course with joy.  We look for the Savior.  The sweetest words ever spoken - Thy sins are forgiven thee. Quietly yield, sweetly resign, calmly obey.

Ascribe ye greatness, righteousness, and strength to God.  Know, reckon, yield, submit, give up.  Ask for Mercy, Seek His face, Knock for Wisdom.  Deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow Him.  Enjoy God, worship Christ, walk in the Spirit, joyfully give up your life to Him. My soul's only Dependence is Jesus Himself.  Wait for God's Son from Heaven. Depart from iniquity, deny ungodliness, resist worldly lusts.  Even so, come, Lord Jesus!

Lord Jesus, my praise shall be of Thee. Waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, have no confidence in the flesh.  Personable trust in Jesus' Precious Blood. Be willing, available, concerned, obedient.  Help the hurting, helpless, hopeless.  Call on the name of the LORD, the everlasting God. Now set your heart and your soul to seek the LORD your God.  A new creature in Christ.  Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD.

Every one of us shall give account of himself to God.  Let no man deceive himself.  For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. Jesus gave Himself for my sins, that He might deliver me from this present evil world.  Now the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always by all means.  Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone. Jesus made Himself of no reputation. Jesus gave Himself for me, that He might redeem me from all iniquity. Jesus gave Himself a Ransom for all.  Christ also hath loved me, and hath given Himself for me an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.   For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout.

Let not sin therefore reign in your moral body.  We should not serve sin. Abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul. Keep thyself pure.  He that refraineth his lips is wise. O LORD, subdue my iniquities.  Trust the Precious Promiser.  Cleave to the Lord Jesus Christ with purpose of heart.  Humbly dependent on the Lord's presence, blessing, help and mercy.  I have trusted in Thy mercy.   Through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, and ye shall live.  If you only preached what you practiced, your sermons would be short. Christ pleased not Himself. Trust, cleave, and follow the Lamb of God whithersoever He goeth.  Seek the LORD and His strength, seek His face continually.  He loved me, and gave Himself for me.

Only Jesus can save you from the love of sin.  I will come again, I will help thee.  Set yourself to seek the LORD.  Seek the LORD, and ye shall live. Christ liveth in me.  Put off the old man with his deeds. Henceforth we should not serve sin. Hearty submission to the holy Scriptures. Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.  God only uses nobodies who realize they are nothing.  Be ye reconciled to God.  It is Christ that died. Grieve not the Holy Spirit.  Cast off the works of darkness.

Fear, trust, and love Christ Jesus.  For Jesus' sake.  Jesus loved me, only because He loved me.  Trust Christ, lose your sin; trust yourself, lose your soul.  Don't forget, you're not God.  The night cometh. Do as Thou hast said.  That I may know Him.  Humble purity.  Thus saith the Lord.  As Thou wilt.  Glory ye in His holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.  This is know; for God is for me.  Ave Crux Spes Unica.  Cry to the Strong for strength.  Just trust Christ.  If you preached what you practiced, how long would your sermon be?

Intense purity, fervent gratitude.  Trust to His Sinless Blood Atonement.  Precious Blood, New Birth, Imputed Righteousness.  Poor in spirit, contrite in heart, trembling at His word.  Make the will of God your master passion.  Jesus is my Praise.  Faith is pleasing the Lord in all things.  If you believe in Jesus, behave like it.  It is all about you becoming nothing, and Jesus becoming Everything.  It is Finished, Through His Blood, Worthy is the Lamb!

A Little Help 2

Long to be corrected – be teachable, be correctable, apt to learn. Beware of self-will.  Cleave to Christ with purpose of heart. Honor the Lord in all things. Be good to God. You are very weak; so seek God’s strength.  Give God all the glory. Do all things without murmurings and disputings. Fear and acknowledge God.  Make yourself of no reputation.

Give yourself wholly to Christ and His work. Sin is voluntary. Resist bitterness and resentment. If you can take correction, you can do better; if you can’t receive correction, you life will only get worse. Be willing to learn and do better. Comply to God’s will, submit silently without protest, yield and agree with God. Meekly submit to God’s will and providence. Let Jesus be your constant Companion.

Heartily acquiesce and rejoice in the will and good pleasure of the Lord. Calm resignation and conformity to the divine will.  Do the Lord’s will cheerfully, immediately, fervently, constantly, completely, spiritually, intensely, practically. Respectful and courteous submission, and yielding to the will of Another. Willingly carry out the wishes of the Holy Spirit. Keep ever low before the Lord. Humble submission and complete deference to God’s will. Rest in Christ satisfied, rest in Him without opposition. Quietly acquiescent at the foot of the Cross. God is so good, so kind, so loving. Whatever God wants. Unquestioning acquiescence. Live in perfect resignation. Cheerful submission. My Father knows best. Devout submission to whatever the Lord appoints.

Submit to all the chastisements of God. It is the LORD:  let Him do what seemeth Him good. Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him. Resigned, acquiescent, content, and grateful.  Love the cause of Christ and defend it.  Yield yourself to the working and motions of the Holy Spirit.  Make haste and delay not to keep Christ’s Commandments.  Keep in touch with Jesus, He will keep you sweet.  Have a desire for spiritual improvement.  As you read the Bible, let it read you.  Be a contrite importunate pleader who loves souls.

Be willing to take correction and change for Christ’s sake. Get the thing right that the Holy Spirit is trying to correct you about. Cultivate a desire for righteousness and purity.  Sweetly yield to God. Yield to all God does to you in His rough providences. Complete resignation to the divine will is the keep to real peace. Lord, teach me to do Thy will, not mine. Lord, help me to do as Your word bids me. Hand yourself over unreservedly to be Christ’s. Courteous respect and regard for other’s feelings.

Yield both active obedience and passive acquiescence with softness and tenderness before God. Perfect consciousness of full forgiveness. Deeply committed to the Lord’s service. Be a strong and caring and courageous Christian. The will of the Lord be done in spirit and in truth, constantly without failure, completely without exception, instantly without hesitation, joyfully without weariness, right humbly. Maintain high esteem of Christ and His word.

Simple confidence in the promises of God. Quicken me, strengthen me, help me to maintain purity, obey Your words, please give us divine aid to obey. Obedient heart, yielding spirit, submissive mind, acquiescence to the divine will – these are the elements of joy.  Instantly repentant and apologetic, do works meet for Repentance.  Patience and joy in sickness.  Gentle, peaceful, resigned to the divine will. Joyful submission to the will of God.

Nevertheless, not as I will, but as thou wilt.  Resolved to trust Him and praise His name. Submit and rejoice that you are counted worthy to suffer for the Lord. Willing to be anything or nothing as the Lord would have it for the Gospel’s sake. Follow Jesus willingly, joyfully, trustingly.  Take afflictions from the hand of God with all patience and resignation. Calm resignation, quiet joy, gracious submission, holy calmness. Patience and resignation in suffering. Subjection to the divine will and resignation to His eternal purpose.

Perfect resignation of yourself into God’s hands, intense confidence in God’s love and presence, hearty love to God. Look with resignation upon penury, loss, disease, and death. Fixedness of resignation – be prepared for the most evil tidings. Perfect resignation from wealth to penury, abundance to scant. Cheerful readiness, promptness, liveliness, eagerness, willingness, joyous activity, Spirit-filled zeal, alacrity. Care more for the world to come, make the invisible precious to you. The habit of resignation is the root of peace. Maintain patience and resignation to God’s will.

Sit still a while, take time to think. God your Creator has a right to your whole being - spirit, soul, and body. If you worship and adore anyone or anything more than your Maker, whatever it may be, you are an idolater. Yield everything to Him. Real faith in the living God (Jesus Christ) will cause a man to hate his sins, that's for sure. The love of sin is why atheists avoid Jesus Christ like the plague. They use Jesus' name as a cuss word all week, but then claim He doesn't exist. A saved sinner can't love the sin that made His Savior bleed.

God was clothed in human flesh, He suffered, bled and died for human sin. God can now be just, for He punished His Son for our sins; God can now be gracious to sinners, for He freely forgives for Jesus' sake. Christ took the place of every sinner, He tasted death for every man, He suffered the sinner's punishment, He satisfied Divine Justice due to all our sins. God's Blood flowed from Jesus' veins on Calvary's tree to pay your sins' awful price. Come to Jesus now and rest your entire being for eternal salvation upon His Blood Atonement and Righteousness. Have done once and for all with yourself and darwin, and all reliance upon your doings, only trust simply in what Jesus Christ did for your Salvation.  You are a sinner and nothing at all, take Jesus Christ now to be your All in All.
